Technical Field

Background
In the conventional water-flushing toilet system, as shown in fig. 1, the system comprises a flushing device 15, a toilet bowl 2 and a sewer pipe 16, the toilet needs to be flushed by the flushing device 15 every time the toilet bowl 2 is used, about 1/3 of domestic water is used for flushing the toilet in daily life, and water resources are greatly wasted. The excrements and urine discharged through the defecation tank 2 are discharged together to a sewer pipe 16 connected to the defecation tank in the form of water flush without being treated at all, and then enter a municipal pipe network 17 connected to the sewer pipe. The large amount of discharge brought by the method causes eutrophication of water body, increases toxin and causes harm to the environment. In some mountain landscapes and long-term drought and water-deficient areas, the traditional water-flushing toilet is obviously unsuitable and inconvenient to use, and a series of problems of water consumption, pollutant increase, pollutant cleaning difficulty increase, subsequent treatment difficulty increase and the like exist.
Furthermore, the deposits in the toilet need to be transported to the manure treatment plant at regular time and quantity, and the manure is harmlessly isolated in the manure treatment plant and used as a raw material for preparing fertilizer by fermentation.
With the increasing importance of the state on environmental protection, the environmental awareness of people is increased, and the traditional water-flushing toilet cannot meet the requirements of the modern society.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides an electric energy water-free ecological automatic fertilizer discharging toilet, which is used for solving the technical problems of water resource waste, environmental pollution, high cost and complicated process of a flushing toilet in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the invention provides an electric energy water-free ecological automatic fertilizer discharging toilet, which comprises a feces processor, wherein one side of the feces processor is provided with an electric box, the feces processor is positioned under the indoor ground, a defecation tank is communicated above the feces processor, the feces processor is provided with a fertilizer outlet and an exhaust pipe, a U-shaped frame, a heating plate and a stirring device are arranged in the feces processor, the heating plate is paved on the outer surface of the U-shaped frame, microbial fillers are placed on the inner surface of the U-shaped frame, the middle part of the U-shaped frame is downwards sunken to form a semicircular channel, and an automatic fertilizer discharging device is arranged in the semicircular channel;
the automatic fertilizer discharging device is composed of a rotating shaft and a spiral blade, the spiral blade is wound outside the rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the excrement processor from the fertilizer discharging port and is connected with a discharging pipeline, and the other end of the rotating shaft extends out of the excrement processor and is connected with the electric box.

in an embodiment of the invention, the stirring device at least comprises a stirring shaft, stirring columns are uniformly arranged on the stirring shaft, one end of the stirring shaft is movably connected with the fecal processor, and the other end of the stirring shaft extends out of the fecal processor to be connected with the electric box;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the stirring shaft is disposed in parallel with the rotating shaft, and the stirring shaft is located above the rotating shaft.
In an embodiment of the present invention, two adjacent stirring columns are connected with blades, and the blades are arranged at intervals.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a motor device for driving the stirring shaft and the rotating shaft is disposed in the electric box.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the motor device includes a first motor and a second motor, a driving shaft of the first motor is connected to the rotating shaft, and a driving shaft of the second motor is connected to the stirring shaft.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the motor device includes a third motor and a driving gear plate, the driving gear plate is connected to a driving shaft of the third motor, and driven gear plates are disposed at both ends of the rotating shaft and the stirring shaft, and the driving gear plate drives the driven gear plate to rotate.
In an embodiment of the invention, a deodorization partition plate is arranged between the defecation tank and the excrement processor, and the deodorization partition plate is arranged at the bottom of the defecation tank and is connected with the defecation tank through a rotating shaft.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the toilet further includes a biosensor and a fourth motor, wherein an input end of the fourth motor is connected to the biosensor, a driving shaft of the fourth motor is connected to the rotating shaft, and the biosensor is mounted on a wall around the defecation pool.
