receiving payment information and a group-entering request of the inquirer, wherein the payment information is information for paying by the inquirer according to the group-entering price;
adding the questioner to the question group so that the questioner may ask a question to an instructor within the question group and get a solution.
2. The question answering method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the problem solving method further comprises:
and determining at least one tag for the inquirer according to the historical behavior data of the inquirer, wherein the tag is a tag to which the inquirer belongs, each inquirer has one or more tags, and each tag belongs to one or more inquirers.

6. The question answering method according to claim 4, wherein after said transmitting of the answer to the questioner, the question answering method further comprises:
receiving the answer scores sent by the inquirers aiming at the answers;
if the answer score is smaller than a first preset score, reducing the weight of the instructor;
receiving question scores sent by a lecturer for the questions;
calculating a total score of the inquirers who ask the questions according to the score of the questions;
and if the total score is smaller than a second preset score, deleting the inquirers corresponding to the total score from the question group.
7. The question answering method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the grouping information includes a grouping deadline, and the problem solving method further includes:
acquiring the time for the inquirer to join the question group;
when the time of joining the question group of the inquirer is longer than the grouping time limit, deleting the inquirer who has the time of joining the question group longer than the grouping time limit from the question group;
if no inquirer exists in the question group, adding a group scattering authority to the instructor so that the instructor can scatter the question group.
