Fig. 1 is a flow diagram illustrating a method for provisioning a service in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S102 to S114.
In step S102, after a CRM (Customer Relationship Management platform) accepts a Service requested to be handled by a user, an SPS (Service Process System) System obtains Service provisioning information according to a Service parameter that the user needs to provision, and generates a Service provisioning two-dimensional code based on the Service provisioning information. Here, the service enabling information includes an authentication method for registering an OLT (Optical Line Terminal) by an ONU (Optical Network Unit), a registration key parameter, user basic information, a service enabling code, and the like.
For example, after a user requests to transact a service in a field or a mobile phone business hall APP (application software), a CRM system accepts a related broadband, voice or IPTV (interactive network television, also referred to as ITV) service successfully, the SPS system generates a service provisioning two-dimensional code for the user mobile phone APP according to service provisioning parameters (which may include services such as a broadband, voice or IPTV requested to transact by the user, and may also include user basic information, and the like), and information of the service provisioning two-dimensional code may at least include an ONU registration OLT authentication mode, a registration key parameter, service user basic information, a service provisioning code, and the like.
In some embodiments, the registration key parameter includes an authentication logic Identification (ID) or a Serial Number (SN) of an Optical modem (Optical modem, which may also be referred to as an Optical cat).
In some embodiments, the authentication mode of the ONU to register with the OLT includes a mode of identifying registration authentication through authentication logic or a mode of registering authentication through a serial code of the optical modem.
In some embodiments, the user basic information includes: the user's name, address, contact address, and the like.
In step S104, the SPS system transmits the authentication method and the registration key parameter for the ONU to register the OLT to the OLT device, and transmits the user basic information, the service activation code, and the service activation key parameter to the service management platform.
In some embodiments, the service provisioning key parameter comprises: at least one of a broadband service parameter, a voice service parameter and an IPTV service parameter to be activated.
In step S106, the multimedia terminal scans the service provisioning two-dimensional code through the camera to identify service provisioning information.
Here, the multimedia terminal is a terminal device integrated with a camera and an ONU module.
In step S108, the ONU module in the multimedia terminal initiates registration authentication to the OLT device according to the authentication mode and the registration key parameter of the ONU-registered OLT in the service provisioning information.
In step S110, after the ONU module successfully registers and authenticates with the OLT device, the ONU module establishes a connection with the service management platform, and initiates a service provisioning request to the service management platform by using the service provisioning information.
In some embodiments, the step of establishing the connection between the ONU module and the service management platform comprises: after the ONU module successfully registers and authenticates with the OLT device, it obtains (i.e. automatically obtains) an IP address of the service management platform from a Broadband Access Server (BRAS) through a service Wide Area Network (WAN for short) connection channel; the ONU module sends a connection request message to the service management platform through the IP address of the service management platform; and the service management platform establishes connection with the ONU module after receiving the connection request message. Therefore, the purpose of establishing connection between the ONU module and the service management platform is achieved.
For example, the connection request message may open a connection request message for a service. And the service management platform establishes automatic service opening connection with the ONU module after receiving the service opening connection request message.
In step S112, the service management platform determines whether the user is legal according to the service provisioning information, and issues the service provisioning key parameter to the ONU module after determining that the user is legal.
In some embodiments, the step of the service management platform determining whether the user is legal according to the service provisioning information includes: the service management platform judges whether at least one of the user basic information and the service open code (received from the SPS system before) stored by the service management platform is consistent with at least one of the user basic information and the service open code received from the ONU module, if so, the service management platform determines that the user is legal, and if not, the service management platform determines that the user is illegal. Therefore, the legal detection of the user is realized, and the problem of service opening errors is prevented.
In step S114, the ONU module automatically configures the service provisioning key parameter.
To this end, a method for provisioning a service according to some embodiments of the present disclosure is provided. The method comprises the following steps: after the CRM accepts a service requested to be handled by a user, the SPS system acquires service opening information according to a service parameter required to be opened by the user, and generates a service opening two-dimensional code based on the service opening information, wherein the service opening information comprises an authentication mode of registering an OLT (optical line terminal) by an ONU (optical network unit), a registration key parameter, basic user information and a service opening code; the SPS system transmits the authentication mode of the ONU for registering the OLT and the registration key parameter to the OLT equipment, and transmits the user basic information, the service opening code and the service opening key parameter to the service management platform; the multimedia terminal scans the service provisioning two-dimensional code through the camera to identify service provisioning information; an ONU module in the multimedia terminal initiates registration authentication to OLT equipment according to an authentication mode and registration key parameters of ONU registration OLT in the service opening information; after the ONU module successfully registers and authenticates the OLT equipment, the ONU module establishes connection with the service management platform and initiates a service opening request to the service management platform by using the service opening information; the service management platform judges whether the user is legal or not according to the service opening information, and issues a service opening key parameter to the ONU module after the user is determined to be legal; and the ONU module automatically configures the key parameter for service activation. The method can realize zero configuration when the multimedia terminal leaves the factory, use the multimedia terminal after one scan, do not need to establish IP communication connection with the opened service equipment and do not need manual intervention, can meet self-service opening of a user, does not need professional person to install the multimedia terminal on the door, and greatly improves service opening efficiency and full-flow IT (Internet Technology) automatic construction.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for provisioning a service according to further embodiments of the present disclosure. Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a system for provisioning services according to further embodiments of the present disclosure. Methods for provisioning services according to some embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 2 and 6.
The IT system needs to complete the transmission and implementation deployment of relevant service parameters in the IT production system according to the service provisioning needs of users, so as to effectively implement the automation of service provisioning.
In step S202, the user requests to transact services at the site or in the mobile phone business hall APP, and after the CRM system successfully accepts the related broadband, voice or ITV services, the SPS system obtains service provisioning information for the user mobile phone APP according to the service parameters that the user needs to provision, and generates a service provisioning two-dimensional code based on the service provisioning information. The information of the service opening two-dimensional code at least comprises an ONU registration OLT authentication mode, a registration logic ID (or SN code) key parameter, service user basic information, a service opening code and the like.
In step S204, the SPS system transmits key parameters of an authentication method (LOID (logical ID) \ SN) for the user ONU to register the OLT and a registration logical ID (or SN code) to the OLT to complete deployment, and waits for the ONU module in the multimedia terminal to register for use.
In step S206, the SPS system transmits the basic information (user name, address, contact information, etc.) to be activated by the user, the service activation code, and the service activation key parameter (broadband, voice, ITV, etc.) to the service management platform for storage and deployment, and waits for the multimedia terminal to complete service activation and use.
In step S208, the multimedia terminal is powered on and connected with the optical fiber, and the multimedia terminal and the optical fiber both operate normally, and the camera is opened according to the prompt of the screen service opening step, and the service opening two-dimensional code generated by scanning the mobile phone business hall APP is scanned, so that the service opening information is identified and stored.
In step S210, the ONU module inside the multimedia terminal initiates registration authentication with the OLT device according to the authentication method and the authentication logic ID/SN code information of the ONU-registered OLT, which are obtained and stored by scanning.
In step S212, after the registration authentication between the ONU module of the multimedia terminal and the OLT device is successful, the ONU module obtains an IP address connected and communicated with the service management platform of the multimedia terminal from the BRAS server through a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) through a service WAN connection channel.
In step S214, after the connection with the multimedia service management platform is successful, the ONU module of the multimedia terminal sends a service provisioning request to the service management platform by using the service provisioning information (including the user basic information and the service provisioning code) obtained and stored by scanning.
In step S216, the service management platform determines whether the user is legal according to the reported service provisioning information, and queries the service type, such as broadband service, voice service, or IPTV service, that the user needs to provision after determining that the user is legal. The service opening platform issues the service parameters to be opened to the ONU module, and the ONU module completes automatic configuration.
In step S218, the multimedia terminal is notified to restart, and after the configuration becomes effective, the service such as broadband, voice, or IPTV starts to be used.
Thus, methods for provisioning services according to further embodiments of the present disclosure are provided. In the method, an IT service opening process is utilized, a passive optical network multimedia terminal camera identification two-dimensional code technology is combined, the multimedia terminal camera scans and reads and stores two-dimensional code service opening information, and the read opening information is transmitted to an ONU module in the multimedia terminal. And the ONU module initiates the authentication with the OLT according to the acquired opening information (including the LOID/SN authentication in the OLT authentication mode and the logic ID/SN code). After the OLT succeeds in authentication, the ONU module acquires an IP address connected and communicated with the multimedia terminal service platform through a service WAN connecting channel of the ONU, and then the ONU module initiates a service opening request to the service management platform by using the stored service opening information (including user basic information and a service opening code). The service management platform judges whether the user is legal or not according to the reported service opening information, and after the user is determined to be legal, the service opening platform issues the service parameters to be opened to the ONU, and the ONU completes automatic configuration. The method can realize self-service opening of the service code scanning, full-process IT of the service opening, automatic configuration and no need of manual intervention. In the method, the purposes of ONU authentication and telecommunication service automatic opening can be realized by scanning the APP two-dimensional code of the smart phone. The method simplifies the service opening process of the user side, realizes that the common user can open the service by self without professional personnel.
