Abstract
The invention discloses a spot welding line pressing device, which comprises a spot welding machine 1 and a component fixing head 2, wherein the spot welding machine 1 is connected with a stretching device 3; a positioning groove 4 is formed at the front end of the component fixing head 2, a sliding groove 5 is formed at the rear end of the component fixing head, a sliding column 6 is connected in the sliding groove 5 in a sliding mode, the sliding column 6 is connected with a fixing plate 7, and an elastic device 8 is arranged between the fixing plate 7 and the component fixing head 2; the positioning groove 4 is arranged opposite to the spot welder 1. The invention has simple structure and convenient use, softens the wire end by heating, prevents the electric welding machine from being damaged by overlarge pressure by the spring, presses the wire end to be flat and attached and greatly improves the yield of workpieces.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machinery, and particularly relates to a spot welding wire pressing device.
Background
The automatic winding process of the workpiece (wire winding) is as follows: the automatic winding is completed through a series of actions such as automatic feeding → winding → trimming → stranded wire → trimming tail, wire bonding → secondary wire bonding → blanking, but in the secondary wire bonding, the existing secondary wire bonding device directly presses the wire head 1 by using a pressing block, but the wire head 1 is difficult to press in place, and the wire head is easy to flick or the flat pasting is poor, as shown in fig. 1.

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a spot welding wire pressing device. The invention has simple structure and convenient use, softens the wire end by heating, prevents the electric welding machine from being damaged by overlarge pressure by the spring, presses the wire end to be flat and attached and greatly improves the yield of workpieces.

a spot welding line pressing device comprises a spot welding machine 1 and a component fixing head 2, wherein the spot welding machine 1 is connected with a stretching device 3; a positioning groove 4 is formed at the front end of the component fixing head 2, a sliding groove 5 is formed at the rear end of the component fixing head, a sliding column 6 is connected in the sliding groove 5 in a sliding mode, the sliding column 6 is connected with a fixing plate 7, and an elastic device 8 is arranged between the fixing plate 7 and the component fixing head 2; the positioning groove 4 is arranged opposite to the spot welder 1.

The spot welding line pressing device shown in fig. 1 comprises a spot welding machine 1 and a component fixing head 2, wherein the spot welding machine 1 is connected with a stretching device 3; a positioning groove 4 is formed at the front end of the component fixing head 2, a sliding groove 5 is formed at the rear end of the component fixing head, a sliding column 6 is connected in the sliding groove 5 in a sliding mode, the sliding column 6 is connected with a fixing plate 7, and an elastic device 8 is arranged between the fixing plate 7 and the component fixing head 2; the positioning groove 4 is arranged opposite to the spot welder 1.
The elastic means 8 is a spring wound around the spool 6. The top of the sliding column 6 is convexly formed with a sliding disc 9, and the outlet of the sliding chute 5 is convexly formed with an annular stop block 10.
The stretching device 3 is a cylinder
The use method of the spot welding wire pressing device comprises the following steps:

A spot welding line pressing device is characterized by comprising a spot welding machine (1) and a component fixing head (2), wherein the spot welding machine (1) is connected with a stretching device (3); a positioning groove (4) is formed at the front end of the component fixing head (2), a sliding groove (5) is formed at the rear end of the component fixing head, a sliding column (6) is connected in the sliding groove (5) in a sliding mode, the sliding column (6) is connected with a fixing plate (7), and an elastic device (8) is installed between the fixing plate (7) and the component fixing head (2); the positioning groove (4) is arranged opposite to the spot welding machine (1).
