the agilawood essential oil solution soaking unit is used for placing the medicine bag into the agilawood essential oil solution to obtain a primary soaking medicine bag;
and the agilawood wine solution soaking unit is used for obtaining the agilawood wine solution brewed by the agarwood, and placing the primary soaking medicine bag in the agilawood wine solution to obtain the standby traditional Chinese medicine bag.
Optionally, the pack heating unit 63 includes:
the environment parameter detection unit is used for heating the water body to a preset temperature and detecting a humidity value and a temperature value of water vapor under the current scene;
a heating timing starting unit, configured to place the standby traditional Chinese medicine packet in the current scene and start a heating timer if the humidity value and the temperature value are within a preset standard parameter range;
and the heating completion identification unit is used for identifying the heated standby traditional Chinese medicine packet as the finished product traditional Chinese medicine packet if the counting value of the heating timer reaches a preset heating threshold value.

Alternatively, the processor 70, when executing the computer program 72, implements the functions of the units in the above-described device embodiments, such as the functions of the modules 61 to 63 shown in fig. 6.
Illustratively, the computer program 72 may be divided into one or more units, which are stored in the memory 71 and executed by the processor 70 to accomplish the present invention. The one or more units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program 72 in the Chinese medicine eaglewood-based pack preparation apparatus 7. For example, the computer program 72 may be divided into a raw material mixing unit, a cartridge soaking unit, and a cartridge heating unit, each of which functions as described above.
The preparation device of the Chinese medicine bag based on agilawood can include, but is not limited to, a processor 70 and a memory 71. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that fig. 7 is only an example of the Chinese medicine bag preparation device 7 based on agilawood, and does not constitute a limitation to the Chinese medicine bag preparation device 7 based on agilawood, and may include more or less components than those shown in the figures, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the Chinese medicine bag preparation device based on agilawood may further include an input and output device, a network access device, a bus, and the like.
The Processor 70 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 71 may be an internal storage unit of the Chinese medicine bag preparation device 7 based on agilawood, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the Chinese medicine bag preparation device 7 based on agilawood. The memory 71 may also be an external storage device of the agilawood-based traditional Chinese medicine package preparation device 7, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are equipped on the agilawood-based traditional Chinese medicine package preparation device 7. Further, the memory 71 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the agilawood-based traditional Chinese medicine package preparation device 7. In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The invention also provides an agilawood-based traditional Chinese medicine package which is prepared according to the method in any one of the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine bag based on agilawood is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps of obtaining agilawood raw materials and medicine package raw materials, and controlling a stirring component to stir a mixture containing the agilawood raw materials and the medicine package raw materials;
packaging the mixture in a medicine bag, and soaking the medicine bag in a preset solution to obtain a standby traditional Chinese medicine bag;
and heating the standby traditional Chinese medicine bag through steam in a preset heating period to obtain a finished traditional Chinese medicine bag.
2. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the mixture is packaged in a medicine bag, and the medicine bag is soaked by a preset solution to obtain a standby traditional Chinese medicine bag, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
acquiring agilawood essential oil with a preset volume, and adding the agilawood essential oil into a water body with a preset temperature to obtain an agilawood essential oil solution;
placing the medicine bag in the agilawood essential oil solution to obtain a primary soaking medicine bag;
and (3) obtaining an agilawood wine solution brewed based on agarwood, and placing the primary soaking medicine bag in the agilawood wine solution to obtain the standby traditional Chinese medicine bag.
3. The method for preparing the Chinese medicine package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating of the ready-to-use Chinese medicine package by steam in a preset heating cycle to obtain the finished Chinese medicine package comprises:
heating the water body to a preset temperature, and detecting a humidity value and a temperature value of water vapor under the current scene;
if the humidity value and the temperature value are within a preset standard parameter range, placing the standby traditional Chinese medicine packet in the current scene, and starting a heating timer;
and if the counting value of the heating timer reaches a preset heating threshold value, identifying the heated standby traditional Chinese medicine packet as the finished product traditional Chinese medicine packet.
4. The preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the steps of obtaining the agilawood raw material and the medicine package raw material, and controlling the stirring component to perform a stirring operation on the mixture comprising the agilawood raw material and the medicine package raw material comprise:
identifying the volume of a wood block of the agilawood block, and determining the cutting time of the raw material based on the volume of the wood block;
and controlling a cutting assembly to cut the agilawood blocks based on the raw material cutting duration to obtain the agilawood raw materials.
5. The preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mixture is packaged in a medicine bag, and the medicine bag is soaked by a preset solution to obtain a standby traditional Chinese medicine bag, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
preparing an inner bag based on the first aperture and an outer bag based on the second aperture;
placing the inner bag into the outer bag, and packaging the mixture in the inner bag.
6. A preparation equipment of traditional Chinese medicine bag based on agilawood is characterized by comprising:
the raw material mixing unit is used for obtaining the agilawood raw material and the medicine package raw material and controlling a stirring component to stir a mixture containing the agilawood raw material and the wine syrup raw material;
the medicine bag soaking unit is used for packaging the mixture into a preset medicine bag and soaking the medicine bag through a preset solution to obtain a standby traditional Chinese medicine bag;
and the medicine bag heating unit is used for heating the standby traditional Chinese medicine bags through steam in a preset heating period to obtain finished traditional Chinese medicine bags.
7. The manufacturing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the pack soaking unit comprises:
the agilawood essential oil solution acquisition unit is used for acquiring agilawood essential oil with a preset volume and adding the agilawood essential oil into a water body with a preset temperature to obtain an agilawood essential oil solution;
the agilawood essential oil solution soaking unit is used for placing the medicine bag into the agilawood essential oil solution to obtain a primary soaking medicine bag;
and the agilawood wine solution soaking unit is used for obtaining the agilawood wine solution brewed by the agarwood, and placing the primary soaking medicine bag in the agilawood wine solution to obtain the standby traditional Chinese medicine bag.
8. A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor executing the computer program with the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 5.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. An agilawood-based traditional Chinese medicine package prepared according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
