Abstract
The invention provides an emergency processing system and method for signals of a strip steel cleaning section, wherein the system comprises a signal acquisition unit, a signal analysis processing unit, a signal shielding button and a control unit, when the signal acquisition unit receives a feedback signal, the signal analysis processing unit can judge the feedback signal and send out related information of the feedback signal, the control unit starts the corresponding signal shielding button according to the corresponding related information to eliminate the feedback signal, in the cleaning section, the abnormal feedback signal can cause the production line to stop, and the abnormal feedback signal is not caused by the fault of the production line, so that after the feedback signal is eliminated, the continuous operation of the production line can be ensured, and the system has good practicability.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic control of cold-rolled strips, and particularly relates to an emergency treatment system and method for a strip steel cleaning section.
Background
In a continuous annealing strip steel production line, continuous production needs to be kept, a strip steel cleaning section is provided with a plurality of sensors for feeding back signals, so that a great number of feedback signals can be fed back in the production process, each sensor is easy to malfunction due to the high temperature of the production environment and the influence of dust, once a certain sensor breaks down, normal detection cannot be realized, related feedback signals can also be out of order to break down, the corresponding cleaning mode of the cleaning section cannot be started even if the sensor is serious, the cleaning section of the continuous annealing strip steel production line cannot run, the occurrence of shutdown faults is caused, and the production efficiency is seriously reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an emergency processing system and method for a strip steel cleaning section signal, which can find a fault in time and feed back fault information when the cleaning section signal fails and avoid the stop of a production line caused by signal failure.
In one general aspect, there is provided a method for emergency processing of strip steel cleaning segment signals, comprising the steps of:
receiving a feedback signal of a strip steel cleaning section;
analyzing and processing the feedback signal, judging whether the feedback signal has a fault, and if so, sending out relevant information of the feedback signal;
and receiving and analyzing the related information of the received feedback signal, and starting a signal shielding button corresponding to the received feedback signal so as to eliminate the feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section.
Optionally, analyzing and processing the feedback signal, and determining whether the feedback signal has a fault specifically includes:
comparing the fault time of the feedback signal with the preset time of the feedback signal, and if the fault time of the feedback signal is less than or equal to the preset time of the feedback signal, automatically eliminating the fault; and if the fault time of the feedback signal is greater than the preset time of the feedback signal, a fault exists.
Optionally, the related information includes failure time information and location information.
Optionally, the feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section includes a smoke evacuation mode feedback signal, a cleaning mode feedback signal, and a heating mode feedback signal.

the signal acquisition unit is used for receiving a feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section;

the signal shielding button is used for eliminating a feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section;

In a continuous annealing strip steel production line, a strip steel cleaning section has a plurality of feedback signals, the feedback signals are used for detecting the normal operation of the strip steel production line, and in many times, the feedback signals of the strip steel cleaning section are often affected by external factors to generate jitter or signals, so that wrong production line fault information can be generated, and the production line is accidentally stopped, and the feedback signals of the strip steel cleaning section generally comprise a smoke exhaust mode feedback signal, a cleaning mode feedback signal and a heating mode feedback signal which respectively represent the operation states of a smoke exhaust section, a cleaning section and a heating section. In the smoke discharging section, the cleaning section and the heating section, the operation feedback signals of the monitoring fan, the pump, the flow feedback signals, the temperature feedback signals, the liquid level feedback signals, the pressure feedback signals and other feedback signals can be divided, and each feedback signal can be received by the emergency processing system.
And S02, analyzing and processing the feedback signal, judging whether the feedback signal has a fault, and if so, sending relevant information of the feedback signal.
In step S02 of this embodiment, after the emergency processing system receives the various feedback signals in step S01, the emergency processing system analyzes various related information of the feedback signals, where the related information includes fault information and location information, such as a temperature feedback signal existing in the heating section, and once the temperature feedback signal information fails, data is abnormal or interrupted, the emergency processing system captures the information, and then obtains a time length of the temperature feedback signal failure, compares the failure time of the feedback signal with a preset time of the feedback signal, and if the failure time of the feedback signal is less than or equal to the preset time of the feedback signal, the failure is automatically eliminated; and if the fault time of the feedback signal is greater than the preset time of the feedback signal, a fault exists. For example, the failure time is 3 seconds, and after 3 seconds, the signal failure disappears, which indicates that the influence of the outside on the signal disappears and the signal returns to normal. Therefore, normally, a preset time is set, for example, 15 seconds, when the actual fault time length is greater than 15 seconds, it is indicated that the fault of the feedback signal cannot automatically disappear, and the faulty feedback signal may cause the production system of the strip steel to perform a false action of stopping production, so that the production line is stopped for maintenance, and the production efficiency is reduced, at this time, the emergency processing system may send related information of the feedback signal. And when the actual fault time length is less than the preset time, the fault of the feedback signal disappears automatically, the production system of the strip steel cannot be caused to stop producing, and therefore the emergency treatment system does not process the fault.
And S03, receiving and analyzing the received relevant information of the feedback signal, and starting a signal shielding button corresponding to the received relevant information to eliminate the feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section.
In step S03 of this embodiment, when the emergency processing system receives and analyzes the relevant information of the received feedback signal, it can know which feedback signal is in problem according to the relevant information, so as to start the corresponding signal shielding button and eliminate the signal, so that the feedback signal in problem does not affect the normal operation of the strip steel production line.

As another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an emergency processing system for strip steel cleaning section signals according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the emergency processing system for strip steel cleaning section signals according to the present embodiment includes a signal obtaining unit, configured to receive a feedback signal of a strip steel cleaning section; the signal analysis processing unit is used for analyzing and processing the feedback signal and judging whether the feedback signal has a fault or not, if so, sending out relevant information of the feedback signal, and if not, not processing; the signal shielding button is used for eliminating a feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section; and the control unit is used for receiving and analyzing the related information of the received feedback signal and starting a signal shielding button corresponding to the received feedback signal.
It is worth noting that besides the control unit controls the signal shielding button, the field staff can see the relevant information of the feedback signal sent by the signal analysis processing unit, and can also control the signal shielding button manually to actively eliminate the feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section.
Further, the signal analysis processing unit is further configured to compare the failure time of the feedback signal with a preset time of the feedback signal, and if the failure time of the feedback information is less than or equal to the preset time of the feedback signal, the failure is automatically eliminated; if the fault time of the feedback signal is longer than the preset time of the feedback signal, a fault exists, and the feedback signal generally comprises a smoke exhaust mode feedback signal, a cleaning mode feedback signal and a heating mode feedback signal which respectively represent the operation states of a smoke exhaust section, a cleaning section and a heating section. In the smoke discharging section, the cleaning section and the heating section, the operation feedback signals of the fan, the pump, the flow feedback signals, the temperature feedback signals, the liquid level feedback signals, the pressure feedback signals and other feedback signals are monitored, for example, the temperature feedback signals exist in the heating section, once the temperature feedback signals fail, data is abnormal or interrupted, the emergency processing system can capture the data, then the time length of the temperature feedback signals is obtained, for example, the failure time is 3 seconds, the signal failure disappears after 3 seconds, the influence of the outside on the signals disappears, and the signals are recovered to be normal. Therefore, normally, a preset time is set, for example, 15 seconds, when the actual fault time length is greater than 15 seconds, it is indicated that the fault of the feedback signal cannot automatically disappear, and the faulty feedback signal may cause the production system of the strip steel to perform a false action of stopping production, so that the production line is stopped for maintenance, and the production efficiency is reduced, at this time, the emergency processing system may send related information of the feedback signal. And when the actual fault time length is less than the preset time, the fault of the feedback signal disappears automatically, the production system of the strip steel cannot be caused to stop producing, and therefore the emergency treatment system does not process the fault. That is, if the failure time is less than or equal to the preset time, the signal analysis processing unit does not process the failure time; and if the fault time is greater than the preset time, the signal analysis processing unit sends out relevant information of the feedback signal, wherein the relevant information comprises fault time information and position information.
To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides an emergency processing system and method for a strip steel cleaning section, when a signal acquisition unit receives a feedback signal, a signal analysis processing unit can judge the feedback signal and send out relevant information of the feedback signal, a control unit starts a corresponding signal shielding button according to the relevant information to eliminate the feedback signal, and in the cleaning section, the production line is stopped due to abnormal feedback signal, but the fault of the production line is not caused by the fault of the production line, so that after the feedback signal is eliminated, the continuous operation of the production line can be ensured, and the system and method have good practicability.

receiving a feedback signal of a strip steel cleaning section;
analyzing and processing the feedback signal, judging whether the feedback signal has a fault, if so, sending out related information of the feedback signal, and if not, not processing;
and receiving and analyzing the received relevant information of the feedback signal, and starting a signal shielding button corresponding to the relevant information to eliminate the feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section.
2. The method for emergency processing of signals of a strip steel cleaning section according to claim 1, wherein the analyzing and processing the feedback signal and the determining whether the feedback signal has a fault specifically comprises:
comparing the fault time of the feedback signal with the preset time of the feedback signal, and if the fault time of the feedback information is less than or equal to the preset time of the feedback signal, automatically eliminating the fault; and if the fault time of the feedback signal is greater than the preset time of the feedback signal, a fault exists.
3. The method for emergency processing of strip cleaning segment signals according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the related information includes failure time information and location information.
4. The method of emergency processing of strip steel cleaning section signals according to claim 1, wherein the feedback signals of the strip steel cleaning section include a smoke evacuation mode feedback signal, a cleaning mode feedback signal, and a heating mode feedback signal.
5. An emergency processing system for strip steel cleaning segment signals, the system comprising:
the signal acquisition unit is used for receiving a feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section;
the signal analysis processing unit is used for analyzing and processing the feedback signal, judging whether the feedback signal has a fault or not, if so, sending out related information of the feedback signal, and if not, not processing the feedback signal;
the signal shielding button is used for eliminating a feedback signal of the strip steel cleaning section;
and the control unit is used for receiving and analyzing the received related information of the feedback signal and starting a signal shielding button corresponding to the received related information.

The system of claim 5, wherein the signal analysis processing unit is further configured to: comparing the fault time of the feedback signal with the preset time of the feedback signal, and if the fault time of the feedback information is less than or equal to the preset time of the feedback signal, automatically eliminating the fault; and if the fault time of the feedback signal is greater than the preset time of the feedback signal, a fault exists.
7. The system for emergency processing of strip cleaning segment signals of claim 5, wherein the related information includes time-to-failure information and location information.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the feedback signals of the strip cleaning section include a smoke evacuation mode feedback signal, a cleaning mode feedback signal, and a heating mode feedback signal.
