Abstract
The invention discloses a paper support and a separator thereof, wherein the paper support separator comprises: the paper holder fixing device comprises a rack, a paper holder fixing device, a gripper and a rotating device; the paper support fixing device is arranged above the rack, the rotating device is arranged below the rack, and the rotating device is connected with and controls the gripper to rotate in the vertical direction; a paper support is characterized in that an anti-skid layer is arranged on the outer wall of the paper support; the invention provides a paper holder separator which more mechanically separates paper holders.

Please refer to fig. 5, which illustrates a paper holder, an anti-slip silica gel layer is disposed on the outer wall of the paper holder for facilitating grasping. The paper holder is made of waste paper products, can be recycled and degraded.

Claims (10)
1. A paper tray separator, comprising: the paper holder fixing device comprises a rack, a paper holder fixing device, a gripper and a rotating device; the paper support fixing device is arranged above the rack, the rotating device is arranged below the rack, and the rotating device is connected with and controls the hand grips to rotate in the vertical direction.
2. The paper tray separator according to claim 1, wherein the rotating device includes a rotating driving device, a rotating shaft, and a compression spring, the rotating driving device is sleeved above the rotating shaft, the compression spring is sleeved below the rotating driving device, and the rotating driving device is connected with the compression spring; the rotary driving device can drive the rotating shaft to rotate and move in the vertical direction.

The paper tray separator as claimed in claim 2, wherein said gripper includes a first jaw, a second jaw, a drive cylinder and a connecting rod, said first jaw and said second jaw are connected to said drive cylinder, and said drive cylinder controls the distance between said first jaw and said second jaw, the ends of said first jaw and said second jaw are connected to said connecting rod, and said connecting rod is connected to said rotating shaft.

The paper holder separator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paper holder fixing device comprises 2T-shaped cup clamps and a blocking piece, the T-shaped cup clamps are fixed on the frame, a paper holder can be placed between the 2 cup clamps, and the blocking piece is arranged below the 2 cup clamps.

The paper tray separator as claimed in claim 3 or 4, further comprising a slider, a slide rail and a slider driving device, wherein the slider is sleeved on the connecting rod, the slide rail extends from the inside of the frame to the outside of the frame, and the slider driving device is connected with the slider and drives the slider to move on the slide rail.
7. The tray separator of claim 6, further comprising a stop disposed at an end of the slide rail.
8. A paper holder suitable for use in a paper holder separator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the outer wall of the paper holder is provided with an anti-slip layer.
9. A paper holder as in claim 8, wherein the non-slip layer comprises non-slip silicone.
10. The paper holder according to claim 8, wherein the stock of the paper holder is waste paper product.
