Abstract
本发明公开了一种富含n‑3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂及其制备方法,所述富含n‑3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂包括以下重量份数的组分:10‑50份的大豆磷脂、1‑10份的n‑3PUFA磷脂、400‑600份的水、10‑20份的薄荷精油和0.1‑1份的维生素E。本发明的稳定水包油乳剂将大豆磷脂、n‑3PUFA磷脂、水、薄荷精油、维生素E制备成一个稳定的水包油乳剂体系,既能很好的满足功能需求,n‑3PUFA能够长时间储存。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及n-3PUFA提取领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,有关研究已经证实n-3PUFA具有软化血管、健脑益智、改善视力等功效。市场上有关n-3PUFA产品大多是以胶囊的形式存在,其主要成分为鱼油、VE、明胶、甘油、水,组成暂稳体系,受光照、温度等影响较大;明胶吸收过多会影响脂肪、蛋白质的吸收,尤其是会使铁、锌等无机盐结合成可溶性或不可溶性混合物,从而影响机体对这些微量元素的吸收和利用。甘油食用过多,对人体正常的脂质代谢会产生影响,间接引发潜在问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂及其制备方法。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
10-50份的大豆磷脂、1-10份的n-3PUFA磷脂、400-600份的水、10-20份的薄荷精油和0.1-1份的维生素E。
优选的是,所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂中,所述薄荷精油和维生素E的质量比为20:1。
优选的是,所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂中,包括以下重量份数的组分:
30份的大豆磷脂、5份的n-3PUFA磷脂、553的水、11.43份的薄荷精油和0.57份的维生素E。
本发明还提供一种上述富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方份的水分为两份,备用;
S2、将配方份的大豆磷脂和n-3PUFA磷脂,以及一份水混合,并磁力搅拌1-3小时,得到第一混合物,备用;
S3、将配方份的维生素E和薄荷精油混合均匀,得到第二混合物,备用;
S4、将所述第一混合物、所述第二混合物和另一份水混合,并搅拌均匀,然后先置于70-90℃的条件下水浴3-8分钟,再冰浴8-15分钟,冰浴期间每隔2分钟将溶液摇匀一次,即制得所述稳定水包油乳剂。
优选的是,所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法中,所述第二混合物中所述薄荷精油和维生素E的质量比为20:1。
优选的是,所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法中,所述第一混合物和所述第二混合物的质量比为125:6,且所述第一混合物中所述大豆磷脂和n-3PUFA磷脂的质量分数分别为12%和2%。
本发明将大豆磷脂、n-3PUFA磷脂、水、薄荷精油、维生素E制备成一个稳定的水包油乳剂体系,既能很好的满足功能需求,n-3PUFA能够长时间储存。
本发明的其它优点、目标和特征将部分通过下面的说明体现,部分还将通过对本发明的研究和实践而为本领域的技术人员所理解。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
需要说明的是,下述实施方案中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
<实施例1>
一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
10份的大豆磷脂、1份的n-3PUFA磷脂、400的水、10份的薄荷精油和0.1份的维生素E。
上述富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方份的水分为两份,备用;
S2、将配方份的大豆磷脂和n-3PUFA磷脂,以及一份水混合,并磁力搅拌1小时,得到第一混合物,备用;
S3、将配方份的维生素E和薄荷精油混合均匀,得到第二混合物,备用;
S4、将所述第一混合物、所述第二混合物和另一份水混合,并搅拌均匀,然后先置于70℃的条件下水浴3分钟,再冰浴8分钟,冰浴期间每隔2分钟将溶液摇匀一次,即制得所述稳定水包油乳剂。
<实施例2>
一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
30份的大豆磷脂、5份的n-3PUFA磷脂、553份水、11.43份的薄荷精油和0.57份的维生素E。
上述富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方份的水分为两份,备用;
S2、将配方份的大豆磷脂和n-3PUFA磷脂,以及一份质量分数为215份的水混合,并磁力搅拌2小时,得到第一混合物,备用;
S3、将配方份的维生素E和薄荷精油混合均匀,得到第二混合物,备用;
S4、将所述第一混合物、所述第二混合物和另一份质量分数为338份的水混合,并搅拌均匀,然后先置于80℃的条件下水浴5分钟,再冰浴10分钟,冰浴期间每隔2分钟将溶液摇匀一次,即制得所述稳定水包油乳剂。
<实施例3>
一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
50份的大豆磷脂、10份的n-3PUFA磷脂、600份的水、20份的薄荷精油和1份的维生素E。
上述富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方份的水分为两份,备用;
S2、将配方份的大豆磷脂和n-3PUFA磷脂,以及一份水混合,并磁力搅拌3小时,得到第一混合物,备用;
S3、将配方份的维生素E和薄荷精油混合均匀,得到第二混合物,备用;
S4、将所述第一混合物、所述第二混合物和另一份水混合,并搅拌均匀,然后先置于90℃的条件下水浴8分钟,再冰浴15分钟,冰浴期间每隔2分钟将溶液摇匀一次,即制得所述稳定水包油乳剂。
本发明的实施例1-3所得到的稳定水包油乳剂,,通过观察并测定乳液稳定后,发现6个月内,乳液稳定性无显著性变化;通过脂肪酸分析,n-3PUFA的含量无显著性变化。所以本实施例1-3得到的稳定水包油乳剂能够很好的实现对n-3PUFA的保护作用。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (6)
1.一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
10-50份的大豆磷脂、1-10份的n-3PUFA磷脂、400-600的水、10-20份的薄荷精油和0.1-1份的维生素E。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂,其特征在于,所述薄荷精油和维生素E的质量比为20:1。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
30份的大豆磷脂、5份的n-3PUFA磷脂、553份的水、11.43份的薄荷精油和0.57份的维生素E。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将配方份的水分为两份,备用;
S2、将配方份的大豆磷脂和n-3PUFA磷脂,以及一份水混合,并磁力搅拌1-3小时,得到第一混合物,备用;
S3、将配方份的维生素E和薄荷精油混合均匀,得到第二混合物,备用;
S4、将所述第一混合物、所述第二混合物和另一份水混合,并搅拌均匀,然后先置于70-90℃的条件下水浴3-8分钟,再冰浴8-15分钟,冰浴期间每隔2分钟将溶液摇匀一次,即制得所述稳定水包油乳剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第二混合物中所述薄荷精油和维生素E的质量比为20:1。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种富含n-3PUFA的稳定水包油乳剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一混合物和所述第二混合物的质量比为125:6,且所述第一混合物中所述大豆磷脂和n-3PUFA磷脂的质量分数分别为12%和2%。
