receiving group building information sent by a lecturer, wherein the group building information comprises interest tags and group entry prices;
creating a problem group according to the group creation information;
recommending a question group with an interest tag corresponding to a preset tag to an inquirer according to the preset tag of the inquirer;
receiving payment information and a group-entering request of the inquirer, wherein the payment information is information for paying by the inquirer according to the group-entering price;
adding the questioner to the question group so that the questioner may ask a question to an instructor within the question group and get a solution.
2. The question answering method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the problem solving method further comprises:
and determining at least one tag for the inquirer according to the historical behavior data of the inquirer, wherein the tag is a tag to which the inquirer belongs, each inquirer has one or more tags, and each tag belongs to one or more inquirers.
3. The question answering method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the problem solving method further comprises:
obtaining instructor information of the instructor, wherein the instructor information comprises instructor weight;
when recommending a question group having an interest tag corresponding to the preset tag to the inquirer, the question group includes a plurality of question groups, and the question groups are sorted according to the instructor's weight.

if the state of the instructor is a second state, reminding the inquirer when receiving the question of the inquirer;
after the question is sent to the instructor, if the answer is not received within a first preset time, reminding the instructor to enable the instructor to set the question to be in a suspended state; and if the answer is not received within a second preset time, reducing the weight of the instructor.
6. The question answering method according to claim 4, wherein after said transmitting of the answer to the questioner, the question answering method further comprises:
receiving the answer scores sent by the inquirers aiming at the answers;
if the answer score is smaller than a first preset score, reducing the weight of the instructor;
receiving question scores sent by a lecturer for the questions;
calculating a total score of the inquirers who ask the questions according to the score of the questions;
and if the total score is smaller than a second preset score, deleting the inquirers corresponding to the total score from the question group.
7. The question answering method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the grouping information includes a grouping deadline, and the problem solving method further includes:
acquiring the time for the inquirer to join the question group;
when the time of joining the question group of the inquirer is longer than the grouping time limit, deleting the inquirer who has the time of joining the question group longer than the grouping time limit from the question group;
if no inquirer exists in the question group, adding a group scattering authority to the instructor so that the instructor can scatter the question group.
8. The problem solving method according to claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining instructor information of the instructor, wherein the instructor information comprises a maintenance vehicle type;
and classifying the problem groups according to the maintenance vehicle types.

the request receiving module is used for receiving payment information and a group entering request of the inquirer, wherein the payment information is information for the inquirer to pay according to the group entering price;
and the adding module is used for adding the questioner to the question group so that the questioner can ask the instructor for questions and obtain answers in the question group.

a memory for storing a problem solving program;
a processor for implementing the problem solving method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the problem solving program.
