Claims (10)

1. A fixed car lifting jack track bridge with weighing function is characterized by comprising an underframe assembly (4) and two parallel tracks arranged on the underframe assembly (4), wherein a single track comprises at least one weighing track assembly (1) and at least one common track assembly (2), and the weighing track assemblies (1) and the common track assemblies (2) in the single track are alternately arranged along the length direction of the track; the common rail assembly (2) is fixedly arranged on the chassis assembly (4), the weighing rail assembly (1) is arranged on the chassis assembly (4) through a plurality of weighing modules (3), and a gap is reserved between the weighing rail assembly (1) and the common rail assembly (2).

The fixed car lifting frame track bridge with weighing function according to claim 1, wherein the weighing module (3) comprises an upper connecting plate (3-1), a weighing sensor (3-2), a limiting assembly and a lower connecting plate (3-6), the weighing sensor (3-2) is arranged between the upper connecting plate (3-1) and the lower connecting plate (3-6), the lower connecting plate (3-6) is arranged on the underframe assembly (4), the upper connecting plate (3-1) is connected with the weighing rail assembly (1), and the limiting assembly is used for limiting the horizontal relative displacement and the longitudinal maximum distance between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate.

The fixed car lifting machine rail bridge with weighing function according to claim 2, wherein the limiting assembly comprises a control arm (3-3) and a longitudinal limiting piece (3-4), the control arm (3-3) is horizontally arranged, two ends of the control arm are respectively connected with an upper connecting plate (3-1) and a lower connecting plate (3-6), one end of the longitudinal limiting piece (3-4) is connected with the lower connecting plate (3-6) or/and a chassis assembly (4), and the other end of the longitudinal limiting piece (3-4) is connected with the weighing rail assembly (1) or/and the upper connecting plate (3-1).

A fixed car lifting frame rail bridge with weighing according to claim 3, characterized in that said weighing module (3) further comprises an auxiliary assembly plate (3-5), said auxiliary assembly plate (3-5) being detachably connected to the same side of the upper and lower connecting plates, said auxiliary assembly plate (3-5) being adapted to enable relative positioning between the upper and lower connecting plates when they are mounted.

The fixed car lifting machine track bridge with weighing function according to claim 1, further comprising side cover plate assemblies (5) and a middle cover plate assembly (6), wherein the side cover plate assemblies (5) are arranged between two sides of the bottom frame assembly (4) in the length direction and the edge of a foundation pit; a middle cover plate assembly (6) is arranged between the two parallel tracks, and the single side edge of the middle cover plate assembly (6) along the length direction of the tracks is connected with the chassis assembly (4) corresponding to the side edge and the common track assembly (2).

A fixed car lifting frame rail bridge with weighing according to claim 5, characterized in that the underframe assembly (4) comprises a supporting frame and an upper support (4-4) arranged on the supporting frame, the weighing rail assembly (1) and the common rail assembly (2) are arranged on the supporting frame; the two sides of a single weighing rail assembly (1) are provided with upper supports (4-4), gaps are reserved between the weighing rail assembly (1) and the upper supports (4-4) on the two sides, the upper supports (4-4) located on the outer side are used for installing side cover plate assemblies (5), and the upper supports (4-4) located on the inner side are used for installing middle cover plate assemblies (6).
