The invention discloses a marine riser brush for deep water, which comprises a short drill rod, wherein an upper guide block, a stop ring, a brush sleeve mandrel, a fishing cup righting rib, a fishing cup and a lower guide block are sequentially arranged outside the short drill rod from top to bottom; the upper guide block is welded inside the upper end of the baffle ring, the lower end of the baffle ring is connected with the brush sleeve mandrel through external threads, and a brush sleeve is arranged outside the brush sleeve mandrel; the fishing cup righting rib is welded inside the fishing cup and is positioned on the lower portion of the brush sleeve mandrel, the lower portion of the fishing cup is connected to the outer side of the lower portion of the short drill rod through welding, and the lower guide block is connected to the lowest portion of the outer side of the short drill rod through welding. The inner wall of the marine riser is cleaned by putting the drill rod into an operation position and lifting and lowering the pipe column.

Technical Field

Background

At present, impurities are carried in a mode of increasing return discharge capacity aiming at riser cleaning in a deepwater area, but the mode is difficult to completely clean the inner wall of the riser and still has great risk.

The marine riser brush for deep water according to claim 1, wherein six upper guide blocks (2) are uniformly arranged along the inner circumference of the retainer ring (3), six lower guide blocks (9) are uniformly arranged along the outer circumference of the short drill pipe (1), and one upper guide block (2) corresponds to one lower guide block (9) in the axial direction.
