Background
The sponge city is a new generation of city rainfall flood management concept, and means that the city can be like a sponge and has good elasticity in the aspects of adapting to environmental changes, coping with natural disasters caused by rainwater and the like; the speed bump is arranged on a road to lead the passing vehicles to be decelerated, and is a novel special traffic safety setting for reducing the running speed of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles; for the running safety of urban vehicles, the construction of a sponge city of the speed bump is indispensable.
The existing speed bump only has a speed reduction function, and does not have substantial help to the construction of a sponge city, more speed bumps are required to be arranged at each intersection on a non-motor vehicle lane so as to reduce the running speed of the non-motor vehicle passing through the intersection, in hot and dry weather, the vehicle passing through the speed bump brings more dust raising, the dust amount in the air is increased, the environment of the city is poor, the pressure of a drainage system of the non-motor vehicle lane is higher in heavy rain weather due to the fact that the road of the non-motor vehicle lane is relatively narrow, more water accumulation in the non-motor vehicle lane is easy to cause, the running is influenced, and the construction of the sponge city is not facilitated.

The invention aims to solve the problem of single function of a speed bump in the prior art, and provides a self-adjusting speed bump for a sponge city.

2. according to the invention, when a vehicle passes through the speed bump body, the compression plate is extruded to move downwards, so that the connecting plate pushes hydraulic oil in the extrusion box after moving downwards, the pushing block pushes water flow in the pushing box into the water spraying pipe under the pushing action of the hydraulic oil, rainwater in the water spraying pipe enters the water spraying cavity, the rainwater in the water spraying cavity is further sprayed outwards to realize the spraying on the road surface, the raised dust on the road surface is effectively reduced, the ground temperature is reduced, and the urban environment is improved;

In the invention, rainwater enters the water collecting tank 2 through the water collecting pipe 4 to be collected during raining, so that the collection of redundant rainwater is realized, the pressure of a city drainage system is reduced, and the construction of a sponge city is realized by reusing the rainwater in sunny weather; in sunny weather, when a vehicle presses the speed bump body 3, the compression plate 6 is extruded to move towards the bottom of the compression groove 5 until the compression plate 6 abuts against the adjusting plate 8 to reach the maximum displacement position, in the process, the connecting plate 7 moves downwards along with the compression plate 6 synchronously to push hydraulic oil in the extrusion box 11 to push the pushing block 16 to move, so that the pushing block 16 extrudes rainwater in the pushing box 15 to the water spraying pipe 17, the rainwater enters the water spraying cavity 9 and is further sprayed out of the water spraying holes 10, the rainwater can spray the area near the speed bump body 3 to be wet and cooled, the phenomenon that the vehicle bumps when passing through the speed bump body 3 is avoided, and meanwhile, the ground can be effectively cooled to reduce the influence of high temperature on a city;
because the connection part of the propulsion box 15 and the water collection tank 2 is provided with the one-way valve, the propulsion of the propulsion block 16 can not cause rainwater to return to the water collection tank 2, and after the rainwater in the propulsion box 15 is pushed out, the rainwater in the water collection tank 2 can be directly supplemented to the propulsion box 15, the one-way valve at the bottom of the water spray pipe 17 can prevent the rainwater in the water spray pipe 17 and the water spray cavity 9 from flowing back to the propulsion box 15, so that the water spray pipe 17 and the water spray cavity 9 are full of rainwater, and the response speed can be higher in the subsequent water spray process, and further the effective spraying can be realized.
When the urban temperature is high, the deformation pipe 20 close to the surface of the soil layer 1 quickly receives heat, so that dichloromethane solution in the deformation pipe 20 is heated and evaporated to be in a gaseous state, the inside of the deformation pipe 20 is pushed by gas to increase the volume, the deformation pipe 20 pushes the supporting block 21 to rotate, the supporting height of the supporting block 21 is reduced, the height of the adjusting plate 8 is reduced, the displacement amount of the compression plate 6 capable of moving downwards is increased, the downward movement amount of the connecting plate 7 is increased, the displacement amount of the pushing block 16 is increased, rainwater in the pushing box 15 can enter the water spraying pipe 17 more, the integral water spraying amount is increased, and the water spraying amount can be increased when the urban temperature is high to improve the cooling effect;

When a vehicle passes through the speed bump body 3, when the vehicle speed is slow, the vehicle tire will slowly press the compression plate 6, so that the compression plate 6 gradually descends in the driving process of the vehicle, so that the overall height of the speed bump body 3 is reduced to a certain extent, but still has a speed reducing effect, so that the vehicle is not subjected to large bump while being decelerated, when the vehicle rapidly passes through the speed bump body 3, due to the fact that the water spray pipe 17 is thin, the propelling of the propelling box 15 needs a certain time, so that the pressing-down process of the connecting plate 7 needs a certain time, in other words, although the compression plate 6 is pressed down, but is influenced by the flow velocity of water, the lowering of the compression plate 6 needs a certain time, when the vehicle passing speed is fast, the compression plate 6 is pressed for a short time, so the lowering height of the compression plate 6 is small, and the overall height of the speed bump body 3 is high relative to the vehicle speed, therefore, a better deceleration effect can be achieved, the deceleration strip body 3 can achieve a more obvious deceleration effect on a faster vehicle, and the slower vehicle can be treated more humanizedly, so that the vehicle can be well decelerated.
