Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,包括阀体,所述阀体的左侧面设置有左接管,所述阀体的右侧面设置有右接管,所述左接管、右接管和阀体之间均利用法兰盘活动连接,所述法兰盘内贯穿设置有两组螺杆,所述阀体内部的中间位置处安装有阀芯,所述阀芯内开设有通孔,所述阀芯和阀体的内壁之间设置有第一密封填料层,所述阀芯的上端面焊接有阀杆并且所述阀杆贯穿阀体的上端部。本发明所述的一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,通过转动调节螺栓,螺旋前进并作用于螺栓护套,使弹性橡胶层发生形变凹陷并挤压第二密封填料层贴近阀杆,可以补充磨损量,提高密封性,延长球阀的使用寿命,适用不同工作状况,带来更好的使用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道阀门设计领域,特别涉及一种便于调节密封的球阀结构。
背景技术
球阀的启闭件由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门,亦可用于流体的调节与控制,其中硬密封V型球阀其V型球芯与堆焊硬质合金的金属阀座之间具有很强的剪切力,特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等的介质,而多通球阀在管道上不仅可灵活控制介质的合流、分流、及流向的切换,同时也可关闭任一通道而使另外两个通道相连;现有的球阀阀芯在转动时会与阀座摩擦,阀座被磨损后会使密封性能下降,并且对阀座中的密封层维护比较不便,尤其是对采用全焊接工艺制造的球阀,密封层损失效后球阀就报废,因此有必要对其密封结构进行改进,以延长球阀的使用寿命,为此,我们提出一种便于调节密封的球阀结构。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,包括阀体,所述阀体的左侧面设置有左接管,所述阀体的右侧面设置有右接管,所述左接管、右接管和阀体之间均利用法兰盘活动连接,所述法兰盘内贯穿设置有两组螺杆,所述阀体内部的中间位置处安装有阀芯,所述阀芯内开设有通孔,所述阀芯和阀体的内壁之间设置有第一密封填料层,所述阀芯的上端面焊接有阀杆并且所述阀杆贯穿阀体的上端部,所述阀杆的上端焊接有手轮,所述阀体的上端部的内部安装有供阀杆转动的轴承,所述阀杆的外侧一周设置有第二密封填料层,所述第二密封填料层的外表面设置有弹性橡胶层,所述阀体上端部的两侧对称开设有螺纹槽,所述螺纹槽内活动设置有调节螺栓,所述弹性橡胶层上胶接有供调节螺栓螺旋前进的螺栓护套。
优选的,所述法兰盘上设置有供螺杆穿过的小孔,再用螺母拧固,所述法兰盘的一侧面设置设置有密封圈。
优选的,所述手轮上设置有防滑纹,所述阀杆带动阀芯转动,使所述通孔旋转变换不同的位置。
优选的,所述第一密封填料层和第二密封填料层的填充物均为柔性石墨,所述弹性橡胶层受到压力后发生形变,挤压所述第二密封填料层。
优选的,所述阀体的上端部外侧还螺纹连接有大螺帽。
本发明通过改进在此提供一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,与现有技术相比,具有如下显著改进及优点:
(1)阀体通过法兰盘分别和左接管、右接管连接,并用螺杆固定,可以方便阀体的安装与拆卸,节约时间,同时不影响连接处良好的密封性。
(2)通过转动调节螺栓,螺旋前进并作用于螺栓护套,使弹性橡胶层发生形变凹陷并挤压第二密封填料层贴近阀杆,可以补充磨损量,提高密封性,延长球阀的使用寿命。
(3)整个球阀结构设计简单,调节灵活方便,密封性良好,提高工作效率,使用的效果相对于传统方式更好。

如图1-2所示,一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,包括阀体1,阀体1的左侧面设置有左接管2,阀体1的右侧面设置有右接管3,左接管2、右接管3和阀体1之间均利用法兰盘4活动连接,法兰盘4内贯穿设置有两组螺杆5,阀体1内部的中间位置处安装有阀芯6,阀芯6内开设有通孔7,阀芯6和阀体1的内壁之间设置有第一密封填料层8,起到内部密封的作用,阀芯6的上端面焊接有阀杆9并且阀杆9贯穿阀体1的上端部,阀杆9的上端焊接有手轮10,阀体1的上端部的内部安装有供阀杆9转动的轴承11,阀杆9的外侧一周设置有第二密封填料层12,第二密封填料层12的外表面设置有弹性橡胶层13,阀体1上端部的两侧对称开设有螺纹槽14,螺纹槽14内活动设置有调节螺栓15,弹性橡胶层13上胶接有供调节螺栓15螺旋前进的螺栓护套16;
法兰盘4上设置有供螺杆5穿过的小孔,再用螺母拧固,法兰盘4的一侧面设置设置有密封圈,起到密封作用;手轮10上设置有防滑纹,阀杆9带动阀芯6转动,使通孔7旋转变换不同的位置;第一密封填料层8和第二密封填料层12的填充物均为柔性石墨,弹性橡胶层13受到压力后发生形变,挤压第二密封填料层12;阀体1的上端部外侧还螺纹连接有大螺帽17,旋紧大螺帽17可压紧密封结构。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,阀体1通过法兰盘4和左接管2、右接管3连接,可以方便阀体1的安装与拆卸,同时不影响连接处良好的密封性,在使用时,通过转动手轮10,阀杆9在轴承11内转动,并带动阀芯6旋转,阀芯6的通孔7与流体垂直时,球阀处于关闭状态,而当转动阀杆9使阀芯6的通孔7与流体平行时,球阀处于开启状态,阀杆9反复转动时,第二密封填料层12接近阀杆9的一侧会有磨损,这时通过转动调节螺栓15,螺旋前进并作用于螺栓护套16,使弹性橡胶层13发生形变凹陷并挤压第二密封填料层12贴近阀杆9,可以补充磨损量,较为实用。

1.一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的左侧面设置有左接管(2),所述阀体(1)的右侧面设置有右接管(3),所述左接管(2)、右接管(3)和阀体(1)之间均利用法兰盘(4)活动连接,所述法兰盘(4)内贯穿设置有两组螺杆(5),所述阀体(1)内部的中间位置处安装有阀芯(6),所述阀芯(6)内开设有通孔(7),所述阀芯(6)和阀体(1)的内壁之间设置有第一密封填料层(8),所述阀芯(6)的上端面焊接有阀杆(9)并且所述阀杆(9)贯穿阀体(1)的上端部,所述阀杆(9)的上端焊接有手轮(10),所述阀体(1)的上端部的内部安装有供阀杆(9)转动的轴承(11),所述阀杆(9)的外侧一周设置有第二密封填料层(12),所述第二密封填料层(12)的外表面设置有弹性橡胶层(13),所述阀体(1)上端部的两侧对称开设有螺纹槽(14),所述螺纹槽(14)内活动设置有调节螺栓(15),所述弹性橡胶层(13)上胶接有供调节螺栓(15)螺旋前进的螺栓护套(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述法兰盘(4)上设置有供螺杆(5)穿过的小孔,再用螺母拧固,所述法兰盘(4)的一侧面设置设置有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述手轮(10)上设置有防滑纹,所述阀杆(9)带动阀芯(6)转动,使所述通孔(7)旋转变换不同的位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述第一密封填料层(8)和第二密封填料层(12)的填充物均为柔性石墨,所述弹性橡胶层(13)受到压力后发生形变,挤压所述第二密封填料层(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调节密封的球阀结构,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的上端部外侧还螺纹连接有大螺帽(17)。
