Abstract
The invention discloses a green environment-friendly acrylic coating, which comprises a pulp grinding part, a paint mixing part and a color paste part, wherein the paint mixing part comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 60-70% of acrylic resin emulsion and 0.5% of amine neutralizer. The refining part comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10% of water; 0.5 percent of dispersant; 0.1% of defoaming agent; 0.4% of wetting agent; 2-10% of pigment and 5-8% of filler. The color paste part comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.3 percent of flatting agent; 0.3% of base material wetting agent; 0.5 percent of flash rust inhibitor; 2% -6% of film-forming auxiliary agent; 0.3 to 0.5 percent of thickening agent; the balance is filled with water. The green environment-friendly acrylic coating adopting the structure does not contain harmful volatile matters such as formaldehyde, VOC and the like, and has small smell and high stability and hardness.
