本发明涉及矿用输送胶带技术领域,具体地说,是一种耐磨耐寒抗冲击的织物芯输送带及其制造方法。
背景技术
矿山、港口、露天煤矿开采等工作场所使用的输送带,因工作环境恶劣,承受的冲击载荷大,要求其具有高耐磨、抗冲击、耐低温性能好等性能特点。特别是我国东北、西北地区的矿山和露天煤矿,严寒时期的低温常达-50℃以下,现有技术的织物芯输送带在这种环境温度下长期使用会变硬、变脆,力学性能严重下降,在冲击载荷条件下使用寿命较短,甚至失去使用性能。现有技术对提高输送带在常温和高温条件下的力学能研究较多,但对如何提高输送带在低温和冲击载荷条件下的力学性能和使用寿命的研究较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐磨耐寒抗冲击的织物芯输送带,使其具有优异的耐磨和抗冲击性能,且在低温和冲击载荷条件下仍具有良好的力学性能和较长使用寿命,满足矿山、港口、露天煤矿开采等工作场所织物芯输送带的使用要求。
本发明的第二个目的是提供该输送带的制备方法,工艺简单,易于制造。

天然橡胶(NR)20-30份,丁苯橡胶(SBR1500)20-30份,顺丁橡胶(BR9000)50份,氧化锌4-6份,硬脂酸1-3份,硫磺1.5-2.0份,促进剂1.5-2.0份,防老剂2-3份,防护蜡1-2份,防焦剂CTP 0.5-1份, 炭黑(N234)50-60份,CMoSSi耐磨剂4-6份,古马隆树脂4-6份,芳烃油2-4份。
所述的促进剂选用促进剂CZ与促进剂TMTD的组合, 防老剂选用防老剂RD与防老剂4020的组合。
所述的CMoSSi耐磨剂是细度1000目的石墨粉、细度1000目的二硫化钼和Si69硅烷偶联剂的组合物,三种组分的质量比为75%/23%/2%。
所述的织物帆布骨架层是由多层贴胶后的浸胶帆布叠合而成,骨架材料可选择尼龙浸胶帆布(NN100-500)或聚酯浸胶帆布(EP100-500)。
所述的上覆盖胶层厚度3-8mm,下覆盖胶层1.5-4mm。

(1)制备上、下覆盖层胶料:

天然橡胶(NR)20-30份,丁苯橡胶(SBR1500)20-30份,顺丁橡胶(BR9000)50份,氧化锌4-6份,硬脂酸1-3份,硫磺1.5-2.0份,促进剂1.5-2.0份,防老剂2-3份,防护蜡1-2份,防焦剂CTP 0.5-1份, 炭黑(N234)50-60份,CMoSSi耐磨剂4-6份,古马隆树脂4-6份,芳烃油2-4份;
将上述混合物制成上、下覆盖胶层的二段混炼胶:
1)塑炼天然橡胶
使用密炼机塑炼天然橡胶,密炼机转子速度40转/分钟,塑炼时间180-220秒,排胶温度120-125℃,制成塑炼天然橡胶,停放8小时后使用;
2)制备CmoSSi耐磨剂
将细度1000目的石墨粉和细度1000目的二硫化钼投入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒Si69硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在110℃-120℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成CMoSSi耐磨剂,CMoSSi耐磨剂中石墨粉/二硫化钼/ Si69的质量占比为75%/23%/2%;
3)一段混炼
一段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子转速40转/分钟。首先将塑炼天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶投入密炼机中,混炼40-50秒,投入炭黑(50%)、CMoSSi耐磨剂、芳烃油,继续混炼150-180秒,再投入氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、防护蜡、炭黑(50%)、古马隆树脂,继续混炼150-180秒,排胶温度140-150℃,出片,冷却,制成上、下覆盖胶层的一段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
4)二段混炼
二段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子速度20转/分钟。将一段混炼胶、硫磺、促进剂、防焦剂投入密炼机中混炼100-120秒,排胶温度90-100℃,出片,冷却,制得上、下覆盖胶层的二段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
(2)制备帆布贴胶层胶料:
本发明的帆布贴胶层胶料选用普通织物芯输送带使用的帆布贴胶层胶料;
(3)帆布贴胶:
通过冷喂料挤出机和四辊压延机,将帆布贴胶层层胶料按工艺要求的厚度热帖在浸胶帆布的上、下表面上;
(4)压延出片:
通过冷喂料挤出机和四辊压延机,将上、下覆盖层胶料按工艺要求的厚度制备上、下覆盖层胶片;
(5)带坯成型:
首先通过自动张力成型机,按照工艺要求的层数将贴胶帆布贴合在一起,然后再与上、下覆盖层胶片贴合,制成带坯;
(6)平板硫化:
通过平板硫化机,按照工艺要求的压力、温度和时间将带坯硫化成成品,即为本发明的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:

所述的织物帆布骨架层是由五层EP300浸胶帆布贴胶后叠合而成。
所述的上覆盖胶层厚度5mm,下覆盖胶层厚度3mm。
本实施例提供一种耐磨耐寒抗冲击的织物芯输送带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备上、下覆盖层胶料:
所述的上、下覆盖胶层胶料按重量比由以下组分组成:
NR 25份,SBR1500 25份,BR9000 50份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,硫磺1.8份,促进剂CZ 1份,促进剂TMTD 0.8份,防老剂RD 1.5份,防老剂4020 1份,防护蜡1.5份,防焦剂CTP 0.8份, 炭黑N234 55份,CMoSSi耐磨剂5份,古马隆树脂5份,芳烃油3份;
将上述混合物制成上、下覆盖层胶料的二段混炼胶:
1)塑炼天然橡胶:
使用密炼机塑炼天然橡胶,密炼机转子速度40转/分钟,塑炼时间180-220秒,排胶温度120-125℃,制成塑炼天然橡胶,停放8小时后使用;
2)制备CmoSSi耐磨剂:
将细度1000目的石墨粉和细度1000目的二硫化钼投入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒Si69硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在110℃-120℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成CMoSSi耐磨剂,CMoSSi耐磨剂中石墨粉/二硫化钼/ Si69的质量占比为75%/23%/2%;
3)一段混炼:
一段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子转速40转/分钟,首先将塑炼天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶投入密炼机中,混炼40-50秒,投入炭黑(50%)、CMoSSi耐磨剂、芳烃油,继续混炼150-180秒,再投入氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、防护蜡、炭黑(50%)、古马隆树脂,继续混炼150-180秒,排胶温度140-150℃,出片,冷却,制成一段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
4)二段混炼:
二段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子速度20转/分钟,将一段混炼胶、硫磺、促进剂、防焦剂投入密炼机中混炼100-120秒,排胶温度90-100℃,出片,冷却,制得上、下覆盖层胶料的二段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
(2)制备帆布贴胶层胶料:
本实施例的帆布贴胶层胶料选用普通织物芯输送带使用的帆布贴胶层胶料;
(3)帆布贴胶:
通过冷喂料挤出机和四辊压延机,将帆布贴胶层层胶料按工艺要求的厚度热帖在浸胶帆布的上、下表面上;
(4)压延出片:
通过冷喂料挤出机和四辊压延机,将上、下覆盖层胶料按工艺要求的厚度制备上、下覆盖层胶片;
(5)带坯成型:
首先通过自动张力成型机,按照工艺要求的层数将贴胶帆布贴合在一起,然后再与上、下覆盖层胶片贴合,制成带坯;
(6)平板硫化:
通过平板硫化机,按照工艺要求的压力、温度和时间将带坯硫化成成品,即为本发明的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带,包括织物帆布骨架层、帆布贴胶层、上覆盖胶层,下覆盖胶层,所述的上覆盖胶层、下覆盖胶层按重量比由以下组分组成:
NR 30份,SBR1500 20份,BR9000 50份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸1份,硫磺1.5份,促进剂CZ 1份,促进剂TMTD 0.5份,防老剂RD 2份,防老剂4020 1份,防护蜡1份,防焦剂CTP 1份, 炭黑N234 60份,CMoSSi耐磨剂4份,古马隆树脂4份,芳烃油4份。
所述的CMoSSi耐磨剂是细度1000目的石墨粉、细度1000目的二硫化钼和Si69硅烷偶联剂的组合物,三种组分的质量比为75%/23%/2%。
所述的织物帆布骨架层是由六层EP200浸胶帆布贴胶后叠合而成。
所述的上覆盖胶层厚度4.5mm,下覆盖胶层厚度2mm。
本实施例提供一种耐磨耐寒抗冲击的织物芯输送带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备上、下覆盖层胶料:
所述的上、下覆盖胶层胶料按重量比由以下组分组成:
NR 30份,SBR1500 20份,BR9000 50份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸1份,硫磺1.5份,促进剂CZ 1份,促进剂TMTD 0.5份,防老剂RD 2份,防老剂4020 1份,防护蜡1份,防焦剂CTP 1份, 炭黑N234 60份,CMoSSi耐磨剂4份,古马隆树脂4份,芳烃油4份;
将上述混合物制成上、下覆盖层胶料的二段混炼胶:
1)塑炼天然橡胶:
使用密炼机塑炼天然橡胶,密炼机转子速度40转/分钟,塑炼时间180-220秒,排胶温度120-125℃,制成塑炼天然橡胶,停放8小时后使用;
2)制备CmoSSi耐磨剂:
将细度1000目的石墨粉和细度1000目的二硫化钼投入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒Si69硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在110℃-120℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成CMoSSi耐磨剂,CMoSSi耐磨剂中石墨粉/二硫化钼/ Si69的质量占比为75%/23%/2%;
3)一段混炼:
一段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子转速40转/分钟。首先将塑炼天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶投入密炼机中,混炼40-50秒,投入炭黑(50%)、CMoSSi耐磨剂、芳烃油,继续混炼150-180秒,再投入氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、防护蜡、炭黑(50%)、古马隆树脂,继续混炼150-180秒,排胶温度140-150℃,出片,冷却,制成一段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
4)二段混炼:
二段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子速度20转/分钟。将一段混炼胶、硫磺、促进剂、防焦剂投入密炼机中混炼100-120秒,排胶温度90-100℃,出片,冷却,制得上、下覆盖层胶料的二段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
(2)制备帆布贴胶层胶料:
本实施例的帆布贴胶层胶料选用普通织物芯输送带使用的帆布贴胶层胶料;
(3)帆布贴胶:
通过冷喂料挤出机和四辊压延机,将帆布贴胶层层胶料按工艺要求的厚度热帖在浸胶帆布的上、下表面上;
(4)压延出片:
通过冷喂料挤出机和四辊压延机,将上、下覆盖层胶料按工艺要求的厚度制备上、下覆盖层胶片;
(5)带坯成型:
首先通过自动张力成型机,按照工艺要求的层数将贴胶帆布贴合在一起,然后再与上、下覆盖层胶片贴合,制成带坯;
(6)平板硫化:
通过平板硫化机,按照工艺要求的压力、温度和时间将带坯硫化成成品,即为本发明的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带。

Claims (7)

1.一种耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带,包括织物帆布骨架层、帆布贴胶层、上覆盖胶层,下覆盖胶层,其特征在于所述的上覆盖胶层、下覆盖胶层按重量比由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶NR20-30份,丁苯橡胶SBR1500 20-30份,顺丁橡胶BR9000 50份,氧化锌4-6份,硬脂酸1-3份,硫磺1.5-2.0份,促进剂1.5-2.0份,防老剂2-3份,防护蜡1-2份,防焦剂CTP 0.5-1份, 炭黑N234 50-60份,CMoSSi耐磨剂4-6份,古马隆树脂4-6份,芳烃油2-4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带,其特征在于:所述的促进剂选用促进剂CZ与促进剂TMTD的组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带,其特征在于:所述的防老剂选用防老剂RD与防老剂4020的组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带,其特征在于:所述的CMoSSi耐磨剂是细度1000目的石墨粉、细度1000目的二硫化钼和Si69硅烷偶联剂的组合物,三种组分的质量比为75%/23%/2%。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带,其特征在于:所述的织物帆布骨架层是由多层贴胶后的浸胶帆布叠合而成,骨架材料可选择尼龙浸胶帆布NN100-500或聚酯浸胶帆布EP100-500。
6.如权利要求1所述的耐磨耐寒抗冲击的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述的上覆盖胶层厚度3-8mm,下覆盖胶层1.5-4mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的耐磨耐寒耐冲击的织物芯输送带的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)制备上、下覆盖层胶料:
所述的上、下覆盖胶层胶料按重量比由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶NR 20-30份,丁苯橡胶SBR1500 20-30份,顺丁橡胶BR9000 50份,氧化锌4-6份,硬脂酸1-3份,硫磺1.5-2.0份,促进剂1.5-2.0份,防老剂2-3份,防护蜡1-2份,防焦剂CTP 0.5-1份, 炭黑N234 50-60份,CMoSSi耐磨剂4-6份,古马隆树脂4-6份,芳烃油2-4份;
将上述混合物制成上、下覆盖胶层的二段混炼胶:
1)塑炼天然橡胶:
使用密炼机塑炼天然橡胶,密炼机转子速度40转/分钟,塑炼时间180-220秒,排胶温度120-125℃,制成塑炼天然橡胶,停放8小时后使用;
2)制备CmoSSi耐磨剂:
将细度1000目的石墨粉和细度1000目的二硫化钼投入捏合机中加热搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400转/分钟,加热至40-60℃,开始喷洒Si69硅烷偶联剂,继续加热搅拌,在110℃-120℃的温度下搅拌10-15分钟,制成CMoSSi耐磨剂,CMoSSi耐磨剂中石墨粉/二硫化钼/ Si69的质量占比为75%/23%/2%;
3)一段混炼:
一段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子转速40转/分钟;首先将塑炼天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶投入密炼机中,混炼40-50秒,投入50%的炭黑、CMoSSi耐磨剂、芳烃油,继续混炼150-180秒,再投入氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、防护蜡、50%的炭黑、古马隆树脂,继续混炼150-180秒,排胶温度140-150℃,出片,冷却,制成上、下覆盖胶层的一段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
4)二段混炼:
二段混炼使用密炼机,密炼机转子速度20转/分钟;将一段混炼胶、硫磺、促进剂、防焦剂投入密炼机中混炼100-120秒,排胶温度90-100℃,出片,冷却,制得上、下覆盖胶层的二段混炼胶,停放8小时后使用;
(2)制备帆布贴胶层胶料;
(3)帆布贴胶;
(4)压延出片;
(5)带坯成型;
(6)平板硫化。
