A dust removal type solar water heater with an anti-freezing function comprises a bottom plate (1), a support plate (3), a support column (2), a water tank (4), a connecting pipe (6) and a plurality of heat collecting devices, wherein one end of the support column (2) is vertically fixed on one side above the bottom plate (1), two ends of the support plate (3) are respectively fixedly connected with the other side of the bottom plate (1) and the top end of the support column (2), the water tank (4) and the connecting pipe (6) are both fixed on one side of the support plate (3), the water tank (4) and the connecting pipe (6) are arranged in parallel, the heat collecting devices are uniformly distributed between the water tank (4) and the connecting pipe (6), each heat collecting device comprises a heat collecting pipe (5) and two first bearings, the two first bearings are respectively fixed on the water tank (4) and the connecting pipe (6), two ends of the heat collecting pipe (5) are respectively fixedly connected with, the heat collecting pipe heat collector comprises a support plate (3), a water tank (4), a connecting pipe (6), an anti-freezing mechanism and a plurality of dust removing mechanisms, wherein the two ends of the heat collecting pipe (5) are respectively communicated with the water tank (4) and the connecting pipe (6), the anti-freezing mechanism and the dust removing mechanisms are both arranged on one side, close to the heat collecting pipe (5), of the support plate (3), the anti-freezing mechanism is connected with the heat collecting pipe (5), the number of the dust removing mechanisms is equal to that of the heat collecting pipes (5), and the dust removing mechanisms are in;
the dust removal mechanism comprises a cleaning plate (17) and a plurality of connecting assemblies, the connecting assemblies are uniformly distributed on one side of the cleaning plate (17), brushes are arranged on the other side of the cleaning plate (17), the brushes are abutted to the heat collecting tubes (5), a plurality of small holes are formed in one side, close to the heat collecting tubes (5), of the support plate (3), the small holes correspond to the connecting assemblies one by one, and the cleaning plate (17) is connected with the support plate (3) through the connecting assemblies;
the anti-freezing mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a stirring assembly and a plurality of first gears (10), the number of the first gears (10) is equal to that of the heat collecting tubes (5), the first gears (10) are in one-to-one correspondence with the heat collecting tubes (5), the first gears (10) are fixed on the heat collecting tubes (5), the driving assembly is connected with the first gears (10), the stirring assembly is arranged inside the water tank (4), and the stirring assembly is connected with one of the heat collecting tubes (5).

The dust-removing type solar water heater with the anti-freezing function is characterized in that the connecting assembly comprises a connecting rod (18), a limiting plate (20) and a spring (19), one end of the connecting rod (18) is fixedly connected with the cleaning plate (17), the other end of the connecting rod (18) penetrates through the small hole and is arranged inside the supporting plate (3), the other end of the connecting rod (18) is fixedly connected with the limiting plate (20), two ends of the spring (19) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the supporting plate (3) on one side close to the small hole and the limiting plate (20), the spring (19) is in a stretching state, the connecting rod (18) is matched with the small hole, and the connecting rod (18) is in sliding connection with the small hole.

The solar water heater with anti-freezing function of claim 1, the driving component comprises a belt (11) and two rotating units which are respectively arranged at two sides of the water tank (4), the rotating unit comprises a second bearing, a rotating shaft (8), a second gear (9) and a plurality of fan blades (7), the second bearing is fixed on the support plate (3), the fan blades (7) are uniformly fixed on one end of the rotating shaft (8) in the circumferential direction, the second gear (9) is fixedly connected with the other end of the rotating shaft (8), the rotating shaft (8) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the second bearing, the first gear (10) is connected with the second gear (9) through a belt (11), and convex teeth are uniformly fixed on one side of the belt (11) close to the first gear (10), and are meshed with the first gear (10) and the second gear (9).

The dust removal type solar water heater with the anti-freezing function is characterized in that the stirring assembly comprises a stirring shaft (15), a transmission unit, two third bearings and a plurality of stirring blades (16), wherein the two third bearings are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner walls of two sides of the water tank (4), two ends of the stirring shaft (15) are respectively and fixedly connected with inner rings of the two third bearings, the stirring blades (16) are circumferentially and uniformly fixed on the stirring shaft (15), and the stirring shaft (15) is connected with one of the heat collecting pipes (5) through the transmission unit.

The solar water heater with the anti-freezing function is characterized in that the transmission unit comprises a first bevel gear (14) and a second bevel gear (13), the first bevel gear (14) is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft (15), the second bevel gear (13) is fixedly connected with one of the heat collecting pipes (5), and the first bevel gear (14) is meshed with the second bevel gear (13).
8. The solar water heater with anti-freezing function of claim 7, wherein the stirring blade (16) is provided with a plurality of shunting holes.
9. The dust-removing type solar water heater with the anti-freezing function as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that the inner wall of the heat collecting pipe (5) is uniformly fixed with the convex blocks (12) in the circumferential direction.
