Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device for realizing automatic association and update of guest resource data, which can realize automatic update of the guest resource data, improve the accuracy of the resource data and ensure the checking efficiency of the resource data. The method comprises the following steps: s1, when the user dials, RADIUS obtains the call ticket data reported by the user terminal, standardizes the call ticket data, and sends the call ticket data after standardized processing to the funding system; and S2, the comprehensive resource system receives the ticket data sent by the RADIUS, and the ticket data is used for carrying out automatic association comparison and updating on the family guest resource data.
Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for realizing automatic association and update of hometown resource data.
Background
With the rapid increase of the number of the family customers, the family broadband operation and maintenance face huge pressure, especially the maintenance difficulty of broadband resources increases day by day, and the inaccurate resource information directly causes the problem of opening, which causes the fault location and the service operation quality analysis of the users to be difficult to develop, and is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
(1) partial data are inaccurate: in the process of opening the home service, the service data relationship in the system has inaccurate condition, the access layer field resource and the data recorded by the comprehensive resource system have large deviation, the port occupation information has more errors, accurate expansion cannot be provided, and the requirements of automatic activation and quick response of the assembly and maintenance efficiency cannot be met.
(2) The data verification is not targeted: when data is checked, wrong data is difficult to locate, and often, a checker needs to go to the site to check the whole amount of data, and then manually register and modify the data. The method has the problems of large workload, untimely resource updating, easy error of manual updating and the like, and resource data problems occur once the resource checking work is stopped, so that the resource checking work needs to be continuously performed, time and labor are wasted, and the actual effect is not ideal.
In view of this, how to provide a method for implementing automatic update of guest resource data to improve the accuracy of resource data and ensure the efficiency of resource data checking is a technical problem to be solved urgently.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method provided by the foregoing method embodiments, and for example, the method includes: when a user dials, acquiring call ticket data reported by a user terminal, and carrying out standardized processing on the call ticket data; and automatically associating, comparing and updating the family and guest resource data in the comprehensive resource system by using the call ticket data after the standardization processing.
