Abstract

一种防锈剂、金属工件及其防锈处理方法。以500重量份数计,防锈剂包括如下重量份数的成分:0.5‑4份重铬酸钾,0.1‑1份三乙醇胺油酸皂,0.5‑2份六亚甲基四胺,1‑4份硼酸,0.5‑2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,2‑10份磷酸三钠,适量的双氧水和余量的水。上述防锈剂能在金属表面形成一层致密的极性保护膜,同时具有防霉防腐性能,使用更安全,可广泛用于各种模具、仪器、零件精加工表面的防锈处理,也可以作为涂装前处理工序间的防锈处理,能保持金属的原色。
