Most of the existing tray separating devices only design a fixed separating claw without a movable separating claw, the fixed separating claw is horizontally inserted into a gap between two layers of trays to be separated during separation, other external force is not applied to separate the trays in the vertical direction, and the upper layer and the lower layer are separated only by the gravity of the tray at the lower layer.
However, the tray separating device does not have other external forces to separate the tray, and sometimes the adhesion force between the trays is larger than the gravity by simply depending on the gravity separation of the tray below, so that the upper tray cannot be smoothly separated from the lower tray at this time, the separation reliability of the tray is not high, and the production rhythm is seriously influenced.
