P is the location of the ue, D1 is the distance between P and eB1, where P is located in the ping-pong suppression zone, and the current handover of the ue is determined to be ping-pong handover.

In the embodiment of the invention, whether the user terminal is positioned in a ping-pong suppression area of a source cell is judged according to the longitude and latitude information of the user terminal; if the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell, determining that the handover is ping-pong handover, and at this time, suppressing the handover of the user terminal to the target cell, and if the user terminal is located outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell, determining that the handover is not ping-pong handover, and then sending a handover instruction to the user terminal; because the measurement error of the longitude and latitude information is far smaller than the error of the signal strength offset, the accuracy of inhibiting ping-pong switching can be improved.
Further, before determining whether the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell, it may be determined whether the target cell belongs to the ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, and if the target cell belongs to the ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, it is determined whether the number of times of handover corresponding to the target cell reaches a handover threshold, and if the number of times of handover corresponding to the target cell reaches the handover threshold, it is determined whether the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell; and further improves the accuracy of inhibiting ping-pong handover. When the target cell does not belong to the ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, or the number of times of handover corresponding to the target cell does not reach a handover threshold, directly determining that the current handover of the user terminal is ping-pong handover, and then sending a handover instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report; without judging whether the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell; and further improves the efficiency of inhibiting ping-pong handover.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of a structure of an embodiment of a ping-pong handover suppression device of the present invention is shown, and specifically, the structure may include the following modules:
a report receiving module 401, configured to receive, by a source cell, a measurement report reported by a user equipment;
an information determining module 402, configured to determine longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report;
a location determining module 403, configured to determine whether the user terminal is located in a ping-pong suppression area of the source cell according to the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal;
an ignoring module 404, configured to ignore the measurement report if the ue is located in a ping-pong suppression zone of the source cell;
a sending module 405, configured to send a handover instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report if the user terminal is located outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell.
Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of a ping-pong handover suppression apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and in an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes: a cell determining module 406 and a frequency determining module 407, wherein:
the cell determining module 406 is configured to determine a target cell according to a measurement report, and determine whether the target cell belongs to a ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user equipment, where the ping-pong handover monitoring group includes at least two cells;
the information determining module 402 is configured to, if the target cell belongs to the ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, perform a step of determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report;
the sending module 405 is configured to execute the step of sending a handover instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report if the target cell does not belong to the ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal.
The frequency judging module 407 is configured to judge whether the switching frequency corresponding to the target cell reaches a switching threshold value if the target cell belongs to the ping-pong switching monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal;
the information determining module 402 is configured to, if the number of times of handover corresponding to the target cell reaches a handover threshold, perform a step of determining latitude and longitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report;
the sending module 405 is configured to execute a step of sending a handover instruction to the user equipment according to the measurement report if the number of handovers corresponding to the target cell does not reach a handover threshold.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the position determining module 403 includes:
a distance determining submodule 4031, configured to determine, according to the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal and the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the base station of the source cell, a distance between the user terminal and the base station of the source cell;
an area determining submodule 4032, configured to determine a ping-pong suppression area of the source cell and a radius of the ping-pong suppression area according to the signal coverage area and the ping-pong handover weight of the source cell;
a determining submodule 4033, configured to determine, according to the distance and the radius of the ping-pong suppression area, whether the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the determining sub-module 4033 is specifically configured to determine whether the distance is smaller than a radius of the ping-pong suppression area; if the distance is smaller than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area, determining that the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell; and if the distance is greater than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area, determining that the user terminal is located outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell.
In the embodiment of the invention, after a source cell receives a measurement report of a user terminal, longitude and latitude information of the user terminal can be obtained from the measurement report; whether the user terminal is located in a ping-pong suppression area of the source cell can be further judged according to the longitude and latitude information of the user terminal; if the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell, determining that the handover is ping-pong handover, and at this time, suppressing the handover of the user terminal to the target cell, and if the user terminal is located outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell, determining that the handover is not ping-pong handover, and then sending a handover instruction to the user terminal; because the measurement error of the longitude and latitude information is far smaller than the error of the signal strength offset, the accuracy of inhibiting ping-pong switching can be improved.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for suppressing ping-pong handover, comprising:
a source cell receives a measurement report reported by a user terminal;
determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report;
judging whether the user terminal is located in a ping-pong suppression area of the source cell or not according to longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal;
if the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression zone of the source cell, ignoring the measurement report;
and if the user terminal is positioned outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell, sending a switching instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the ue is located in the ping-pong suppression zone of the source cell according to the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the ue comprises:
determining the distance between the user terminal and the base station of the source cell according to the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal and the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the base station of the source cell;
determining a ping-pong suppression area of the source cell and the radius of the ping-pong suppression area according to the signal coverage area and the ping-pong handover weight of the source cell;
and judging whether the user terminal is positioned in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell or not according to the distance and the radius of the ping-pong suppression area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining whether the ue is located in a ping-pong suppression zone of the source cell according to the distance and a radius of the ping-pong suppression zone comprises:
judging whether the distance is smaller than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area;
if the distance is smaller than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area, determining that the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell;
and if the distance is greater than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area, determining that the user terminal is located outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a target cell according to a measurement report, and judging whether the target cell belongs to a ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, wherein the ping-pong handover monitoring group comprises at least two cells;
if the target cell belongs to a ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, executing a step of determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report;
and if the target cell does not belong to the ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, executing a step of sending a handover instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the target cell belongs to the ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal, judging whether the handover times corresponding to the target cell reaches a handover threshold value;
if the switching times corresponding to the target cell reach a switching threshold value, executing a step of determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report;
and if the switching times corresponding to the target cell do not reach a switching threshold value, executing a step of sending a switching instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report.
6. A ping-pong handover suppression device, comprising:
a report receiving module, configured to receive, by a source cell, a measurement report reported by a user terminal;
the information determining module is used for determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report;
the position judgment module is used for judging whether the user terminal is positioned in a ping-pong suppression area of the source cell according to the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal;
an ignoring module, configured to ignore the measurement report if the user equipment is located in a ping-pong suppression zone of the source cell;
and the sending module is used for sending a switching instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report if the user terminal is positioned outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the location determination module comprises:
a distance determining submodule, configured to determine a distance between the user terminal and a base station of the source cell according to the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal and the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the base station of the source cell;
the area determination submodule is used for determining a ping-pong suppression area of the source cell and the radius of the ping-pong suppression area according to the signal coverage area and the ping-pong switching weight of the source cell;
and the judging submodule is used for judging whether the user terminal is positioned in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell according to the distance and the radius of the ping-pong suppression area.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
the judgment submodule is specifically configured to judge whether the distance is smaller than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area; if the distance is smaller than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area, determining that the user terminal is located in the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell; and if the distance is greater than the radius of the ping-pong suppression area, determining that the user terminal is located outside the ping-pong suppression area of the source cell.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a cell judging module, configured to determine a target cell according to a measurement report, and judge whether the target cell belongs to a ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user equipment, where the ping-pong handover monitoring group includes at least two cells;
the information determining module is configured to execute a step of determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report if the target cell belongs to a ping-pong handover monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal;
and the sending module is used for executing the step of sending a switching instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report if the target cell does not belong to the ping-pong switching monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a frequency judging module, configured to judge whether the switching frequency corresponding to the target cell reaches a switching threshold value if the target cell belongs to a ping-pong switching monitoring group corresponding to the user terminal;
the information determining module is configured to execute a step of determining longitude and latitude information corresponding to the user terminal according to the measurement report if the number of times of handover corresponding to the target cell reaches a handover threshold;
and the sending module is used for executing the step of sending a switching instruction to the user terminal according to the measurement report if the switching times corresponding to the target cell do not reach a switching threshold value.
