Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to a pupil size measuring pen.
Background
The regulation of the pupil size is regulated by parasympathetic fibers of the oculomotor nerve and sympathetic fibers from sympathetic ganglia on the neck, which innervate the pupillary sphincter muscle and constrict the pupil; sympathetic fibers govern mydriasis and dilate the pupil; under normal light, the normal diameter of the pupil is 3-4 mm, the pupil is contracted when the diameter is smaller than 2mm, and the pupil is dilated when the diameter is larger than 5 mm.
The change of pupil size and shape and reaction can reflect systemic diseases besides the diseases of ophthalmology (such as iritis and the like), and is especially valuable in diagnosis, identification, nursing treatment and the like of neurology, brain surgery and internal medicine diseases, for example, the miosis can be unilateral or bilateral miosis, ① unilateral miosis is shown in Homer symptoms caused by stimulation on one side oculomotor nerve or damage of cervical sympathetic nerve fibers, the pupil can also be reduced by corneal or intraocular foreign matters, ② bilateral miosis is mostly seen in the elderly, presbyopia, alcoholism, drug intoxication (such as morphine, opium, barbiturates and the like), sleep, coma, infant, deep inspiration, syphilis, cerebral hypertension, diabetes and the like also have miosis, bilateral miosis is mostly seen in brain stem diseases, or is wide cerebral pathological changes, fourth ventricle pathological changes and reaches the cerebral bridge, cerebral hemorrhage can appear in bilateral pinpoint seizures, the disease is also accompanied by deep coma, attack attacks of encephalomydriasis, cerebral apoplexy, central line changes, or the pupillary contraction is marked by wide cerebral palsy, the symptoms of miosis, the pupillary contraction is marked by hyperopia, the pupillary is judged by the same as the cerebral palsy, the unilateral hyperopia, the pupillary is also has the sign, the cerebral palsy, the pupillary contraction is also has the sign is also shown in the sign, the cerebral palsy, the cerebral hemorrhage is also shown in the two symptoms of the cerebral hemorrhage, the cerebral hemorrhage is also shown in the hypopiesis, the unilateral palsy, the hypopiesis, the unilateral palsy, the lumbar depression, the hypopiesis.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a pupil size measuring pen to solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a pupil size measuring pen comprises a pen body, a measuring head and a press switch; the pen body is in threaded connection with a base, and a push switch is arranged on the rear side of the base; the front end of the pen body is fixedly provided with a measuring head; the measuring head comprises a bulb, a convex lens, a light-tight mirror surface and a scale hole; the inner side wall of the measuring head is coated with a light absorption material; the convex lens is arranged inside the measuring head; a lamp holder is arranged at the position behind the focus of the convex lens, and a bulb is embedded in the lamp holder and is ensured to be at the focus of the convex lens; the foremost end of the measuring head is provided with a light-tight mirror surface, and the middle of the light-tight mirror surface is provided with a scale hole.
As a further scheme of the invention: the inside of the pen body is provided with a rechargeable battery.
As a still further scheme of the invention: one end of the lamp holder is connected with the positive pole of the pen body, and the other end of the lamp holder is connected with the negative pole of the pen body through a wire; and a push switch is connected in series on the connected loop.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the medical silica gel cover that is used for increasing frictional force is overlapped to the outside of pen body to be equipped with anti-skidding line in the outside of silica gel cover.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the two scale holes are perpendicular to each other.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the bulb is a colored light bulb.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the bulb of the invention is arranged on the focus of the convex lens; the light rays emitted by the light source are parallel light rays transmitted through the convex lens; after passing through the scale holes, the distance between the scales is unchanged, and the glasses can be used at any distance from eyes; and the size of the pupil can be directly read out by the doctor according to the scale irradiated on the eye, so that the doctor is more convenient and accurate.
