技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全套,特别是涉及一种轴向低拉伸安全套,应用于计划生育、预防性途径疾病传染等领域。
背景技术
安全套是人们性生活时有效避孕工具,同时可以预防性生活时体液交叉引起的疾病传染。现有安全套使用在抽插动作下套体轴向伸缩较大,撕裂发生多是由此原因,如将套体弹性变小减小轴向伸缩幅度而减小拉伸变薄破裂几率,套体径向尺寸的弹性也会随之减小,弹性尺寸内适用范围变小,容易造成过紧或过松影响使用;最接近现有技术专利文献(公开号US2006270898A1)公开了一种安全套,在鞘状管状主体7设有增厚的纵向肋23,使其具有较好的弹性周长和轴向低拉伸,使用时摩擦下主体7轴向伸缩减小,但其拉伸力会集中到尖端部分5处,尖端部分5拉伸变薄破裂几率增大。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种轴向低拉伸安全套。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种轴向低拉伸安全套,包括筒型套体,其特征在于至少一部分套体上设有轴向伸展的周向间隔分布的筋膜,筋膜部位周向伸展阻力低于间隔部位。
进一步的,所述筋膜沿套体轴向分段分布在套体上。
进一步的,所述的轴向低拉伸安全套,其特征在于所述套体为单层结构前端带封堵的圆筒,筋膜前端逐渐变窄向封堵顶端延伸。
进一步的,所述筋膜前端逐渐变窄向封堵顶端延伸在封堵顶端交汇。
进一步的,所述套体为单层结构前端带封堵的圆筒,筋膜前端分叉向封堵顶端延伸分布。
进一步的,所述分叉分叉和叉间隙逐渐变小。
进一步的,所述分叉在封堵上交汇。
进一步的,所述套体分为前端封闭的外套和内套,内套置于外套内部,内套后端与外套连接,内套与外套间形成一前部开放的体液容纳空间,内套前端设有容龟头挤过的端口,所述筋膜设置在内套上。
本发明轴向低拉伸安全套,套体上设有轴向伸展的周向间隔分布的筋膜,可以有效减小动作时套体轴向的伸缩幅度,同时筋膜周向间隔部位弹性好,较小施力即可产生较大周向的拉伸伸展,径向具有良好变形拉伸弹性,尺寸适用范围趋于更大。

为更好地理解本发明,结合附图,通过实施例对本发明技术方案加以说明。
实施例如图1所示,该轴向低拉伸安全套设有套体1,套体为单层结构前端带封堵的圆筒,后端开放,前端容纳龟头,本实施例前端不带精囊,实施时可设置精囊,再套体上设有轴向伸展的周向间隔分布的筋膜2,筋膜部位周向伸展阻力低于间隔部位3,筋膜可分布在上套体等长或不等长设置,或沿套体轴向分段分布在套体上,只要能够减小轴向拉伸幅度即减小轴向弹性变量即可,筋膜轴向段数、轴向位置分布可更具需要设置;本实施例筋膜前端未到封堵处,实施时也可将各筋膜前端逐渐变窄向封堵顶端延伸,可在封堵顶端交汇或不交汇,也可将筋膜前端分叉向封堵顶端延伸分布,分叉和/或分叉间隙逐渐变小,可在封堵上交汇或不交汇。
该轴向低拉伸安全套,套体上设有轴向伸展的周向间隔分布的筋膜,使筋膜部位弹性小于没有筋膜部位,筋膜部位拉伸阻力变大,同尺寸拉伸筋该膜部位产生较大弹力,可以有效减小动作时套体轴向的伸缩幅度,同时筋膜周向间隔部位弹性好,较小施力即可产生较大周向的拉伸伸展,径向具有良好变形拉伸弹性,尺寸适用范围趋于更大。
实施用于双层套体时,套体由外套和内套构成,外套前端封闭,内套置于外套内部,内套后端与外套连接,内套与外套间形成一前部开放的体液容纳空间,内套前端设有容龟头挤过的端口,所述筋膜设置在内套上和/或外套上。
实施时,筋膜可单独设置筋或膜,也可结合设置,筋或膜可与套体同材质,也可为异材质,如纤维网、柔性丝、织品等,可以与内套管一体成型,也可以后结合连接成型,也可在内套管一体成型的基础上,利用化学手段使内套管部分位置发生化学变化形成弹性较小的筋膜而使筋膜与其他部位趋于接近,化学反应成分可以刷涂、喷涂、溅射、蒸汽、辐射等现有手段施加,也可结合或单独采用光照改变性质使其形成弹性较小的筋膜;各筋膜部位周向总宽度周向占比百分之20至百分之60为较佳,以比百分之30至百分之40为更佳。

Claims (3)

1.一种轴向低拉伸安全套,包括筒型套体,其特征在于至少一部分套体上设有轴向伸展的周向间隔分布的筋膜,筋膜部位周向伸展阻力低于间隔部位,所述套体采用单层结构,为前端带封堵的圆筒,筋膜前端逐渐变窄向封堵顶端延伸在封堵顶端交汇,各筋膜部位周向总宽度周向占比为百分之20至百分之60。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴向低拉伸安全套,其特征在于所述筋膜前端分叉向封堵顶端延伸分布,分叉和叉间隙逐渐变小,分叉在封堵上交汇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴向低拉伸安全套,其特征在于可采用双层套体,所述双层套体由外套和内套构成,外套前端封闭,内套置于外套内部,内套后端与外套连接,内套与外套间形成一前部开放的体液容纳空间,内套前端设有容龟头挤过的端口,所述筋膜设置在内套上。
