Abstract
The invention discloses an infant skin care essential oil formula and a preparation method thereof, wherein the infant skin care essential oil formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-49.4% of fatty oil, 37.7-48.4% of oleic acid, 5-10% of linoleic acid, 0.2-1% of linolenic acid, 7-13% of palmitic acid, 1.2-3.2% of stearic acid, 0.8-2.5% of sesamin, 0.4-1.8% of squalene, 0.5-1.5% of sesamin, 0.5-1.8% of camellin, 0.2-0.7% of vitamin AE and 0.5-1.2% of lecithin. By the mode, the swelling and damage of the skin folds of the infants can be relieved; the method is safe, and all raw materials can be extracted from plants to reach the food grade; anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effect is strengthened; the rapid healing is realized, and the healing time of skin damage is prolonged by 40%.

A method for preparing an infant skin care essential oil formula comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing crude oil by the traditional water generation method at normal temperature and normal pressure
(1) Screening, and mixing 60% of sesame, namely 1:2 of white sesame and black sesame, 30% of camellia seed and 10% of rice bran according to the proportion;
(2) then rinsing and soaking the mixture obtained in the step one for 1-2 hours;
(3) controlling water, naturally draining and avoiding sticking hands;
(4) stirring the fried materials, frying for about 20 minutes with strong fire, stir-frying with slow fire to 200 ℃, adding 3% cold water, stir-frying for 1 minute, and taking out of the pot;
(5) heat dissipation, namely blowing dust to clean and dissipate heat immediately after the pot is taken out, and removing coke powder, broken peel and smoke dust;
(6) grinding, pouring into a grinder, keeping the temperature of the raw materials at 65-75 ℃, rotating at 30-40 r/min, and preferably allowing the sauce to pass through a 800-mesh sieve;
(7) stirring the slurry, pouring the slurry into an oil stirring pot, and adding boiling water for 4 times according to the ratio of 1: 1; the steps of slurry stirring are as follows:

4) adding 5% boiling water, rotating at 10 r/min for 1 hr, and stirring at 50 deg.C;
(8) and (4) skimming oil, namely floating on the oil to obtain crude oil, standing and precipitating the crude oil, and skimming the oil for the second time for later use.
Refining crude oil
(1) Heating the crude oil to 100 ℃ at normal temperature, keeping for 5 minutes, removing residual water and phenolic substances, and naturally cooling to 25 ℃;

A method for preparing an infant skin care essential oil formula comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing crude oil by the traditional water generation method at normal temperature and normal pressure
(1) Screening, and mixing 60% of sesame, namely 1:2 of white sesame and black sesame, 30% of camellia seed and 10% of rice bran according to the proportion;
(2) then rinsing and soaking the mixture obtained in the step one for 1-2 hours;

Refining crude oil
