Description

Tearing-free water-soluble isolating film self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and construction method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof rolls, in particular to a tear-free water-soluble isolating membrane self-adhesive waterproof roll and a construction method thereof.
Background
The wet-laid waterproof coiled material is a self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material formed by bonding cement paste or cement mortar with a concrete base layer. The construction of the wet-laid waterproof coiled material does not use open fire or adhesives, so that the construction is energy-saving, environment-friendly and economical, the base layer is not leveled or even wet, the construction can be carried out as long as open water is not available, the construction advantages are better shown particularly in rainy seasons, and the construction period can be saved most effectively. Based on the advantages, the wet-laid waterproof coiled material is widely applied. The wet-laid waterproof roll usually consists of a PE or PET isolating film, a polymer modified asphalt self-adhesive material and a high molecular film, wherein the PE or PET isolating film is torn off before being laid and attached, so that white pollution is caused, and particularly, the PET isolating film is difficult to recover; meanwhile, when the coiled material is extruded or constructed at high temperature in summer, the isolating film is difficult to peel off, so that the construction progress is influenced; when the insulation film is stored for a long time or the quality of the insulation film is poor, silicone oil on the surface of the insulation film can remain on the surface of the self-adhesive material, and the full adhesion rate of the coiled material and the base surface is influenced.
In order to avoid the problems, the technical scheme that the coating made of the polymer emulsion is sprayed on the surface of the self-adhesive material to serve as the isolating layer currently exists, but the technical scheme needs to spend a large amount of cost to upgrade and modify coil production equipment, and the technology can only be well adhered with cast-in-place concrete when a pre-paving method is used.
