Determining at least one nail art which is effectively associated with each of the current candidate user and the target user, determining at least one nail art which is associated with the behavior information of the current candidate user, and/or determining at least one nail art which is printed by the current candidate user as the nail art which is effectively associated with the candidate user; determining at least one of the plurality of nail art maps belonging to the at least one item of nail art reference index information in the nail art maps effectively associated with the candidate user.
Further, after the step, namely after determining that at least one nail art is recommended to the target user according to the sorting result, the recommended at least one nail art can be automatically fused to nail parts of the hand photos respectively to generate preview photos, so that the target user can select the nail art according to the preview photos.
In the embodiment, a plurality of nail art charts which accord with the nail art reference index information are screened out from a nail art chart library to obtain a nail art chart set satisfied by a target user, the nail art charts in the nail art chart set are sorted according to the popularity of the nail art charts and/or the satisfaction of at least one similar user of the target user, and a preset number of nail art charts are determined and recommended to the target user according to a sorting result, so that the recommendation is more scientific and objective, the matching degree of the recommended nail art charts can be improved, the user satisfaction can be improved, and the nail art efficiency can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another nail art recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the embodiment is based on the foregoing embodiment and is optimized. As shown in fig. 2, the nail art recommendation method according to the embodiment includes:
in step S210, nail art reference index information of the target user is acquired.
Wherein the manicure reference index includes at least one of a nail length, a nail shape, a finger shape, a hand skin color, and a hand texture.
For example, a hand photograph of the target user may be acquired, and at least one item of nail reference index information of the target user may be determined from the hand photograph.

In step S230, a corresponding nail art label is determined according to the nail art reference index information.
The nail art reference index information may be one or more than one of the tags, or may be a value of the nail art reference index, and an appropriate tag needs to be adapted according to the value.
For example, the hand skin color information may be a label of red skin, yellow skin, brown skin, blue skin, black skin, white skin, etc., or may be an RGB value of skin color, and if the latter is the latter, it is necessary to determine the label related to the skin color according to the RGB value of the skin color.
For example, the information about the length of the nail may be a long nail, a medium nail, a short nail, or the like, or may be a length or a length range of the nail, and in the latter case, the corresponding nail length related label needs to be determined according to the length or the length range of the nail.

In step S250, the nail art in the nail art set is sorted according to the popularity of the nail art in the nail art set.
For example, the popularity of the nail art charts can be determined by counting the number of nail art labels applicable to each nail art chart according to the incidence matrix, and taking table one as an example, the number of "1" included in each row can be counted as the popularity of the nail art chart corresponding to each row.
Wherein the behavior information comprises one or more combinations of printing amount, praise amount, collection amount and forwarding amount.
Determining popularity of the plurality of nail art charts according to behavior information of the user on each nail art chart in a set time interval, for example, setting weight for various types of information, for example, setting print weight to 0.5, setting collection weight to 0.3, setting praise weight to 0.2, counting all print information, praise information and collection information within one month, and counting scoring value of each nail art chart according to the statistical information and corresponding weight to serve as popularity of each nail art chart.
In step S260, a preset number of nail art kits are determined and recommended to the target user according to the sorting result.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment specifically discloses that the popularity of the nail art is determined according to the incidence matrix between the nail art suitable labels and the nail art contained in the nail art gallery, the preliminarily screened nail art is ranked according to the popularity, and at least one nail art is determined according to the ranking result and recommended to the target user, so that the recommendation is more scientific and objective, the matching degree of the recommended nail art can be improved, and the user satisfaction can be improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another nail art recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the embodiment is based on the foregoing embodiment and is optimized. As shown in fig. 3, the nail art recommendation method according to this embodiment includes:
in step S310, nail art reference index information of the target user is acquired.
In step S320, a plurality of nail art charts meeting the nail art reference index information are screened from the nail art chart library, so as to obtain a nail art chart set satisfied by the target user.
Steps S310 and S320 are the same as steps S110 and S120, respectively, in the embodiment described in fig. 1, and this embodiment will not be described again.
In step S330, at least one similar user of the target user is obtained.
For example, a plurality of users who are satisfied with at least one nail art in the nail art set that is satisfied with the target user may be screened out as candidate users, the similarity between the candidate users and the target user is scored, ranking is performed according to the scoring result, and at least one candidate user is determined as a similar user of the target user according to the ranking result.
The candidate users may be selected from users having intersection with the nail art satisfactory to the target user.
A plurality of methods may be adopted to score the similarity between the candidate users and the target user, which is not limited in this embodiment, for example, at least one nail art that the current candidate user and the target user both generate effective associations may be screened out as an associated nail art according to the nail art set; and according to the behavior information of the candidate user and the target user on the associated nail art chart, scoring the similarity between the current candidate user and the target user.
For another example, similarity scoring may be performed on the current candidate user and the target user according to a satisfactory effective behavior time generated by the candidate user and the target user for the associated nail art, where the satisfactory effective behavior time generated includes a retention time after printing the nail art.
Wherein, the effective action time for generating satisfaction can be information such as the holding time after the nail art is printed. The time for holding the nail art by the user may be the time length from the time when the user prints the nail art to the time when the user changes the nail art to another nail art, and if the user prints the nail art again later, the time when the nail art is changed last may be used as the time when the nail art is changed.
For example, the current candidate user may use or use more nail art, or give a favorable, or like associated nail art, or the set of nail art may be used as the candidate user to generate a valid associated nail art.
In step S320, a plurality of nail art charts meeting the nail art reference index information, or nail art charts related to the target user who used or used more nail art charts, or was rated or favored, or a set of nail art charts related to the target user may be selected from the nail art chart library as the nail art chart that is effectively related to the target user.
The step of determining at least one nail set map which is effectively associated with each of the current candidate user and the target user is used for solving the intersection of the two nail set map sets. For example, the following manner may be employed for acquisition.
Determining at least one nail art associated with the behavior information of the current candidate user, and/or determining at least one nail art printed by the current candidate user as a nail art effectively associated with the candidate user; determining at least one of the plurality of nail art maps belonging to the at least one item of nail art reference index information in the nail art maps effectively associated with the candidate user.
In step S340, behavior information of each nail art in the nail art set of the at least one similar user is obtained, and all nail arts in the nail art set are sorted according to the obtained behavior information.
The behavior information comprises one or more information combinations of printing amount, praise amount, collection amount and forwarding amount. If the information is a combination of more than one kind of information, each information can be weighted according to importance, each behavior information is weighted and added as a scoring result, and the ranking is performed according to the scoring result from high to low.
For example, the behavior information includes a printing amount, a praise amount, and a collection amount, a weight of the printing amount is set to 0.5, a weight of the praise amount is set to 0.2, and a weight of the collection amount is set to 0.3, the three kinds of behavior information of each determined similar user on each nail art are obtained, statistics and weighted addition are performed according to the nail art to obtain a scoring result, ranking is performed according to the scoring result from high to low, and step S350 is performed according to the ranking result to determine the nail art to be recommended.
In step S350, a preset number of nail art charts are determined according to the sorting result and recommended to the target user.
The preset number may be five, which is only illustrated as a distance, and the specific number may be set for the preset number according to display needs.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment specifically discloses that the primarily screened nail art is sorted according to the satisfaction of similar users of the target user, and at least one nail art is determined to be recommended to the target user according to the sorting result, so that the recommendation is more scientific and objective, the matching degree of the recommended nail art can be improved, and the user satisfaction can be improved.
It should be noted that the method for sorting the primarily screened nail art according to the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and the method for sorting the primarily screened nail art according to the embodiment shown in fig. 3 may be used alone or in combination, for example, after scoring the nail art in the primarily screened nail art set according to two schemes, the two scores are weighted and added to obtain a final score, and then the nail art sets are sorted from high to low according to the final score, and the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3 are only used for illustrating different schemes, and cannot split the two schemes to limit the protection scope of the present invention.
As an implementation of the methods shown in the above drawings, the present application provides an embodiment of a nail art recommendation device, and fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a nail art recommendation device provided in this embodiment, where the embodiment of the device corresponds to the method embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, and the device may be applied to various electronic devices. As shown in fig. 4, the nail art recommendation apparatus according to the present embodiment includes a user information obtaining unit 410, a nail art filtering unit 420, and a sorting recommendation unit 430.
The user information obtaining unit 410 is configured to obtain nail art reference index information of a target user.
The nail art screening unit 420 is configured to screen out a plurality of nail art charts meeting the nail art reference index information from a nail art chart library, so as to obtain a nail art chart set satisfied by the target user.
The ranking recommending unit 430 is configured to rank the nail art in the nail art set according to the popularity of the nail art in the nail art set and/or the satisfaction of at least one similar user of the target user on the nail art in the nail art set, and determine a preset number of nail art to recommend to the target user according to the ranking result.
In one embodiment, the nail reference index information includes at least one of nail length, nail shape, finger shape, hand back skin color.
Further, the ranking recommendation unit 430 is configured to:
counting a user set applicable to each nail art in the nail art set to obtain the number of users applicable to each nail art in the nail art set;
determining the popularity of each nail art in the nail art set according to the number of users applicable to each nail art set;
sorting the nail art in the nail art set according to the popularity.
Alternatively, the ranking recommendation unit 430 is configured to:
counting the nail suitable labels suitable for each nail set diagram in the nail set diagram set according to the incidence matrix, and determining the number of users suitable for each nail set diagram in the nail set diagram set according to the nail suitable labels matched with each nail set diagram to obtain the popularity of each nail set diagram in the nail set diagram set;
and/or determining popularity of the plurality of nail art charts according to behavior information of a user on each nail art chart in the nail art chart set within a set time interval, wherein the behavior information comprises at least one of printing amount, praise amount, collection amount and forwarding amount;
sorting all the nail art in the nail art set according to the popularity.
In an embodiment, the user information obtaining unit 410 is configured to obtain a hand photo of the target user, and determine at least one item of nail art reference index information of the target user according to the hand photo.
Further, the device further comprises a photo preview unit (not shown in fig. 4), and the photo preview unit is configured to, after determining that a preset number of nail art kits are recommended to the target user according to the sorting result, automatically fuse the nail art kit with the greatest satisfaction in the sorting result to the nail part of the hand photo to generate a preview photo, so that the target user selects the nail art kit according to the preview photo.
Further, the apparatus further includes an association matrix updating unit (not shown in fig. 4) configured to update the association matrix according to the print information of each nail art by the user.
The manicure set chart recommendation device provided by the embodiment can execute the manicure set chart recommendation method provided by the method embodiment of the disclosure, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another nail chart recommendation device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, the nail chart recommendation device in the embodiment includes: a user information obtaining unit 510, an incidence matrix obtaining unit 520, a manicure set screening unit 530 and a ranking recommending unit 540.
The user information obtaining unit 510 is configured to obtain nail art reference index information of a target user.
The incidence matrix obtaining unit 520 is configured to obtain an incidence matrix between a nail art label and a nail art drawing in a nail art drawing library, where the nail art label is a parameter feature in at least one piece of nail art reference index information of the nail length, the nail shape, the finger shape, and the hand back skin color.
The manicure overlay screening unit 530 is configured to:
determining a corresponding nail art label according to the nail art reference index information;
and acquiring a plurality of nail art drawings which accord with the nail art suitable label from the nail art gallery according to the incidence matrix to obtain a satisfactory nail art drawing set of the target user.
The ranking recommending unit 540 is configured to rank the nail art in the nail art set according to the popularity of the nail art in the nail art set and/or the satisfaction of at least one similar user of the target user on the nail art in the nail art set, and determine a preset number of nail art to recommend to the target user according to the ranking result.
In one embodiment, the nail reference index information includes at least one of nail length, nail shape, finger shape, hand back skin color.
Further, the ranking recommendation unit 540 is configured to:
counting a user set applicable to each nail art in the nail art set to obtain the number of users applicable to each nail art in the nail art set;

Further, the user information obtaining unit 510 is configured to obtain a hand photo of the target user, and determine at least one item of nail art reference index information of the target user according to the hand photo.
Further, the apparatus further includes an association matrix updating unit (not shown in fig. 5) configured to update the association matrix according to the print information of each nail art by the user.
The manicure set chart recommendation device provided by the embodiment can execute the manicure set chart recommendation method provided by the method embodiment of the disclosure, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another nail chart recommendation device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the nail chart recommendation device in the embodiment includes: a user information acquisition unit 610, a nail art screening unit 620 and a ranking recommendation unit 630.
The ranking recommendation unit 630 further includes a similar user obtaining sub-unit 631 and a similar behavior ranking sub-unit 632.
The user information obtaining unit 610 is configured to obtain nail art reference index information of a target user.
The nail art screening unit 620 is configured to screen out a plurality of nail art charts meeting the nail art reference index information from a nail art chart library, so as to obtain a nail art chart set satisfied by the target user.
The similar user acquiring sub-unit 631 is configured to acquire at least one similar user of the target user.
The similar behavior sorting subunit 632 is configured to acquire behavior information of each nail art in the nail art set by the at least one similar user, and sort all nail art sets in the nail art set according to the acquired behavior information, where the behavior information includes at least one of a print amount, a praise amount, a collection amount, and a forwarding amount.
In one embodiment, the nail reference index information includes at least one of nail length, nail shape, finger shape, hand back skin color.
Further, the similar user acquiring subunit 631 is configured to:
screening out a plurality of users satisfying at least one nail art in the nail art set satisfying the target user as candidate users;
and respectively scoring the similarity of the candidate users and the target user, sorting according to a scoring result, and determining at least one candidate user as a similar user of the target user according to a sorting result.
Further, the similar behavior ranking subunit 632 is configured to score similarities between the candidate users and the target user, specifically:
screening out at least one nail art which is effectively associated with the current candidate user and the target user according to the nail art set as an associated nail art;
according to the behavior information of the candidate user and the target user on the associated nail art chart, the similarity of the current candidate user and the target user is scored; and/or
And according to the time of the candidate user and the target user for generating satisfactory effective behaviors for the associated nail art, carrying out similarity scoring on the current candidate user and the target user, wherein the time of generating satisfactory effective behaviors comprises the retention time of the nail art after printing.
Further, the user information obtaining unit 610 is configured to obtain a hand photo of the target user, and determine at least one item of nail art reference index information of the target user according to the hand photo.
The manicure set chart recommendation device provided by the embodiment can execute the manicure set chart recommendation method provided by the method embodiment of the disclosure, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 700 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, electronic device 700 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 701 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from storage 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 700 are also stored. The processing device 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 705: input devices 706 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 707 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 708 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 709. The communication means 709 may allow the electronic device 700 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 7 illustrates an electronic device 700 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 709, or may be installed from the storage means 708, or may be installed from the ROM 702. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

acquiring nail art reference index information of a target user;

and sorting the nail art in the nail art set according to the popularity of the nail art in the nail art set and/or the satisfaction degree of at least one similar user of the target user on the nail art in the nail art set, and determining a preset number of nail art to recommend to the target user according to the sorting result.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. 1. A nail art recommendation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring nail art reference index information of a target user;
