1. A flower and fruit tea powder is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
20-28 parts of green tea powder, 8-12 parts of lavender, 4-12 parts of mint, 4-12 parts of melissa officinalis, 4-12 parts of lemon, 12-20 parts of calendula, 8-12 parts of elderberry, 4-20 parts of orange peel, 20-40 parts of oat powder, 16-32 parts of skimmed milk powder and 8-12 parts of rock candy.
2. The flower and fruit tea powder according to claim 1, wherein: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
24 parts of green tea powder, 10 parts of lavender, 8 parts of mint, 8 parts of melissa officinalis, 8 parts of lemon, 16 parts of calendula, 10 parts of elderberry flower, 12 parts of orange peel, 30 parts of oat powder, 24 parts of skim milk powder and 10 parts of rock candy.
