As shown in fig. 8 to 13, the second end cap 7 abuts against the open end surface of the dish 5 through the sealing ring installed in the sealing ring groove 7a1 so that the dish 5 and the second end cap 7 are connected in a sealing manner, the fastening lug 7b is provided with a rotary fastening groove 7b1, the dish 5 and the second end cap 7 can be assembled into a whole by rotating the second end cap 7 so that the fastening part 5b is fastened into the rotary fastening groove 7b1, when the microwave oven 1 heats food or soup, the opening of the dish 5 is closed by the second end cap 7, and gas generated in the dish 5 is discharged into the vent pipe 9 through the gas outlet pipe 7 c;
the first end cap 6 and the second end cap 7 are symmetrical, so that the first end cap 6 and the second end cap 7 can be interchanged, and when the sealing performance of the second end cap 7 fails, a user can exchange the first end cap 6 and the second end cap 7 and seal the vessel 5 through the first end cap 6, thereby reducing the maintenance cost.
The air outlet pipe 7c is provided with a hexagonal hole 7c1 which penetrates through the air outlet pipe 7c along the axis of the air outlet pipe 7c, the driving plug 8 comprises a hexagonal prism 8a and a square column 8b which are coaxially connected, and the sleeve 2a is provided with a square hole 2a1 which axially sinks inwards; hexagonal hole 7c1 and hexagonal prism 8a transition connection, square column 8b and square hole 2a1 clearance fit.
The hexagonal holes 7c1 are used to guide the gas in the vessel 5 to flow into the gas permeable tube 9, and since the first end cap 6 and the second end cap 7 are symmetrical, the hexagonal prism 8a is used to drive the hexagonal holes symmetrical to the hexagonal holes 7c1 on the first end cap 6 to rotate, and the square column 8b is inserted into the square hole 2a1 so that the sleeve 2a can transmit torque to the driving plug 8, and the rotation driving mechanism 2 can drive the first end cap 6 to rotate through the driving plug 8.
The end face of the outlet pipe 7c is provided with an annular flange 7c2 extending radially outward.
The annular flange 7c2 is used to prevent the spring seal between the second end cap 7 and the breather tube 9 from coming off the outlet tube 7 c.
The number of the buckling parts 5b and the buckling lugs 7b is four.
The four fastening parts 5b and the fastening lugs 7b are fastened to each other to stably assemble the vessel 5 and the second end cap 7 into a whole, and similarly, the vessel 5 and the first end cap 6 are also assembled into a whole through the same structure.
The vessel 5 is made of transparent glass material, and the first end cover 6 and the second end cover 7 are made of plastic material.
The first end cap 6 and the second end cap 7 are made of plastic, so that the first end cap 6 and the second end cap 7 cannot obstruct microwaves from being transmitted to the vessel 5, meanwhile, the plastic is easy to mold and low in cost, then the microwaves can directly penetrate through the food or soup and porridge in the glass heating vessel 5, meanwhile, the vessel 5 is made of transparent materials, so that a user can directly observe the heating condition of the food or soup and porridge in the vessel 5, and meanwhile, the glass is easy to clean.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
a user pours rice or soup and porridge into the vessel 5, then respectively installs the first end cap 6 and the second end cap 7 at two ends of the vessel 5, then installs the driving plug 8 on the first end cap 6, and then installs the vent pipe 9 on the second end cap 7 through the spring seal ring, or can firstly assemble the first end cap 6, the driving plug 8, the second end cap 7 and the vent pipe 9, then install the assembled first end cap 6 and the assembled driving plug 8 at one end of the vessel 5, and install the assembled second end cap 7 and the assembled vent pipe 9 at the other end of the vessel 5;
then, the user places the assembled vessel 5, the first end cap 6, the second end cap 7, the driving plug 8 and the vent pipe 9 on the vessel holder 3, simultaneously inserts the driving plug 8 into the square hole 2a1, simultaneously places the vent pipe 9 into the inner ring of the fixture 4b, then slides the fixture 4b to enable the opening end of the fixture to face the direction of the rotary driving mechanism 2, and clamps the vent pipe 9 by the fixture 4 b;
then the microwave oven 1 and the rotary driving mechanism 2 are started, a micro motor for driving the sleeve 2a to rotate is installed in the microwave oven 1, the micro motor transmits torque to the driving plug head 8 through the sleeve 2a, the driving plug head 8 rotates and drives the first end cover 6, the vessel 5 and the second end cover 7 to rotate, so that food or soup and porridge in the vessel 5 are turned over, and meanwhile, the microwave oven 1 emits microwaves to the vessel 5;
the second end cover 7 and the vent pipe 9 are in idle running and are simultaneously in sealing connection through a spring sealing ring, the vessel 5 rotates to enable food or soup and porridge inside the vessel to be continuously turned and mixed, so that the microwave can uniformly heat the food or soup and porridge in the vessel 5, and high-temperature gas generated during heating sequentially passes through the second end cover 7 and the vent pipe 9 and overflows upwards.
