7. The vulcanization process of the flange end is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
taking 50 parts of raw rubber and 5-10 parts of high-temperature resistant auxiliary agent, and mixing until a rubber strip composition is obtained, wherein the temperature of the rubber strip composition is maintained at 100-150 ℃;
cutting an annular clamping groove at the end of the rubber pipe, uniformly wrapping the rubber strip composition on the clamping groove, and embedding the end provided with the clamping groove into the flange (6), so that the joint of the flange (6) and the rubber pipe is uniformly transited without a boss and a pit;
step three, putting the joint of the rubber pipe and the flange (6) into a cooling chamber for cooling until the temperature is recovered to the room temperature;
step four, placing the end of the rubber tube into a vulcanizing tank body (3), controlling the temperature of the vulcanizing tank to be 145-180 ℃, and vulcanizing for 40-60 minutes;
taking out the end of the vulcanized rubber pipe, and cleaning and drying the end;
and step six, carrying out galvanizing treatment on the surface of the vulcanized flange (6) to improve the antirust capacity of the flange.
