Description
Antirust agent, metal workpiece and surface antirust treatment method thereof
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of metal surface treatment, in particular to an antirust agent, a metal workpiece and a surface antirust treatment method thereof.
Background
[0002] In order to improve the surface properties or appearance of the product, the surface of the workpiece is usually treated. For example, surface treatment processes for aluminum, iron, and alloys thereof are involved in various industries. Furthermore, most workpieces are subjected to pretreatment, such as cleaning, decontamination and degreasing, before surface treatment, and some metal workpieces are subjected to rust prevention.
[0003] In daily life, it is well known that hardware is easy to oxidize and rust, so that rust prevention treatment is required, and a passivation film is usually formed on the surface of a workpiece by using an oxide such as sodium nitrite to play a certain role in rust prevention. However, these rust-proofing methods tend to show crystallization with sodium solution and are not effective, requiring re-cleaning if sprayed subsequently.
Technical problem
[0004] In view of the above, an antirust agent, a metal workpiece and a surface antirust treatment method thereof are provided, wherein the antirust agent has a good antirust effect and is convenient to use and environment-friendly.
Solution to the problem

[0006] A metal workpiece rust-proof treatment method comprises the following steps: firstly weighing potassium dichromate, then adding 40 parts of water, stirring and dissolving, then dripping hydrogen peroxide to change the potassium dichromate into green, then adding the rest water, then sequentially adding the above components, and stirring while adding to fully dissolve the components; the treatment temperature of the antirust solution is 40-80 ℃, the metal workpiece is treated by the antirust solution, and is dried after being treated for a preset time.
[0007] And a metal workpiece having a surface formed with a rust-preventive protective film according to the above-described metal workpiece surface rust-preventive treatment method.
Advantageous effects of the invention
Advantageous effects
[0008] The antirust agent can form a layer of compact protective film on the metal surface, has excellent antirust and anticorrosive effects on the metal surface, and can fundamentally solve the crystallization phenomenon caused by using a sodium solution. The rust inhibitor has mildew-proof and corrosion-proof performance with the same inch, is safer to use, can be widely used for rust-proof treatment of finish machining surfaces of various molds, instruments and parts, and can keep the original color of metal. The antirust agent can replace the traditional sodium nitrite antirust agent, and has the advantages of high quality, low price and convenient use. A passivation protective film formed by the antirust agent can prevent rust for 6 months, can prevent rust for a long time by being matched with soaked antirust oil, is colorless and tasteless, has no side effect on human bodies, and is environment-friendly and energy-saving.

[0009] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
[0010] The embodiment of the invention provides an antirust agent, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-4 parts of potassium dichromate, 0.1-1 part of triethanolamine oleic soap, 0.5-2 parts of hexamethylenetetramine, 1-4 parts of boric acid, 0.5-2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-10 parts of trisodium phosphate, a proper amount of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water.
[0011] Specifically, the weight part of the potassium dichromate is 2-3. Preferably, the triethanolamine oleic soap accounts for 0.4-0.8 parts by weight, and the hexamethylenetetramine accounts for 1-2 parts by weight. The boric acid accounts for 2-3 parts by weight, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate preferably accounts for 1-2 parts by weight. The weight part of the trisodium phosphate is preferably 4-8 parts.
[0012] In the antirust agent, the better antirust effect is achieved by controlling the proportion balance of the components. The antirust agent can form a layer of compact protective film on the metal surface, has excellent antirust and anticorrosive effects on the metal surface, and can fundamentally solve the crystallization phenomenon caused by using a sodium solution. The rust inhibitor has mildew-proof and corrosion-proof performance with the same inch, is safer to use, can be widely used for rust-proof treatment of finish-machined surfaces of various molds, instruments and parts, and can keep the primary color of metal.
[0013] The embodiment of the invention also provides a surface rust prevention treatment method for the metal workpiece, which comprises the following steps: preparing the antirust agent; the treatment temperature of the antirust solution is 40-80 ℃, the metal workpiece is treated by the antirust solution, and is dried after being treated for a preset time.
[0014] Specifically, the metal workpiece can be treated in soaking or spraying mode for rust prevention, and the soaking effect is optimal. The time of the rust-proof treatment is preferably 2 to 5 minutes, and the time of the metal workpiece immersed in the rust-proof solution is preferably 2 to 5 minutes. Before rust prevention, the workpiece should be thoroughly subjected to oil removal and rust removal treatment, and if the pretreatment is improper, the rust prevention effect can be influenced. Large machines can be sprayed with a low-pressure spray can for corrosion prevention, and small-sized or complex-shaped machine parts can be subjected to a soaking method.
[0015] The embodiment of the invention also provides a metal workpiece, wherein the surface of the metal workpiece is provided with the antirust protective film according to the antirust treatment method for the surface of the metal workpiece. After the antirust treatment, a layer of compact protective film can be formed on the surface of the metal, and the crystallization phenomenon caused by using the sodium nitrite solution can be fundamentally solved. The rust inhibitor has mildew-proof and corrosion-proof performance with the inch, and is safer to use. After rust prevention, the conductivity of the parts is not affected, electroplating or phosphating and paint spraying treatment can be continued, oil removal treatment is not needed like oil-soluble rust inhibitors, and the use is very convenient. Moreover, the antirust agent does not pollute the environment, and the antirust time is 2-6 months. The specific antirust time is determined according to the environment, the humidity and the temperature.
