In an embodiment of the present invention, the management system further includes a recommending unit, where the recommending unit is configured to: judging whether the reserved house-watching position information contains a plurality of house-watching positions; generating corresponding path planning information based on the reserved house-looking position information under the condition that the reserved house-looking position information contains a plurality of house-looking positions; and generating corresponding room-viewing recommendation information based on the path planning information and the room-viewing time information.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the method of the present invention.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, including: a processor; and a storage device storing computer program instructions connected to the processor, the computer program instructions loading and executing the method of the invention in the processor.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

extracting a corresponding reservation subscription account and/or a reservation client account based on the house-watching reservation information;
acquiring first position information of the reserved subscription account and/or second position information of the reserved client account;
acquiring first distance information between the current position information and the first position information and/or second distance information between the current position information and the second position information;
sorting the first position information and/or the second position information based on the first distance information and/or the second distance information, and obtaining sorted position information;
processing the room-viewing time information to obtain processed time information;
and generating the reserved house-watching management information based on the sorted position information and the processed time information.

The management method according to claim 2, wherein the processing the available room time information into dividing the available room time information into a plurality of time periods, and the generating the reserved available room management information based on the sorted position information and the processed time information comprises:

and sequentially configuring the reservation subscription account or the reservation client account corresponding to the adjusted position information into each time slot so as to obtain reservation house-watching management information.
5. The management method according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting the sorted position information according to a preset adjustment rule to obtain the adjusted position information comprises:
acquiring first distance information to be sorted of a reserved subscription account in the short-distance account;
ordering reserved subscription accounts in the short-distance accounts based on the first distance information to be sorted to obtain first adjusted position information;
acquiring second distance information to be sorted of an appointed user account in the short-distance account;
sequencing reserved user accounts in the short-distance accounts based on the second distance information to be sorted to obtain second adjusted position information;
and sequentially arranging the second adjusted position information to be behind the first adjusted position information to obtain adjusted position information.
6. A management method for reserving and seeing a house on line is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring room-viewing time information;
generating room-viewing reservation information corresponding to the room-viewing time information;
sending the house-watching reservation information;
