According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition terminal and the application server are utilized to perform data processing and record management on the video and audio recorder, and a user does not need to perform data processing and record management operation on the video and audio recorder, so that the video and audio recorder can be uniformly and centrally managed.
The embodiment of the invention provides a video and audio recorder management method and a data processing method, which specifically comprise the following steps:
please refer to fig. 3:
step S301, the application server sends the identity of the first user to the data acquisition terminal.
Step S302, if the identity of the first user sent by the application server connected with the data acquisition terminal is received, the identity of the first user is sent to a first video and audio recorder connected with the data acquisition terminal, so that the first user can record data by using the first video and audio recorder.
And step S303, acquiring the equipment identifier of the first video and audio recorder connected with the data acquisition terminal.
Step S304, recording binding information between the first user and the first video/audio recorder based on the identity of the first user and the device identity of the first video/audio recorder.
The first user and the second user are the same user or different users, and the first video and audio recorder and the second video and audio recorder are the same video and audio recorder or different video and audio recorders. The number of the video and audio recorders connected with the data acquisition terminal can be multiple, so that the data acquisition terminal can uniformly manage the video and audio recorders according to the method, and the video and audio recorders can be a camera, a law enforcement recorder, a mining recorder, a driving recorder, a recording pen and the like.
Wherein, before step S301, first, the first user sends a message for representing that the user requests to use the audio-video recorder to the data acquisition terminal.
Wherein, the first user can send a request message for representing that the user requests to use the video and audio recorder to the data acquisition terminal by means of swiping a card, for example, the first user uses the employee card to swipe the card through the card reader of the data acquisition terminal, the card reader of the data acquisition terminal can read the identity number of the employee card, the first user can also send the request message to the data acquisition terminal by means of verifying the biological information, for example, the first user sends the request message to the data acquisition terminal by using the fingerprint information verification mode or sends the request message to the data acquisition terminal by using the iris information verification mode, the data acquisition terminal reads the identity number corresponding to the biological information of the first user, the identity number corresponding to the first user biological information and the identity number of the employee card of the first user are the same number. The number is, for example, a job number of an employee or a license number of a lawyer, and is not specifically limited herein. The first user can also send a request message for representing that the user requests to use the video and audio recorder to the data acquisition terminal through other equipment which can acquire the identity number of the first user besides the data acquisition terminal, for example, the user uses a mobile phone which can acquire fingerprint information, the user selects to send a message for representing that the user needs to use the video and audio recorder in a specific APP in the mobile phone, and after the fingerprint information is verified, the mobile phone sends the request message to the data acquisition terminal based on the fingerprint information.
Optionally, the data acquisition terminal sends a request for characterizing and acquiring the identity of the first user to the application server.
The request for representing and acquiring the identity of the first user comprises an identity number, acquired by a data acquisition terminal, corresponding to the first user.
Then, step S301 is executed, and the application server sends the identity of the first user to the data acquisition terminal.
After the application server obtains the request for representing and obtaining the identity of the first user, the identity of the first user corresponding to the request stored in the application server is sent to a data acquisition terminal.
And executing step S302, if receiving the identity of the first user sent by the application server connected to the data acquisition terminal, sending the identity of the first user to a first video/audio recorder connected to the data acquisition terminal, so that the first user can record data by using the first video/audio recorder.
Further, when the data acquisition terminal sends the identity of the first user to a first video-audio recorder connected with the data acquisition terminal, the data acquisition terminal also detects the system time of the first video-audio recorder, and if the system time of the first video-audio recorder is different from the system time of the data acquisition terminal, the system time of the first video-audio recorder is modified to be the same as the system time of the data acquisition terminal, for example, the system time of the data acquisition terminal is 10 o ' clock 02 in 1 month and 10 th in 2018, and if the system time of the first video-audio recorder is 20 o ' clock 10 in 10 th in 1 month and 2018, the system time of the first video-audio recorder is modified to be 10 o ' clock 02 in 1 month and 10 th in 2018.
Optionally, before or after the sending the identity of the first user to the first video-audio recorder connected to the data acquisition terminal, the method further includes:
and recommending the first video and audio recorder to the first user.
The data acquisition terminal can detect the states of all the video and audio recorders connected with the data acquisition terminal after receiving the identity of the first user sent by the application server, and mark one of the video and audio recorders which does not have any user identity, has the charging capacity reaching a preset electric quantity threshold value and does not store any recorded data as the first video and audio recorder and recommend the first video and audio recorder to the first user. The preset electric quantity threshold value may be a value preset by a manager, or a value dynamically adjusted according to the electric quantity conditions of all video and audio recorders connected to the data acquisition terminal, and the like, and is not specifically limited herein. The state of the video and audio recorder comprises whether the video and audio recorder has the user identity and the charging capacity of the video and audio recorder, and whether the video and audio recorder stores the recorded data and the like.
Further, if there are a plurality of video/audio recorders meeting the standard that there is no user identification, the charging capacity reaches the preset capacity threshold, and no record is stored, the first user may be recommended the video/audio recorder with the smallest serial number, or the video/audio recorder with the largest serial number, or of course, other recommendation methods may be used, and no specific limitation is made here.
Furthermore, the data acquisition terminal can detect the states of all the video and audio recorders connected with the data acquisition terminal in real time, so that the data acquisition terminal can recommend a proper video and audio recorder to the user after receiving the identity of the first user sent by the application server. For example, the data acquisition terminal may also add all the video and audio recorder records meeting the first video and audio recorder condition to the recorder group to be used after detecting the states of all the video and audio recorders connected with the data acquisition terminal for the first time, mark one video and audio recorder as the first video and audio recorder in the recorder group to be used and recommend the first video and audio recorder to the first user after the data acquisition terminal receives the identity of the first user sent by the application server each time, and after no video and audio recorder is in the recorder group to be used, the data acquisition terminal may detect the states of all the video and audio recorders currently connected with the data acquisition terminal and add the video and audio recorders meeting the conditions to the recorder group to be used.
The data acquisition terminal recommends the first video and audio recorder to the first user, wherein before the data acquisition terminal sends the identity of the first user to the first video and audio recorder connected with the data acquisition terminal, the data acquisition terminal can also send the identity of the first user to the first video and audio recorder connected with the data acquisition terminal. After the identity of the first user is sent to the first video/audio recorder connected to the data acquisition terminal, step S303 may be executed.
Step S303, the application server obtains the device identification of the first video and audio recorder connected with the data acquisition terminal.
After the application server obtains the device identifier of the first video/audio recorder connected to the data acquisition terminal, step S304 may be executed.
Step S304, the application server records binding information between the first user and the first video/audio recorder based on the identity of the first user and the device identity of the first video/audio recorder.
Optionally, the binding information includes: and the moment when the identity of the first user and the equipment identity of the first video and audio recorder form association. The time when the association is formed may be the time when the application server acquires the device identifier of the first video/audio recorder. For example, if the application server acquires the device representation of the audio/video recorder numbered 001 at 9 o 'clock 6/18/2017, the user numbered 12345 is successfully associated with the audio/video recorder numbered 001 at 9 o' clock 9/18/2017. The time when the association is formed may also be a time when the first user and the first video/audio recorder are bound, where the bound time is, for example, a time when the identity of the first user is written into the first video/audio recorder, or may also be any time when the first user and the first video/audio recorder are bound until the first user takes the first video/audio recorder from the data acquisition terminal.
Further, after the application server records the binding information, the application server sends a message for representing that the association between the user and the video and audio is successful to the data acquisition terminal, so that the data acquisition terminal is disconnected from the first video and audio recorder, and the first user can take the first video and audio recorder away for use.
Furthermore, the data acquisition terminal can send out a prompt signal to remind the first user to take away the first video and audio recorder, and the prompt signal can be a sound signal, a character signal, a light signal or any combination of the sound signal, the character signal and the light signal.
Furthermore, if the user forcibly disconnects the video and audio recorder from the data acquisition terminal when the data acquisition terminal does not send a signal that the video and audio recorder can be taken away, the data acquisition terminal can send an alarm and send a message for representing that the video and audio recorder is forcibly disconnected to the control terminal through the wireless AP.
Optionally, a one-key alarm key is installed on the video-audio recorder, and when a first user encounters an emergency in the process of using the first video-audio recorder, the first user can select one-key alarm so that the first video-audio recorder can send a message to the application server. Taking the mining recorder as an example, the mining recorder is carried by a miner when the miner goes down the mine, and the miner only needs to press a one-key alarm key to enable the mining recorder to send a mine disaster occurrence message to the control terminal when a mine disaster occurs.
Optionally, if receiving the one-key alarm information sent by the first video-audio recorder, the application server sends the one-key alarm information to the control terminal and the video server, so that the first video-audio recorder can communicate with the control terminal through the video server, the recorded data being recorded in real time.
After receiving the one-key alarm information sent by the first video and audio recorder, the application server sends a message for representing that the first video and audio recorder carries out real-time data transmission request to the wireless AP, and after receiving the message, the wireless AP generates a WIFI signal to enable the first video and audio recorder to carry out real-time recorded data communication with the control terminal through the video server. When the first video and audio recorder sends real-time data, the video server stores the real-time data. The control terminal comprises a main control room terminal and a mobile control machine for managing the administrator of the first user, the mobile control machine can be a portable handset, and the control terminal can receive video and audio data and issue commands to a video and audio recorder. For example, after the police uses the one-key alarm function of the law enforcement recorder, a manager (for example, the higher level of the police) using the mobile control machine can check the status of the scene where the police is located and monitor the action of the police in real time.
Optionally, the one-key alarm information includes:
the device identification of the first video and audio recorder, the identity identification of the first user in the first video and audio recorder, the alarm time, the alarm geographic position and the request for representing the real-time data transmission requirement.
Please refer to fig. 4:
step S401, if the data acquisition terminal detects that a used second video and audio recorder with an identity tag of a second user is accessed into the data acquisition terminal, the data recorded in the second video and audio recorder is acquired.
Step S402, when the data acquisition terminal finishes the recorded data acquisition, the recorded data in the second video and audio recorder and the identity of the second user are deleted.
Step S403, the data acquisition terminal sends a message for indicating that the identity of the second user in the second video/audio recorder has been removed to the application server.
Step S404, if a message sent by the data acquisition terminal and used for representing that the data acquisition terminal has cleared the identity of a second user in a second video and audio recorder is received, recording the unbinding information of the second user and the second video and audio recorder.
The first user and the second user are the same user or different users, and the first video and audio recorder and the second video and audio recorder are the same video and audio recorder or different video and audio recorders.
Before step S401, the manner of association between the second user and the second video/audio recorder is the same as the manner of association between the first user and the first video/audio recorder, and is not described herein again.
