As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the low floor rail vehicle body hinge mounting assembly of the present invention includes: the device comprises a base 1, two limiting plates 2, two end jacking mechanisms 3, a central supporting seat 4, four adjustable supporting seats 5, a connecting plate 6, two guide cylinders 7, two guide rods 8, a horizontal positioning plate 9 and two connecting seats 10; the length direction of base 1 is perpendicular with automobile body direction of travel, and base 1 passes through the fix with screw on the workstation, and two limiting plates 2 link firmly on base 1 through the support respectively, and the width of limiting plate 2 equals the minimum distance between two articulated automobile body chassis end plates.

The bottom of the central supporting seat 4 is fixedly connected with the central position of the base 1, and four adjustable supporting seats 5 are symmetrically fixedly connected with the middle position of the base 1 in pairs; the center of the connecting plate 6 is provided with a through hole, and the top end of the central supporting seat 4 penetrates through the through hole in the center of the connecting plate 6.
Two guide cylinders 7 are parallel to the base 1 and are parallel to the vertical plane in the length direction of the base 1, the two guide cylinders 7 are fixedly connected to two ends of the connecting plate 6 respectively, each guide cylinder 7 is fixedly connected to the top ends of the two adjustable supporting seats 5, and the two guide rods 8 are fixedly connected to the inner side end portions of the two connecting seats 10 after penetrating through the two guide cylinders 7 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Two ends of a horizontal positioning plate 9 are correspondingly and vertically fixedly connected with two connecting seats 10, a reference hole 9-1 is formed in the center of the horizontal positioning plate 9, a cross-shaped reference line 9-2 used for positioning the levelness of the hinged seat of the car roof is arranged on the upper end face of the horizontal positioning plate 9, and four positioning holes 9-2-1 are formed in the cross-shaped reference line 9-2 in a rotational symmetry mode by taking the reference hole 9-1 as the center; the two connecting seats 10 are provided with a plurality of connecting holes 10-1 for fixedly connecting the connecting seats with the two end plates of the underframe of the car body, the distance between the outer end surfaces of the two connecting seats 10 is equal to the distance between the two end plates of the underframe of the car body, and the distance is greater than the width of the limiting plate 2.
The vertical plane in the width direction of the base 1, the vertical planes in the two limit plates 2 and the vertical planes in the length direction of the two guide cylinders 7 are coplanar.
When the vehicle body hinged installation pairing device of the low-floor railway vehicle is used, a set of pairing device of the invention is required to be used between every two adjacent vehicle bodies. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a set of pairing device of the invention is arranged between the A vehicle frame 11 and the B vehicle frame 12, and a set of pairing device of the invention is also arranged between the A vehicle frame 11 and the other vehicle frame. The specific use process of the pairing device arranged between the A vehicle frame 11 and the B vehicle frame 12 is as follows: the length direction of a base 1 of the pairing device is placed along the direction vertical to the advancing direction of a vehicle body, the base 1 is fixedly connected to a workbench between a vehicle underframe A11 and a vehicle underframe B12 through a plurality of bolts, the heights of four adjustable supporting seats 5 and a central supporting seat 4 are adjusted according to the heights of a vehicle underframe end plate 11-1 and a vehicle underframe end plate B12-1, so that a horizontal positioning plate 9 is parallel to the ground, and the heights of two connecting seats 10 are matched with the heights of the vehicle underframe end plate A11-1 and the vehicle underframe end plate B12-1; then, the two connecting seats 10 are fixedly connected with an A car underframe end plate 11-1 and a B car underframe end plate 12-1 respectively through the matching of the connecting holes 10-1 of the two connecting seats 10 and a plurality of bolts, and the moving positions of the A car underframe 11 and the B car underframe 12 can be finely adjusted through the matching of the two guide cylinders 7 and the two guide rods 8; then, adjusting four screw rods of the two end jacking mechanisms 3 to enable the jacking end surfaces of the two screw rods of each end jacking mechanism 3 to be equal in distance with the vertical plane of the limiting plate 2 until two screw rods with the same orientation are jacked at two ends of the end plate 11-1 of the chassis A and the other two screw rods with the same orientation are jacked at two ends of the end plate 12-1 of the chassis B; and then, respectively installing and fixedly connecting the vehicle roof hinge seat between the vehicle body A and the vehicle body B, and in the installation process, correspondingly inserting the three plummet on the lower end surface of the vehicle roof hinge seat into the reference hole 9-1 and the two positioning holes 9-2-1 on the cross reference line 9-2 as a standard to calibrate whether the vehicle roof hinge seat is horizontal or not.
