Abstract
The invention provides a fresh air device and an air conditioner with the same. Fresh air device includes: the volute is provided with an air inlet and a plurality of air outlets, the air inlet is used for supplying fresh air to enter the volute, and the air outlets are used for allowing airflow in the volute to flow out; the centrifugal fan blade is arranged in the volute, and the air outlets are arranged at intervals around the centrifugal fan blade. Compared with the prior art in which a single air outlet is arranged on a fresh air device, the air speed of each air outlet can be reduced by arranging a plurality of air outlets, so that the noise of the air outlets is reduced, and the problem of high noise of the fresh air device in the prior art is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to a fresh air device and an air conditioner with the same.
Background
For a common air conditioner, in order to ensure the refrigeration and heating effects, a room is required to be closed, so that the air mobility in the room is poor, carbon dioxide, bacteria and the like in the room are increased continuously, the proportion of foul air in the air is increased, and the air quality is poor. With the importance on the quality of life, it is urgently needed to introduce fresh air into a closed room and exhaust indoor air to the outside so as to improve the air quality of the room.
At present, the existing air conditioner indoor unit with a fresh air device has the following problems:
the air outlet of the fresh air device is mostly an air outlet or the air outlet is arranged on one side, so that the content of fresh air in indoor air is uneven, and the comfort is reduced.
Therefore, the air conditioner with the fresh air function in the prior art has the following technical problems:
1. the fresh air outlet is arranged at one side, so that the content of the fresh air in the indoor air is not uniform;
2. because of the fresh air outlet is in one side, the condition of higher air-out speed can appear, therefore the noise is great.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a fresh air device and an air conditioner with the same, and aims to solve the problem that the noise of the fresh air device in the prior art is high.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fresh air device including: the volute is provided with an air inlet and a plurality of air outlets, the air inlet is used for supplying fresh air to enter the volute, and the air outlets are used for allowing airflow in the volute to flow out; the centrifugal fan blade is arranged in the volute, and the air outlets are arranged at intervals around the centrifugal fan blade.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the fresh air device 10 includes a volute 110 and a centrifugal fan 120. The volute 110 is provided with an air inlet 111 and a plurality of air outlets 112, the air inlet 111 is used for supplying fresh air to enter the volute 110, and the air outlets 112 are used for allowing airflow in the volute 110 to flow out. The centrifugal fan blade 120 is disposed in the volute 110, and the plurality of air outlets 112 are arranged at intervals around the centrifugal fan blade 120.
In this embodiment, the volute 110 of the fresh air device 10 is provided with the air inlet 111 and the plurality of air outlets 112, the plurality of air outlets 112 are arranged at intervals around the centrifugal fan 120 arranged in the volute 110, and the air flow after the fresh air is exchanged is sent to the environment by using the plurality of air outlets 112, compared with the prior art in which a single air outlet 112 is arranged on the fresh air device 10, the arrangement of the plurality of air outlets 112 in the present invention can reduce the air speed of each air outlet 112, thereby reducing the noise of the air outlet 112, and solving the problem of large noise of the fresh air device 10 in the prior art.
In some embodiments, the plurality of air outlets 112 are arranged on the volute 110 at intervals around the centrifugal fan, so that the problem of uneven fresh air exchange caused by a single air outlet 112 is avoided, the fresh air is uniformly delivered to the environment, the air quality of the environment is improved, and good experience is brought to the human body.
Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of an embodiment of a fresh air device 10 according to the invention. Referring to fig. 1, the fresh air device 10 further includes a filter component 130 to filter the airflow entering the fresh air device 10.
The filter assembly 130 is disposed in the volute 110 such that the airflow entering from the air inlet 111 passes through the filter assembly 130 and then flows out from the plurality of air outlets 112. In some embodiments, the filter component 130 may employ a planar filter screen.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a fresh air device 10 according to the invention. Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of a fresh air device 10 according to the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the filter member 130 divides the chamber of the scroll 110 into an inlet chamber portion 113 and an outlet chamber portion 114, the inlet chamber portion 113 is communicated with the inlet 111, and the outlet chamber portion 114 is communicated with the plurality of outlets 112.
Referring to fig. 1, the fresh air device 10 further includes a driving motor 140. The driving motor 140 is drivingly connected to the centrifugal blade 120 to drive the centrifugal blade 120 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 1, the fresh air device 10 further includes a motor cover plate 150. The motor cover plate 150 is installed at the outer side of the scroll casing 110, and the motor cover plate 150 is covered at the outer side of the driving motor 140.
In some embodiments, the fresh air device 10 further includes a motor fixing plate 180, and the motor fixing plate 180 is installed on a side of the motor away from the motor cover plate 150 to fix the motor, thereby enhancing the reliability of the motor installation.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of the outlet damper assembly 160 of the fresh air device 10 in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 4, the fresh air device 10 further includes a plurality of air outlet baffle assemblies 160. The plurality of air outlet baffle assemblies 160 and the plurality of air outlets 112 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the corresponding air outlets 112 can be opened or closed through the air outlet baffle assemblies 160, and the structure is simple and easy to control.
In the first embodiment, each of the plurality of outlet damper assemblies 160 is controlled individually.
In the second embodiment, each of the plurality of outlet damper assemblies 160 is controlled together and operated synchronously.
The air outlet baffle assembly 160 includes an air outlet baffle 161 and an air outlet motor 162, the air outlet baffle 161 is rotatably disposed at the corresponding air outlet 112, the air outlet motor 162 is drivingly connected to the air outlet baffle 161 to drive the air outlet baffle 161 to rotate, and the structure is simple and easy to control.
In some embodiments, the volute 110 includes one air inlet 111 and two air outlets 112, and the fresh air device 10 includes two air outlet baffle assemblies 160 respectively disposed at the two air outlets 112, so as to open or close the corresponding air outlets 112 through the air outlet baffle assemblies 160.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of the air outlet baffle 161 of the fresh air device 10 in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 5, the fresh air device 10 further includes an intake air baffle assembly 170. The intake damper assembly 170 is disposed at the intake opening 111 to open or close the intake opening 111, and has a simple structure and easy control.
The intake air baffle assembly 170 includes an intake air baffle 171 and an intake air motor 172. The intake damper 171 is rotatably installed at the intake opening 111. The air inlet motor 172 is in driving connection with the air inlet baffle 171 to drive the air inlet baffle 171 to rotate, and is simple in structure and easy to control.

The setting of a plurality of air outlets 112 has reduced the wind speed of single air outlet 112 under the circumstances of guaranteeing normal air supply speed, has solved the noise problem that arouses by air outlet 112 wind speed, and then has reduced the noise of new trend device 10.

the filter component (130) is arranged in the volute (110), so that the airflow entering from the air inlet (111) passes through the filter component (130) and then flows out from the air outlets (112).

and the air outlet motor (162), the air outlet motor (162) is in driving connection with the air outlet baffle (161) to drive the air outlet baffle (161) to rotate.
8. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the air inlet baffle assembly (170), the air inlet baffle assembly (170) is set up in air intake (111), in order to open or close the air intake (111).
9. The fresh air device as recited in claim 8, wherein the intake air baffle assembly (170) comprises:
