The authentication of the value-added tax entry invoice is carried out in an authentication system of the tax authority, after the taxpayer obtains the value-added tax entry invoice, the taxpayer needs to go to a hall of the tax authority to carry out the authentication of the value-added tax invoice, and the hall authentication mode which wastes time and labor is limited by the number of staff and equipment in the hall of the tax authority, so that the increasing invoice authentication requirement is difficult to meet.
Therefore, the related management departments open the method of online authentication, and the taxpayer can automatically scan the value-added tax entry invoice and transmit the value-added tax entry invoice to the tax authority for authentication through the network. However, in the above scheme, the financial staff still needs to sort the incoming invoices needing to be authenticated from a large number of invoices, which is time-consuming and easy to make mistakes, and thus the efficiency of authenticating the incoming invoices is low.

As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of interaction between the electronic devices 100 and the server 200 according to an embodiment of the present application, the server 200 is communicatively connected to one or more electronic devices 100 through the network 300 for data communication or interaction. Server 200 may be a web server, a database server, or the like. The electronic device 100 may be a Personal Computer (PC), a tablet computer, a smart phone, or the like.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a ticket authentication method according to an embodiment of the present application, which can be executed by the electronic device 100 shown in fig. 1 to implement ticket authentication, where a ticket in the present application includes various securities and vouchers, such as stocks, corporate bonds, invoices, bills of lading, and the like, and the method includes the following steps:
step 301: and obtaining the authentication amount information.
In the above steps, the authentication limit information pre-stored by the user is obtained, taking the value-added tax entry invoice as an example, and the purpose of the value-added tax entry invoice authentication is to deduct the invoice of the sale item, so the authentication limit information includes but is not limited to company tax negativity, value-added tax rate, the amount of the invoice sold in the month, and the like.
Step 302: and selecting the bills prestored in the bill pool according to the authentication limit information to obtain a bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, the bill pool is pre-stored with the bill original and the key bill face information corresponding to the bill original, the key bill face information meeting the preset conditions is screened according to the authentication limit information, and then the bill original corresponding to the key bill face information meeting the preset conditions is added into the bill set to be authenticated.
In an embodiment, a user may upload a ticket original to a ticket pool through a mobile terminal or a PC terminal, identify key ticket information in the ticket original by using a text Recognition technology and an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) picture Recognition technology, store the identified key ticket information in the ticket pool in a unified format, and associate the identified key ticket information with the ticket original. The key ticket face information of the ticket original includes but is not limited to a ticket code, a billing date, a ticket amount and the like.
Step 303: and sending the bills to be authenticated in the bill to be authenticated set to a server for authentication.
In the above steps, the electronic device sends the bills to be authenticated in the bill to be authenticated set to the server for authentication through the network.
In one embodiment, the server feeds back the authentication result after the authentication is completed, and if the bill authentication fails, the bill which is not authenticated is selected again in the bill pool, and the bill to be authenticated is added into the bill set to perform secondary authentication.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a ticket authentication method according to an embodiment of the present application, which can be executed by the electronic device 100 shown in fig. 1 to implement ticket authentication, and the method includes the following steps:
step 401: and obtaining the authentication amount information. For details, refer to the description of step 301 in the above embodiment.
Step 402: and judging whether the authentication quota information has a maximum quota.
In the above steps, taking the value-added tax entry invoice as an example, when the value-added tax needs to be paid in the month, the sales tax amount needs to be greater than the entry tax amount, and the value-added tax is equal to the sales tax amount minus the entry tax amount, so the authentication amount information of the value-added tax entry invoice includes the highest authentication limit of the value-added tax entry invoice, so as to prevent the entry tax amount from exceeding the sales tax amount. When the value-added tax does not need to be paid in the month, the income tax amount can be larger than the sales tax amount, and the authentication limit information of the value-added tax income invoice does not contain the highest limit of value-added tax income invoice authentication. If there is no maximum limit in the authentication limit information, go to step 403, and if there is a maximum limit in the authentication limit information, go to step 404.
Step 403: and selecting all the bills pre-stored in the bill pool to be added into the bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, taking the value added tax entry invoice as an example, step 402 determines that there is no maximum limit in the authentication limit information, which indicates that value added tax does not need to be paid in the current month, and if the entry tax can be larger than the sales tax, all original documents of the value added tax entry invoice prestored in the bill pool are selected to be added into the bill set to be authenticated. Step 406 is performed next.
Step 404: and acquiring the valid period of the bills prestored in the bill pool. Step 405 is performed next.
In the above steps, taking the value-added tax entry invoice as an example, the value-added tax entry invoice should be authenticated within 360 days from the date of issuance, so that the validity period of the value-added tax entry invoice prestored in the bill pool is obtained, which is the 360 th day from the date of issuance of the value-added tax entry invoice.
Step 405: and selecting the bills pre-stored in the bill pool according to the valid periods of the bills to obtain a bill set to be authenticated. Step 406 is performed next.
In the above steps, according to the validity period of the bill, the bill with the number of days less than the preset number of days from the validity period is selected to be added into the bill set to be authenticated, or according to the validity period of the bill, the bill with the preceding validity period is preferentially selected to be added into the bill set to be authenticated.
Step 406: and sending the bills to be authenticated in the bill to be authenticated set to a server for authentication. See the description of step 303 in the above embodiments for details.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a ticket authentication method according to an embodiment of the present application, which can be executed by the electronic device 100 shown in fig. 1 to implement ticket authentication, and the method includes the following steps:
step 501: and obtaining the authentication amount information. For details, refer to the description of step 301 in the above embodiment.
Step 502: and judging whether the authentication quota information has a maximum quota. For details, refer to the description of step 402 in the above embodiment.
If the authentication quota information has no maximum quota, go to step 503, and if the authentication quota information has a maximum quota, go to step 504.
Step 503: and selecting all the bills pre-stored in the bill pool to be added into the bill set to be authenticated. For details, refer to the description of step 403 in the above embodiment. Step 511 is performed next.
Step 504: and acquiring the valid period of the bills prestored in the bill pool. For details, refer to the description of step 404 in the above embodiment. Step 505 is executed next.
Step 505: and judging whether a first bill with the number of days from the validity period within a preset number of days exists in the bill pool.
In the above steps, the preset number of days range may be within 60 days before the validity period, if there is a first ticket in the ticket pool within 60 days from the validity period, step 506 is executed, otherwise, step 510 is executed.
Step 506: and adding all the first bills into the bill set to be authenticated. Step 507 is executed next.
In the above steps, if it is determined in step 505 that there are first tickets in the ticket pool with the number of days from the validity period being less than the preset number of days, in order to avoid the tickets missing the authentication period, all the first tickets are added to the ticket set to be authenticated.
Step 507: and judging whether the sum of the bill sum in the bill set to be authenticated is less than the maximum limit.
In the above steps, the sum of the bills in the current bill set to be authenticated is compared with the maximum limit, if the sum of the bills in the bill set to be authenticated is smaller than the maximum limit, step 508 is executed, otherwise, step 511 is executed.
Step 508: and calculating the residual quota after subtracting the sum of the bill amounts in the bill set to be authenticated from the maximum quota. Step 509 is performed next.
In the above step, if the maximum limit is X and the sum of the bills in the bill set to be authenticated is Y, the calculated remaining limit Z is X-Y.
Step 509: and selecting the reported bills meeting the preset conditions in the bill pool according to the residual quota, and adding the bills to be authenticated into the bill pool. Step 511 is performed next.
In the above steps, since the sum of the ticket amounts of the reimbursed tickets in the ticket pool may be greater than the remaining quota, or may be just equal to or less than the remaining quota, a proper reimbursed ticket is selected to be added to the ticket set to be authenticated according to the remaining quota and preset screening conditions.
Step 510: and selecting the reported bills meeting preset conditions in the bill pool according to the maximum quota, and adding the bills to be authenticated into the bill pool. Step 511 is performed next.
In the above steps, since the sum of the ticket amounts of the reimbursed tickets in the ticket pool may be greater than the maximum limit, or may be just equal to or less than the maximum limit, the appropriate reimbursed ticket is selected and added into the ticket set to be authenticated according to the maximum limit and preset screening conditions.
Step 511: and sending the bills to be authenticated in the bill to be authenticated set to a server for authentication. See the description of step 303 in the above embodiments for details.
As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic flowchart of the sub-steps of step 509 in an embodiment of the present application, step 509: according to the remaining quota, selecting the reimbursed bills meeting the preset conditions in the bill pool, and adding a bill set to be authenticated, wherein the steps of:
step 601: and judging whether the sum of the bill amounts of the bills which are reimbursed in the bill pool is larger than the remaining limit amount.
In the above steps, the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills in the bill pool is compared with the remaining quota, if the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills is less than or equal to the remaining quota, step 602 is executed, and if the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills is greater than the remaining quota, step 603 is executed.
Step 602: and selecting all the reported bills and adding the bills into a bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, if it is determined in step 601 that the sum of the ticket amounts of the reimbursed tickets is less than or equal to the remaining quota, all reimbursed tickets are selected and added into the to-be-authenticated ticket set, and thereafter, the to-be-authenticated tickets in the to-be-authenticated ticket set include all reimbursed tickets added this time and all first tickets added in step 506.
Step 603: a first target note with a preset first target quantity and reported is selected in the note pool.
In the above steps, taking the value added tax entry invoice as an example, assuming that the preset first target number is n (n is a positive integer), if the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills is determined to be greater than the remaining limit amount Z in step 601, the reimbursed value added tax entry invoice with the sum Q of the n bill amounts closest to the remaining limit amount Z is automatically selected in the bill pool as the first target bill, and at this time, the currently selected number n is counted.
Step 604: and calculating a first overflow amount obtained by subtracting the residual limit from the sum of the bill amounts of the first target bills of the first target quantity.
In the above step, the first overflow amount is calculated as (Q-Z).
Step 605: and judging whether the first overflow amount is larger than a preset maximum overflow value or not.
In the above steps, the maximum overflow value is the maximum value of the sum of the bill amounts in the preset allowed bill set to be authenticated exceeding the maximum limit, and if the maximum overflow value is P, the sum of the bill amounts in the bill set to be authenticated minus the maximum limit should be less than or equal to the maximum overflow value P, so that the first overflow amount (Q-Z) obtained by subtracting the remaining limit from the sum of the bill amounts of the first target bill should also be less than or equal to the maximum overflow value P. And judging whether the first overflow amount (Q-Z) is larger than a preset maximum overflow value P, if so, executing the step 606, otherwise, executing the step 607.
Step 606: and adding the first target bills with the currently selected first target quantity into the bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, if step 605 determines that (Q-Z) is less than or equal to P, the first target ticket of the first target number that has been currently selected is added to the set of tickets to be authenticated, after which the tickets to be authenticated in the set of tickets to be authenticated contain the first target ticket, and all the first tickets added in step 506.
Step 607: and subtracting one from the current selected number to obtain a second target number, and selecting the second target bills with the second target number and reimbursed in the bill pool.
In the above steps, if step 605 determines that (Q-Z) is greater than the maximum overflow value P, indicating that the first overflow amount obtained by subtracting the remaining quota from the sum of the ticket amounts of the n-fold invoices is too large, the first overflow amount may be reduced by reducing the number of tickets. Here, the second target number is n-1, then (n-1) numbered value-added tax entry invoices are reselected in the bill pool as the second target bill, and the currently selected number is updated to n-1.
Step 608: and calculating a second overflow amount obtained by subtracting the residual limit from the sum of the bill amounts of the second target bills of the second target quantity.
In the above step, after the second target number n-1 is determined by reselection, the overflow amount of the second target ticket is recalculated to obtain the second overflow amount, and the same calculation method as the first overflow amount in step 604 may be adopted.
Step 609: and judging whether the second overflow amount is larger than the maximum overflow value.
In the above steps, after the second overflow amount is reselected, the second overflow amount is compared with the maximum overflow amount again, if the second overflow amount is greater than the maximum overflow value, the process returns to step 607, until the second overflow amount is less than or equal to the maximum overflow value, the loop is skipped, and step 610 is continuously executed.
Step 610: and adding the second target bills with the currently selected second target quantity into the bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, if step 609 determines that the second overflow amount is less than or equal to the maximum overflow value, the currently selected second target ticket with the second target amount is added to the to-be-authenticated ticket set, after which the to-be-authenticated ticket in the to-be-authenticated ticket set includes the currently selected second target ticket and all the first tickets added in step 506.
As shown in fig. 7, which is a schematic flowchart of the sub-steps of step 510 in an embodiment of the present application, step 510: according to the maximum quota, selecting the reimbursed bills meeting the preset conditions in the bill pool, and adding a bill set to be authenticated, wherein the steps of:
step 701: and judging whether the sum of the bill amounts of the bills which are reimbursed in the bill pool is greater than the maximum limit amount.
In the above steps, the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills in the bill pool is compared with the maximum limit, if the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills is less than or equal to the maximum limit, step 702 is executed, and if the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills is greater than the maximum limit, step 703 is executed.
Step 702: and selecting all the reported bills and adding the bills into a bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, if it is determined in step 701 that the sum of the ticket amounts of the tickets that are issued is less than or equal to the maximum limit amount, all the tickets that are issued are selected and added into the ticket set to be authenticated, and then the tickets to be authenticated in the ticket set to be authenticated include all the tickets that are issued this time.
Step 703: and selecting a third target bill with a preset third target quantity and having been reimbursed in the bill pool.
In the above steps, taking the value added tax entry invoice as an example, assuming that the preset third target number is n (n is a positive integer), if the sum of the bill amounts of the reimbursed bills is determined to be greater than the maximum limit amount X in step 701, the reimbursed value added tax entry invoice with the sum Q of the n bill amounts closest to the maximum limit amount X is automatically selected in the bill pool as the third target bill, and at this time, the currently selected number n is counted.
Step 704: and calculating a third overflow amount obtained by subtracting the maximum limit amount from the sum of the bill amounts of the third target bills of the third target quantity.
In the above step, the third overflow amount is calculated to be (Q-X).
Step 705: and judging whether the third overflow amount is larger than a preset maximum overflow value or not.
In the above steps, the maximum overflow value is the maximum value of the sum of the ticket amounts in the preset allowed ticket set to be authenticated exceeding the maximum limit, and if the maximum overflow value is P, the maximum limit subtracted from the sum of the ticket amounts in the ticket set to be authenticated should be less than or equal to the maximum overflow value P, so that a third overflow amount (Q-X) obtained by subtracting the maximum limit from the sum of the ticket amounts of the third target ticket should also be less than or equal to the maximum overflow value P. And judging whether the third overflow amount (Q-X) is larger than a preset maximum overflow value P, if so, executing the step 706, and if so, executing the step 707.
Step 706: and adding the currently selected third target bills with the third target quantity into the bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, if step 705 determines that (Q-X) is less than or equal to P, the currently selected third target number of third target tickets is added to the to-be-authenticated ticket set, after which the to-be-authenticated tickets in the to-be-authenticated ticket set contain the third target tickets.
Step 707: and subtracting one from the current selected number to obtain a fourth target number, and selecting the fourth target bills with the fourth target number and reimbursed in the bill pool.
In the above steps, if step 705 determines that (Q-X) is greater than the maximum overflow value P, indicating that the third overflow amount obtained by subtracting the maximum limit from the sum of the ticket amounts of the n-piece invoices is too large, the third overflow amount may be reduced by reducing the number of tickets. Here, the fourth target number is n-1, then (n-1) numbered value-added tax entry invoices are reselected in the bill pool as the fourth target bill, and the currently selected number is updated to n-1.
Step 708: and calculating a fourth overflow amount obtained by subtracting the maximum limit amount from the sum of the bill amounts of the fourth target bills of the fourth target quantity.
In the above step, after the fourth target number n-1 is determined by reselection, the overflow amount of the fourth target bill is recalculated to obtain the fourth overflow amount, and the same calculation method as the third overflow amount in step 704 may be adopted.
Step 709: and judging whether the fourth overflow amount is larger than the maximum overflow value.
In the above steps, after the fourth overflow amount is reselected, the fourth overflow amount is compared with the maximum overflow amount again, if the fourth overflow amount is greater than the maximum overflow value, the process returns to step 707, until the fourth overflow amount is less than or equal to the maximum overflow value, the process jumps out of the loop, and step 710 is executed continuously.
Step 710: and adding the fourth target bills with the currently selected fourth target quantity into the bill set to be authenticated.
In the above steps, if step 709 determines that the fourth overflow amount is less than or equal to the maximum overflow value, adding the fourth target tickets of the currently selected fourth target number into the to-be-authenticated ticket set, and after that, the to-be-authenticated tickets in the to-be-authenticated ticket set are the currently selected fourth target tickets.
