In an embodiment of the present invention, the management unit includes: the extracting module is used for extracting a corresponding reservation subscription account and/or a reservation client account based on the house-watching reservation information; the position acquisition module is used for acquiring first position information of the reservation subscription account and/or second position information of the reservation client account; the distance acquisition module is used for acquiring first distance information between the current position information and the first position information and/or second distance information between the current position information and the second position information; a sorting module, configured to sort the first location information and/or the second location information based on the first distance information and/or the second distance information, and obtain sorted location information; the processing module is used for processing the room viewing time information to obtain processed time information; and the management module is used for generating the reserved house-watching management information based on the sorted position information and the processed time information.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting the sorted position information according to a preset adjustment rule to obtain adjusted position information includes: acquiring first distance information to be sorted of a reserved subscription account in the short-distance account; ordering reserved subscription accounts in the short-distance accounts based on the first distance information to be sorted to obtain first adjusted position information; acquiring second distance information to be sorted of an appointed user account in the short-distance account; sequencing reserved user accounts in the short-distance accounts based on the second distance information to be sorted to obtain second adjusted position information; and sequentially arranging the second adjusted position information to be behind the first adjusted position information to obtain adjusted position information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the management system further includes a time changing unit, where the time changing unit is configured to: acquiring a time change instruction; adjusting the room viewing time based on the time change instruction to obtain adjusted time information; and adjusting the reserved house-watching management information based on the adjusted time information to obtain the adjusted reserved house-watching management information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the management system further includes a reservation cancellation unit configured to: judging whether the numbers of the reservation subscription account and the reservation client account in the room-viewing time information range are zero or not; if yes, judging whether an invitation cancellation instruction is acquired or not; and if the invitation cancellation instruction is acquired, generating and issuing reservation cancellation information of the room-viewing time information.
Referring to fig. 6, based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a management system for reserving and viewing a house online, where the management system includes: the time acquisition unit is used for acquiring the room-viewing time information; the reservation unit is used for generating room-viewing reservation information corresponding to the room-viewing time information; a transmitting unit, configured to transmit the room-viewing reservation information; and the feedback acquisition unit is used for acquiring reserved house-watching management information fed back based on the house-watching reservation information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the reservation unit includes: the position acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of the reserved house; a reserved time determining unit, configured to acquire reserved room-viewing time information based on the room-viewing time information, where the reserved room-viewing time information is within the range of the room-viewing time information; and the reservation module is used for generating corresponding reservation information for seeing the house based on the reservation position information for seeing the house and the reservation time information for seeing the house.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the management system further includes a reservation modification unit, and the reservation modification unit is configured to: acquiring a time change instruction; modifying the reserved house-viewing time information based on the time change instruction to obtain modified reserved house-viewing time information; modifying the house-viewing reservation information based on the modified reserved house-viewing time information to obtain modified house-viewing reservation information; and sending the modified room-viewing reservation information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the management system further includes a recommending unit, where the recommending unit is configured to: judging whether the reserved house-watching position information contains a plurality of house-watching positions; generating corresponding path planning information based on the reserved house-looking position information under the condition that the reserved house-looking position information contains a plurality of house-looking positions; and generating corresponding room-viewing recommendation information based on the path planning information and the room-viewing time information.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the method of the present invention.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, including: a processor; and a storage device storing computer program instructions connected to the processor, the computer program instructions loading and executing the method of the invention in the processor.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
Those skilled in the art will understand that all or part of the steps in the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by a program, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a single chip, a chip, or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps in the method according to the embodiments of the present application. and generating corresponding reserved house-watching management information based on the house-watching reservation information.
2. The method for managing according to claim 1, wherein the generating corresponding reserved room management information based on the room-viewing reservation information comprises:
extracting a corresponding reservation subscription account and/or a reservation client account based on the house-watching reservation information;
acquiring first position information of the reserved subscription account and/or second position information of the reserved client account;
acquiring first distance information between the current position information and the first position information and/or second distance information between the current position information and the second position information;
sorting the first position information and/or the second position information based on the first distance information and/or the second distance information, and obtaining sorted position information;
processing the room-viewing time information to obtain processed time information;
and generating the reserved house-watching management information based on the sorted position information and the processed time information.
3. The management method according to claim 2, wherein the processing the available room time information into dividing the available room time information into a plurality of time periods, and the generating the reserved available room management information based on the sorted position information and the processed time information comprises:
and sequentially configuring the reservation subscription account or the reservation client account corresponding to the sequenced position information in each time period to obtain reservation house-watching management information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the sequentially configuring the reservation subscription account or the reservation client account corresponding to the sorted location information to each of the time slots to obtain the reserved watch room management information comprises:
acquiring difference information between all the distance information in each piece of first distance information and/or each piece of second distance information;
judging whether a short-distance account with the difference information smaller than a preset limit value exists in the reservation subscription account and/or the reservation client account or not;
if the short-distance account exists, judging whether the reserved subscription account exists in the short-distance account, and if the reserved subscription account exists, adjusting the sequenced position information according to a preset adjustment rule to obtain adjusted position information;
and sequentially configuring the reservation subscription account or the reservation client account corresponding to the adjusted position information into each time slot so as to obtain reservation house-watching management information.
5. The management method according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting the sorted position information according to a preset adjustment rule to obtain the adjusted position information comprises:
acquiring first distance information to be sorted of a reserved subscription account in the short-distance account;
ordering reserved subscription accounts in the short-distance accounts based on the first distance information to be sorted to obtain first adjusted position information;
acquiring second distance information to be sorted of an appointed user account in the short-distance account;
sequencing reserved user accounts in the short-distance accounts based on the second distance information to be sorted to obtain second adjusted position information;
and sequentially arranging the second adjusted position information to be behind the first adjusted position information to obtain adjusted position information.
6. A management method for reserving and seeing a house on line is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring room-viewing time information;
generating room-viewing reservation information corresponding to the room-viewing time information;
sending the house-watching reservation information;
and acquiring reserved house-watching management information fed back based on the house-watching reservation information.
7. A management system for inviting a house online, the management system comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the room-viewing time information;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the subscription information and the current position information of the room to be watched;

9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A server, comprising:
a processor; and
a storage device storing computer program instructions, coupled to the processor, to load and execute the method of any of claims 1-6 in the processor.
