Claims (10)

1. A solar water heater with uniform heating and high reliability comprises a supporting plate (1), a water tank (2), a connecting pipe (3) and a plurality of heat collecting mechanisms, wherein the water tank (2) and the connecting pipe (3) are respectively fixed at two ends of one side of the supporting plate (1), the water tank (2) and the connecting pipe (3) are arranged in parallel, the heat collecting mechanisms are uniformly distributed between the water tank (2) and the connecting pipe (3), each heat collecting mechanism comprises a heat collecting pipe (4) and two first bearings, the two first bearings are respectively fixed on the water tank (2) and the connecting pipe (3), two ends of the heat collecting pipe (4) are respectively fixedly connected with inner rings of the two first bearings, two ends of the heat collecting pipe (4) are respectively communicated with the water tank (2) and the connecting pipe (3), a PLC is arranged in the supporting plate (1), and the solar water heater is characterized by further comprising a protection mechanism and, the protection mechanisms are arranged in the supporting plate (1), the number of the rotating mechanisms is equal to that of the heat collecting tubes (4), the rotating mechanisms correspond to the heat collecting tubes (4) one by one, and the rotating mechanisms are connected with the heat collecting tubes (4);
the rotating mechanism comprises an air cylinder (7), a rotary table (5), a pull wire (6) and a torsion spring (8), the air cylinder (7) is fixed on one side, close to the heat collecting tube (4), of the supporting plate (1), the rotary table (5) is fixed on one end, close to the water tank (2), of the rotary shaft (12), one end of the pull wire (6) is fixedly connected with an air rod of the air cylinder (7), the other end of the pull wire (6) is wound on the rotary table (5), the torsion spring (8) is arranged at the other end of the rotary shaft (12), two ends of the torsion spring (8) are respectively connected with the other end of the rotary shaft (12) and the connecting tube (3), and the air cylinder (7) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the protection mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a plurality of protection assemblies, the driving assembly is connected with the protection assemblies, the number of the protection assemblies is equal to that of the heat collecting pipes (4), and the protection assemblies correspond to the heat collecting pipes (4) one by one;
the protection assembly comprises a rotating shaft (12), a gear (13), two racks (14), two second bearings and two protection units, the second bearings are fixed inside the supporting plate (1), two ends of the rotating shaft (12) are fixedly connected with inner rings of the two second bearings respectively, the driving assembly is connected with the rotating shaft (12), the gear (13) is fixed on the rotating shaft (12), the two racks (14) are arranged above and below the gear (13) respectively, the gear (13) is meshed with the racks (14), and the racks (14) correspond to the protection units one by one;
the protection unit includes back shaft, guard plate (17), hinge bar (16) and movable block (15), the one end of back shaft is fixed in one side that is close to thermal-collecting tube (4) of backup pad (1), guard plate (17) are articulated with the other end of back shaft, the shape of guard plate (17) is half circular, the one side that is close to thermal-collecting tube (4) of backup pad (1) is equipped with the opening, the one end and guard plate (17) of hinge bar (16) are articulated, the other end of hinge bar (16) passes the opening and articulates with movable block (15), movable block (15) and rack (14) fixed connection.

7. The solar water heater with high heating uniformity and high reliability as claimed in claim 1, wherein one side of the protection plate (17) close to the heat collecting tube (4) is coated with a reflective material.
8. The solar water heater with high heating uniformity and high reliability as claimed in claim 1, wherein a raindrop sensor (20) is arranged on the support plate (1), and the raindrop sensor (20) is electrically connected with the PLC.
9. The solar water heater with high heating uniformity and high reliability as claimed in claim 1, wherein a temperature sensor (19) is arranged in the water tank (2), and the temperature sensor (19) is electrically connected with the PLC.
