Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, so that how to apply technical means to solve technical problems and achieve the corresponding technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. Various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the disclosure. The embodiments and the features of the embodiments of the present disclosure can be combined with each other without conflict, and the formed technical solutions are all within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, the present disclosure provides a method for controlling short message charges, as shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling short message charges mainly includes steps S110 to S140.
In step S110, a short message set to be sent is obtained, and a predicted total cost for sending the short message set is obtained according to the number of short messages in the short message set and the unit price of the short message cost.
And matching all the telephone numbers which can meet the number screening condition information from the customer information base according to the number screening condition information input by the user, wherein the telephone numbers form a target telephone number set. And meanwhile, receiving the short message content required to be sent by the promotion, and distributing the short message content to each telephone number in the target telephone number set to obtain a short message set to be sent. And the short message set is sent to a related leader for auditing so as to ensure the accuracy of the short message content and the coverage of the popularization client. And calculating the number of the short messages to be sent and the number of the short messages in the short message set according to the screened target telephone number set and the length of the short message content (the number of the short messages to be sent is not necessarily the number of the telephone numbers in the target telephone number set because the short message content can be sent by only one short message), and multiplying the number of the short messages in the short message set by the unit price of the short messages specified by the current operator to obtain the estimated total cost required by sending the short message set. Judging whether the estimated total cost exceeds a preset budget threshold value, and executing the step S120 when the estimated total cost does not exceed the budget threshold value; when the projected total cost exceeds the budget threshold, the method will perform step S150, as shown in fig. 2.
The short message set comprises one or more telephone numbers and short message contents to be sent.
The number screening condition information may be, but is not limited to, year information, area information, purchase quantity information, and product type information, and is not specifically limited herein and may be set according to actual needs.
The operator may include mobile, ganged, telecom, etc.
The budget threshold is set by enterprise related personnel according to financial conditions and popularization budgets.
It should be noted that the short message promotion platform also provides a function of setting a self-defined short message sending percentage, and an approver of the short message set can control the number of short messages in the short message set during one-time sending by self-defining the short message sending percentage, and generate a new short message set to be sent according to the short message sending percentage. For example, the number of telephone numbers screened from the customer database multiplied by the selected percentage is the number of expected deliveries. Assuming that 10 ten thousand telephone numbers are screened out by the condition that the number screening condition information is "national region", and the sending percentage of the short messages determined by the approver is "10%", the number of the short messages in the short message set which is temporarily allowed to be sent is 1 ten thousand. Then 9 thousand successful transmissions in the process are the number of transmissions that were actually successfully transmitted. Therefore, the problem of overlarge short message cost at one time can be effectively avoided. And the short message which is not submitted temporarily is still in the short message queue, and if the approver finds that the effect of the short message popularization is not ideal, the short message which is not submitted can be cancelled, so that the popularization cost is saved. Assuming that the approver finds that the effect of the short message popularization is ideal, the short message sending percentage can be continuously set so as to continuously send the short messages which are not submitted. Therefore, accurate control of short message popularization cost can be achieved.
In step S120, when the estimated total cost does not exceed a budget threshold, submitting the short message set to an operator gateway.
When the estimated total cost does not exceed a preset threshold value, the short message is promoted within an allowable promotion cost range, at the moment, all the short messages in the short message set are added into a preset short message queue, and the short message queue submits all the short messages to an operator gateway in batches according to a first-in first-out rule of the short message queue, so that the operator sends each short message in the short message set to a user corresponding to each telephone number in the short message set. Step S130 is then performed.
It is worth to say that the user can set the short message sending frequency to control the speed of reading all the short messages in the short message set by the short message queue, so as to achieve the effect of controlling the short message submitting frequency, and therefore, the short message queue is added to send a large number of short messages in batches to control the sending of the short messages, so that the problems that the concurrency amount of the operator gateway when sending the short messages is not high and the page of the short message promotion platform is unsmooth are solved, and the efficiency of sending the short messages to the client by the operator is effectively improved.
It should be noted that, in the process of submitting the short messages in the short message set to the operator gateway, some short message submission failures caused by unexpected factors such as network instability may occur, at this time, the short message promotion platform temporarily stores the short messages that are submitted failures in the cache, and resends all the short messages that are submitted failures in the cache to the short message queue when the preset timing scheduling is considered to be triggered, so as to perform a second submission operation. And when the short message submission fails, the short message promotion platform also provides an early warning function so as to ensure that when the short message submission fails, a failed short message prompt message is sent to a short message platform responsible person so as to prompt the short message platform responsible person to search for the reason of the submission failure in time, and the problem is quickly positioned and solved. After all the short messages in the short message set are submitted, the number of the submitted short messages is recorded in a short message record database.
In step S130, the short message receipt information fed back by the operator gateway for each short message in the short message set is obtained, and whether to trigger a statistical task is determined according to the number of short message receipts in the short message receipt information. As shown in fig. 4, the method specifically includes steps S1301-S1303.
In step S1301, short message receipt information fed back by the operator gateway for each short message in the short message set is obtained.
Because the short message receipt is returned successively, the short message promotion platform calls an operator receipt service to continuously acquire the short message receipt information fed back by the operator gateway aiming at each short message in the short message set, starts timing when the first short message receipt information is received, judges whether the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information is equal to the number of the short message receipts in the short message record database or not when the timing reaches a preset timing duration (the timing duration is preset by a short message promotion platform responsible person), and executes the step S1202 when the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information is equal to the number of the short message receipts in the short message record database.
The short message receipt information comprises the number of short message receipts and the receipt state of each short message.
The receipt status includes a success status, a failure status, and a null status.
When the receipt status of a certain short message is a success status, indicating that the short message has been successfully sent to the client; when the receipt status is a failure status, the short message is not received by the client, and at this time, the client may set a blacklist, and the enterprise may update the client information base according to the status to remove the telephone number of the client corresponding to the short message, so as to avoid making useless short message transmission; when the receipt status is empty, it indicates that the short message may have been lost, and at this time, problem location may be performed to avoid the problem that the subsequent short message cannot be successfully sent due to network reasons and the like.
In step S1302, when the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information is equal to the number of the short message receipts in the short message record database, a preset judgment identifier is processed.
The short message record database is created in advance, and the field corresponding to the number of the short message receipt is added to record the number of the short message receipt fed back by the supplier (the number of the short message receipt is zero when the short message receipt is newly created). And when the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information is equal to that in the short message record database, adding 1 to the preset judgment identification in the short message record database.
It should be noted that, when the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information is not equal to the number of the short message receipts in the short message record database, the short message record database is updated according to the short message receipt information, and the preset judgment identifier is subjected to zero return processing.
For example, the preset judgment mark is 'flag' (the initial value is 0), if the number of short message receipts for three consecutive times is not changed, the number is 1 ten thousand, and the number of short message receipts in the short message record database is updated to 1 ten thousand when the number of short message receipts for the first time is 1 ten thousand; and at the moment, the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information is considered to be equal to the number of the short message receipts in the short message record database. And adding 1 to the flag every time the flag is equal, wherein after three times of the process, the flag is equal to 3, and if the flag is equal, the flag is equal to 4 times of the process. If the number of the short message receipt is equal to the number of the last two consecutive times, the flag is equal to 2, but the number of the short message receipt acquired again is not equal to the number of the short message receipt acquired again, and the flag is reset to 0.
In step S1303, when the processed preset determination flag is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold, step S1301 is executed, and when the processed preset determination flag is larger than the preset threshold, it is determined that the statistical task is triggered.
For example, the preset determination flag is "flag" (initial value is 0), the preset threshold is 3, in step S1302, if the number of short message receipts for three consecutive times has not changed, the number is 1 ten thousand, and the number of short message receipts in the short message record database is updated to 1 ten thousand when the number of short message receipts for the first time is 1 ten thousand; and at the moment, the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information is considered to be equal to the number of the short message receipts in the short message record database. And (3) adding 1 to the 'flag' every time, wherein after three times of the 'flag' are continuously performed, if the 'flag' is equal, 4 times of the 'flag' are continuously performed, the 'flag' is equal to 4, and if the 'flag' is greater than a preset threshold value, the statistical task is confirmed to be triggered, and the statistical task is triggered. If the number of the short message receipt is equal to the number of the last two consecutive times, the flag is equal to 2, but the number of the short message receipt acquired again is not equal to the number of the short message receipt acquired twice, the flag is reset to 0, and the statistical task cannot be triggered.
In step S140, when the counting task is triggered, the total cost required for sending the short message collection is obtained according to the number of short messages and the unit price of the short message cost, in which the receipt status in the short message receipt information is a successful status, and the budget threshold is updated according to the total cost.
And when the counting task is triggered, the counting task multiplies the short message quantity of which the receipt status is a successful status in the short message receipt information by the short message cost unit price to obtain the total cost required for sending the short message collection, and updates the budget threshold according to the total cost, namely deducts the total cost from the short message popularization budget.
In step S150, when the estimated total cost exceeds the budget threshold, the submission of the short message set is stopped, and budget application information is generated.
The enterprise can adopt a short message expense management mode of pre-recharging to manage the cost of using the short message for popularization, the pre-recharging (or the self-defined amount of money) is used as a budget threshold value, when the estimated total expense exceeds the budget threshold value, the sending of the short messages in the short message set is stopped, budget application information is generated, and the budget is applied through the examination and approval of a superior leader, so that the problem that the short messages cannot be sent due to the problems of arrearage or over budget is effectively avoided, and the successful sending of the short messages is ensured.
By applying the short message cost control method disclosed by the invention, a short message set to be sent is obtained, and the estimated total cost for sending the short message set is obtained according to the number of short messages in the short message set and the cost unit price of the short messages; when the estimated total cost does not exceed a budget threshold, submitting the short message set to an operator gateway; acquiring short message receipt information fed back by the operator gateway aiming at each short message in the short message set, and determining whether to trigger a statistical task according to the number of the short message receipts in the short message receipt information; and when the counting task is triggered, obtaining the total cost required for sending the short message set according to the short message quantity and the short message cost unit price of which the receipt status in the short message receipt information is a successful status, and updating the budget threshold according to the total cost. Through the arrangement, the problem that the popularization cost cannot be accurately managed due to the fact that enterprises can not control the short message popularization cost by themselves is solved, cost information in the short message popularization process is reflected in time, and the risk of the enterprises on cost management is reduced.
