Abstract
The invention discloses a casing pipe scraper which comprises an upper joint (1), a mandrel (2) and a lower joint (3) which are in threaded connection in sequence from top to bottom; the outer circle of the middle of the mandrel (2) is provided with a scraper (4) with an integral structure; two ends of the scraper (4) are respectively provided with a righting sleeve (5); a supporting sleeve (6) is arranged in the righting sleeve (5); two ends of the scraper (4) are inserted between the centralizing sleeve (5) and the supporting sleeve (6). The scraper disclosed by the invention adopts an annular integral structure, is convenient and reliable to install and use, avoids the condition that parts fall off, and ensures the use safety. When the working surface of the annular integral scraper works, the scraping effect in the whole circumferential direction is consistent, the local residual phenomenon cannot occur, and the hidden danger of subsequent operation is eliminated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a casing pipe scraper, and belongs to the technical field of well repair equipment.
Background
In the process of petroleum drilling and oil extraction, the inner wall of the casing can be damaged under the action of formation pressure and metal corrosion and in the process of well completion operation, and the problems of diameter shrinkage, breakage, burrs and the like occur.
Casing scrapers are a well repair tool with reliable performance. The device is mainly used for removing dirt such as cement blocks, cement rings, hard wax, various salt crystals or sediments, perforation burrs and ferric oxide generated by sleeve corrosion on the inner wall of the sleeve, so that the device can be conveniently and smoothly fed into various downhole tools without resistance, and the success rate of subsequent tool feeding and operation completion is improved.
At present, the scraper part of a casing pipe scraper used in an oil field is combined by a plurality of split scrapers to realize the scraping operation of the whole circumference, so that the structure is complex, the processing is difficult, and the asynchronous condition often occurs when the casing pipe scraper is used, so that part of the scrapers do not operate, the inner wall of the casing pipe still remains after the scraping operation, and hidden troubles are buried for subsequent operations.
Due to the fact that the split scrapers are combined in the structure, the connection positions among the structures are not tight, parts of parts are prone to falling off, serious potential safety hazards exist, and finally underground accidents are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a casing scraper, which aims to solve the technical problem of potential safety hazard caused by easy falling of the existing casing scraper, and improve the stability and reliability of the casing scraper in underground use, thereby overcoming the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

In the casing pipe scraper, the scraper is in a circular pipe shape; the inner hole of the scraper is a straight-through hole; an annular boss is arranged at the orifice of the inner hole of the scraper; the middle of the excircle of the scraper is thick, the two ends of the excircle of the scraper are thin, and a small-pitch spiral groove and a group of large-pitch spiral grooves are arranged in the middle large-diameter section of the excircle of the scraper; one end of the coarse pitch spiral groove is connected with the closed split groove, and the other end of the coarse pitch spiral groove is connected with the through split groove; the closed split groove and the through split groove are both straight grooves.
In the casing pipe scraper, the closed split grooves and the through split grooves at the same end of the scraper are arranged in a staggered manner.
In the casing pipe scraper, the mandrel is of an elongated tube structure; the inner hole of the mandrel is a straight-through hole; external thread sections are arranged at two ends of the mandrel; the inner side of the external thread section is an optical axis section matched with the centering sleeve; an annular limiting boss is arranged on the optical axis section.
In the casing pipe scraper, the centering sleeve is of a short pipe structure, and the inner circle of the centering sleeve is a stepped hole; the small aperture of the inner circle of the centralizing sleeve is matched with the outer circles at two ends of the mandrel; the large aperture of the inner circle of the centering sleeve is matched with the outer circles at two ends of the scraper; chamfers are arranged on two end faces of the excircle of the centering sleeve; the excircle of the righting sleeve is provided with a group of rectangular through grooves which are uniformly distributed along the excircle.
In the casing pipe scraper, the support sleeve is of a short pipe structure, and the length of the support sleeve corresponds to the length of the large aperture section of the inner circle of the centering sleeve; the inner hole of the centering sleeve is a straight-through hole matched with the optical axis section of the mandrel; the excircle of the righting sleeve is provided with a ring groove matched with the annular boss at the hole of the scraper.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the scraper disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the scraper is of an annular integral structure, the installation and the use are convenient and reliable, the condition that parts fall off is avoided, and the use safety is ensured. When the working surface of the annular integral scraper works, the scraping effect in the whole circumferential direction is consistent, the local residual phenomenon cannot occur, and the hidden danger of subsequent operation is eliminated.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The casing scraper disclosed by the invention comprises an upper joint 1, a mandrel 2 and a lower joint 3 which are sequentially in threaded connection from top to bottom as shown in figures 1-5; the outer circle of the middle of the mandrel 2 is provided with a scraper 4 with an integral structure; two ends of the scraper 4 are respectively provided with a righting sleeve 5; a supporting sleeve 6 is arranged in the righting sleeve 5; the two ends of the scraper 4 are inserted between the centralizing sleeve 5 and the supporting sleeve 6.
The scraper 4 is shown in fig. 3, 4 is in a circular tube shape; the inner hole of the scraper 4 is a straight-through hole; an annular boss 7 is arranged at the orifice of the inner hole of the scraper 4; the middle of the excircle of the scraper 4 is thick, the two ends of the excircle are thin, and a large-diameter section in the middle is provided with a small-pitch spiral groove 8 and a group of large-pitch spiral grooves 9; one end of the coarse pitch spiral groove 9 is connected with the closed split groove 10, and the other end of the coarse pitch spiral groove 9 is connected with the through split groove 11; the closed split groove 10 and the through split groove 11 are both straight grooves. The closed split grooves 10 at the same end of the scraper 4 are arranged in a staggered way with the through split grooves 11.
The mandrel 2 is shown in fig. 2, and the mandrel 2 is in an elongated tube structure; the inner hole of the mandrel 2 is a straight-through hole; the two ends of the mandrel 2 are provided with external thread sections 12; the inner side of the external thread section 12 is provided with an optical axis section 13 matched with the righting sleeve 5; the optical axis section 13 is provided with an annular limiting boss 14.
The centralizing sleeve 5 is shown in fig. 4, the centralizing sleeve 5 is of a short pipe structure, and the inner circle of the centralizing sleeve 5 is a step hole; the small aperture of the inner circle of the centering sleeve 5 is matched with the outer circles of the two ends of the mandrel 2; the large aperture of the inner circle of the centering sleeve 5 is matched with the outer circles of the two ends of the scraper 4; two outer circles of the centering sleeve 5 are provided with chamfers 15; the excircle of the righting sleeve 5 is provided with a group of rectangular through grooves 16 uniformly distributed along the excircle.
As shown in fig. 5, the supporting sleeve 6 is a short pipe structure, and the length of the supporting sleeve 6 corresponds to the length of the large aperture of the inner circle of the centering sleeve 5; the inner hole of the centering sleeve 5 is a straight-through hole matched with the optical axis section 13 of the mandrel 2; the excircle of the centralizing sleeve 5 is provided with a ring groove 17 matched with the annular boss 7 at the orifice of the scraper 4.
In specific implementation, the casing pipe scraper of the embodiment comprises an upper joint 1, a centering sleeve 5, a supporting sleeve 6, a mandrel 2, a scraper 4, a lower joint 3 and the like. The functions of each part are as follows: an upper joint 1: the lower part of the drill is connected with the mandrel 2 through a joint thread to transfer tension and compression load and torque. The mandrel 2 is connected with the upper joint 1 and the lower joint 3 and used for transmitting tension and compression loads and torque. Meanwhile, the support sleeve is used as the support for the centralizing sleeve 5 and the support sleeve 6 and has the function of limiting the downward pressing deformation of the scraper 4. The supporting sleeve 6 is an inner support of the scraper 4, the shoulder lifting structure ensures axial spacing of the scraper 4, and the supporting sleeve 6 and the centering sleeve 5 form a closed space, so that axial spacing of the scraper 4 is ensured, and axial displacement required when the scraper 4 deforms during working is also ensured. The righting sleeve 5 is an outer support of the scraper 4, and the supporting sleeve 6 is an inner support of the scraper 4. The outer circular surface of the centralizing sleeve 5 can be partially contacted with the inner wall of the casing pipe to provide necessary centralizing. An axial rectangular through groove 16 is formed outside the centering sleeve 5 and provides a channel for slurry circulation. The lower joint 3 is connected with a lower drilling tool through joint threads, and the upper part of the lower joint 3 is connected with the mandrel 2 to transfer tension and compression loads and torque.
The scraper 4 which is the main component of the invention is a round tubular integral structure. The both ends circumferencial direction equipartition in scraper 4 both ends has seals split groove 10 and link up split groove 11, divide into a plurality of elongated pieces with whole annular scraper, guarantees the wholeness when providing enough elasticity for the scraper working face.
The working surface of the scraper 4 adopts a small-pitch spiral groove 8 structure, so that the scraping effect is ensured. The working surface of the scraper 4 is divided into a plurality of pieces by adopting a coarse pitch spiral groove 9, so that the working surface of the scraper is fully covered in the whole circumferential direction. The two ends of the coarse pitch spiral groove 9 are respectively connected with the closed valving groove 10 and the through valving groove 11, elasticity is provided for the scraper 4, the working surface of the scraper 4 is ensured to be in close contact with the inner wall of the sleeve, and an ideal scraping effect is achieved.
The scraper disclosed by the invention adopts an annular integral structure, is convenient and reliable to install and use, avoids the condition that parts fall off, and ensures the use safety. When the working surface of the annular integral scraper works, the scraping effect in the whole circumferential direction is consistent, the local residual phenomenon cannot occur, and the hidden danger of subsequent operation is eliminated.
Claims (6)
1. A casing scraper, characterized in that: comprises an upper joint (1), a mandrel (2) and a lower joint (3) which are sequentially connected by screw threads from top to bottom; the outer circle of the middle of the mandrel (2) is provided with a scraper (4) with an integral structure; two ends of the scraper (4) are respectively provided with a righting sleeve (5); a supporting sleeve (6) is arranged in the righting sleeve (5); two ends of the scraper (4) are inserted between the centralizing sleeve (5) and the supporting sleeve (6).

The casing scraper of claim 1 wherein: the scraper (4) is in a circular tube shape; the inner hole of the scraper (4) is a straight-through hole; an annular boss (7) is arranged at the orifice of the inner hole of the scraper (4); the middle of the excircle of the scraper (4) is thick, the two ends of the excircle are thin, and a small-pitch spiral groove (8) and a group of large-pitch spiral grooves (9) are arranged at the middle large-diameter section; one end of the coarse pitch spiral groove (9) is connected with the closed split groove (10), and the other end of the coarse pitch spiral groove (9) is connected with the through split groove (11); the closed split groove (10) and the through split groove (11) are both straight grooves.
3. A casing scraper according to claim 2 in which: the closed split grooves (10) and the through split grooves (11) at the same end of the scraper (4) are arranged in a staggered mode.

The casing scraper of claim 1 wherein: the mandrel (2) is of a slender tube structure; the inner hole of the mandrel (2) is a straight-through hole; external thread sections (12) are arranged at the two ends of the mandrel (2); the inner side of the external thread section (12) is provided with a smooth shaft section (13) matched with the centralizing sleeve (5); the optical axis section (13) is provided with an annular limiting boss (14).

The casing scraper of claim 1 wherein: the centering sleeve (5) is of a short pipe structure, and the inner circle of the centering sleeve (5) is a stepped hole; the small aperture of the inner circle of the centering sleeve (5) is matched with the outer circles at the two ends of the mandrel (2); the large aperture of the inner circle of the centering sleeve (5) is matched with the outer circles at two ends of the scraper (4); chamfers (15) are arranged on two end faces of the excircle of the centering sleeve (5); the excircle of the righting sleeve (5) is provided with a group of rectangular through grooves (16) which are uniformly distributed along the excircle.

The casing scraper of claim 1 wherein: the supporting sleeve (6) is of a short pipe structure, and the length of the supporting sleeve (6) corresponds to the length of the large aperture section of the inner circle of the centering sleeve (5); the inner hole of the centering sleeve (5) is a straight-through hole matched with the optical axis section (13) of the mandrel (2); the excircle of the centralizing sleeve (5) is provided with an annular groove (17) matched with the annular boss (7) at the orifice of the scraper (4).
