Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly discloses a disposable filtering type injection needle which comprises a sheath, a needle tube, a needle seat and a liquid medicine filter, wherein the needle tube is arranged on the needle seat; the liquid medicine filter comprises a shell and a filtering membrane, and the filtering membrane is arranged in the shell. The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the basis of a common injection needle consisting of a sheath, a needle tube and a needle seat, a liquid medicine filter with a filtering function is added at the lower end of the needle seat, so that the injection liquid medicine enters a human body after invisible particles are filtered by the liquid medicine filter.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a disposable filtering type injection needle.
Background
The disposable sterile injection needle is widely used clinically, when the conventional injection needle is matched with a disposable sterile injector for use, liquid medicine in the injector is directly injected into a human body through the common injection needle, possible puncture scraps during liquid medicine suction and invisible particles in the injector for injection are injected into the human body, and the potential safety hazard of discomfort or infection of a patient is caused. For this reason, we propose disposable filter injection needles.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the problems of the prior art and to provide a disposable filtering needle with a filtering function.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the disposable filtering type injection needle comprises a sheath, a needle tube, a needle seat and a liquid medicine filter, wherein the needle tube is arranged on the needle seat, the sheath is sleeved on the outer circumference of the needle seat, the needle tube is positioned in the sheath, and the needle seat is connected with the liquid medicine filter; the liquid medicine filter comprises a shell and a filtering membrane, and the filtering membrane is arranged in the shell.
Further, the shell comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the filtering membrane is arranged between the upper shell and the lower shell, and an upper opening of the upper shell is communicated with the inner cavity of the needle seat. The pore size of the filter membrane can be 15 μm, 5 μm and 3 μm. The filter membranes with different apertures can filter insoluble particles with corresponding sizes in the liquid medicine, reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions of patients, improve the injection safety, and when the liquid medicine just flows into the filter and contacts with the membranes, the membranes can not be soaked at once, have a short hydrophobic effect, and are beneficial to thoroughly removing air in the filter. The filtering membrane is made of N66, PES, MCE, PTFE, PVDF and other materials.
Further, the sheath and the needle seat are in interference fit without bonding.
Furthermore, the needle tube is bonded on the needle seat through epoxy resin glue.
Further, the needle seat and the upper shell are connected through a luer locking connector. Luer fittings are used to connect fluid containers to fluid supply lines. The luer lock is a prior art and dimensional standards for luer lock are specified in syringes, needles and other medical devices.
Furthermore, after the filtering membrane is added between the upper shell and the lower shell, ultrasonic welding is carried out.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before use, the liquid medicine filter is unscrewed from the needle seat, and the needle seat is connected with the injector. Taking off the sheath, sucking the liquid medicine to be injected, and covering the sheath. After the needle seat is separated from the injector, the upper shell of the liquid medicine filter is connected with the needle seat, and then the lower shell of the liquid medicine filter is connected with the injector. The needle point of the syringe is upward, the core rod of the syringe is pushed, the liquid medicine filter is filled with the liquid medicine, a small amount of liquid medicine is discharged through the needle tube, and after air is discharged completely, the injection is carried out.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects: on the basis of a common injection needle consisting of a sheath, a needle tube and a needle seat, a liquid medicine filter with a filtering function is added at the lower end of the needle seat, so that the injection liquid medicine enters a human body after invisible particles are filtered by the liquid medicine filter.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
Description of the drawings: 1-a sheath; 2-a needle tube; 3-a needle seat; 41-upper shell; 42-a lower shell; 5-filtering membrane.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention relates to a disposable filtering type injection needle, which comprises a sheath 1, a needle tube 2, a needle base 3 and a liquid medicine filter.
As shown in figure 1, the needle tube 2 is arranged on the needle base 3, and the needle tube 2 is bonded on the needle base 3 through epoxy resin glue. The sheath 1 is sleeved on the outer circumference of the needle base 3, and the sheath 1 and the needle base 3 are in interference fit without bonding. The needle tube 2 is positioned in the sheath 1, and the needle stand 3 is connected with the liquid medicine filter; the liquid medicine filter comprises a shell and a filtering membrane 5, and the filtering membrane 5 is arranged in the shell. The housing comprises an upper housing 41 and a lower housing 42, the filter membrane 5 is arranged between the upper housing 41 and the lower housing 42, and the upper opening of the upper housing 41 is communicated with the inner cavity of the needle holder 3. The filtration membrane 5 is interposed between the upper case 41 and the lower case 42, and then welded by ultrasonic welding. The needle holder 3 and the upper shell 41 are connected by luer locking joint.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before use, the liquid medicine filter is unscrewed from the needle seat 3, and the needle seat 3 is connected with the injector. The sheath 1 is taken down, and after the liquid medicine to be injected is sucked, the sheath 1 is covered. After the hub 3 is separated from the syringe, the upper housing 41 of the drug solution filter is coupled to the hub 3, and the lower housing 42 of the drug solution filter is coupled to the syringe. The needle point of the syringe is upward, the core rod of the syringe is pushed, the liquid medicine filter is filled with the liquid medicine, a small amount of liquid medicine is discharged through the needle tube, and after air is discharged completely, the injection is carried out.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
