Fig. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of a library self-help book borrowing device according to the invention, which comprises a bookshelf 1, a control box 2, a moving trolley 3 capable of traveling linearly along the direction of the bookshelf 1, a lifting mechanism 4 capable of moving up and down to a position equal to the bookshelf 1 where a book to be fetched is located, and a shifting block mechanism 6 capable of moving to the position where the book to be fetched is located and pushing out the book to be fetched, wherein the lifting mechanism 4 is arranged on the moving trolley 3, the shifting block mechanism 6 is movably connected with the bookshelf 1, the moving trolley 3, the lifting mechanism 4 and the shifting block mechanism 6 are all in signal connection with the control box 2, and the control box 2 is connected with a computer terminal. Library managers input the name of books and the position information of the name of books at a computer terminal in advance, so that when a borrower borrows books, the position of the books to be taken can be determined by inputting the name of the books at the computer terminal, and the control box 2 can determine the movement displacement of the moving trolley 3 and the lifting mechanism 4 according to the determined positions of the books, so that the books to be taken can be accurately acquired.

As shown in fig. 2, the moving trolley 3 is provided with a bottom plate 31, wheels 38 are installed on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 31, a power supply 32 is installed on the bottom plate 31, the lifting mechanism 4 is installed on the bottom plate 31, and the tracking sensor 33 is installed on the moving trolley 3; the tracing sensor 33 is connected with the control box 2 for detecting the advancing track of the moving trolley 3. In this embodiment, the tracking sensor 33 and the moving cart 3 are combined to form a tracking cart, and a commercially available tracking cart can be used as an actuator in this embodiment. In order to ensure the stability of the operation of the tracking sensor 33, the tracking sensor 33 of the present embodiment is installed on the front portion of the bottom plate 31 by a connector 34; in order to improve the reusability of the power supply 32 and provide the self-service book borrowing device with better environmental protection, the power supply 32 of the embodiment is a storage battery with a built-in charging module and a built-in power storage module.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lifting mechanism 4 includes a screw rod 41, a transmission mechanism 5 for driving the screw rod 41 to rotate, a nut 42, a connecting plate 43 and a tray 44, the nut 42 is connected with the screw rod 41, the connecting plate 43 is fixedly connected with the nut 42, and the tray 44 is mounted on the connecting plate 43. The transmission mechanism 5 includes a motor 51, a reducer 52 and a coupler 53 connected in sequence, the motor 51 is mounted on the base plate 31, and the screw rod 41 is connected with the coupler 53. In operation, the driving motor 51 rotates, the speed reducer 52 transmits power to the lead screw 41, the lead screw 41 rotates, and the nut 42 drives the connecting plate 43 and the tray 44 to move up and down due to the rotation of the screw thread between the lead screw 41 and the nut 42. As shown in fig. 4, the shifting block mechanism 6 includes a sliding groove 61, a sliding block 62, a steering engine 63, a shifting piece 64 and a driving mechanism for driving the sliding block 62 to slide along the sliding groove 61, the sliding groove 61 is installed on the bookshelf 1, the sliding block 62 is movably connected with the sliding groove 61, the steering engine 63 is installed on the sliding block 62, the shifting piece 64 is connected to an output end of the steering engine 63, and a driving mechanism 65 is installed at the bottom of the sliding block 62. The bookshelf 1 comprises a plurality of layers of book plates 11, each layer of book plate 11 is provided with a sliding groove 61, and the sliding block 62 is arranged inside the sliding groove 61 and can slide along the sliding groove 61.
The driving mechanism in this embodiment adopts a commercially available linear motor, converts electric energy into mechanical energy for linear motion, and converts electric energy of the linear motor into mechanical energy for linear motion of the slider 62. When the slide block 62 needs to be moved to the position where the book to be fetched is located, the linear motor can be controlled to be started through the computer terminal through the PID, and the slide block 62 is moved to the position where the book to be fetched is located.
The control box 2 controls the driving mechanism to drive the sliding block 62 to move along the sliding groove 61 to drive the shifting piece 64 to move to the position of the book to be taken, and the steering engine 63 drives the shifting piece 64 to rotate to push the book to be taken to the tray 44.
In this embodiment, the center line of the pick 64 is perpendicular to the center line of the tray 44 and is located on the same plane, and the pick 64 pushes the book into the tray 44. The positioning of the pushing piece 64 and the tray 44 is preferable for accurately pushing the book into the tray 44, and is not intended to be a limiting regulation.
