本发明公开了一种加热炉,包括加热炉体,所述加热炉体上下两端分别设置有进料口和出料口,所述进料口上具有过滤膜,所述加热炉体内设置有加热组件,所述加热组件包括设置在所述加热炉体炉壁上的加热层和设置在所述加热炉体内的加热器,所述加热器上具有温度控制器,所述加热炉体内还设置有第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条,所述第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条上分别设置有将物料能够均匀加热的第一、第二和第三搅拌件,所述第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条通过导向板与所述加热层连接。本发明的有益效果在于:加热充分,结构简单,操作方便。

本发明涉及加热技术领域,具体涉及一种加热炉。
背景技术
加热炉是将物料或工件加热的设备,按热源划分有燃料加热炉、电阻加热炉、感应加热炉、微波加热炉等。应用遍及石油、化工、冶金、机械、热处理、表面处理、建材、电子、材料、轻工、日化、制药等诸多行业领域。现有技术中的加热炉,结构复杂,造价高,加热效果差,不适合推广使用。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足和缺陷,提供一种加热炉,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种加热炉,其特征在于,包括加热炉体,所述加热炉体上下两端分别设置有进料口和出料口,所述进料口上具有过滤膜,所述加热炉体内设置有加热组件,所述加热组件包括设置在所述加热炉体炉壁上的加热层和设置在所述加热炉体内的加热器,所述加热器上具有温度控制器,所述加热炉体内还设置有第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条,所述第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条上分别设置有将物料均匀加热的第一、第二和第三搅拌件,所述第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条通过导向板与所述加热层连接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述加热炉体上设置有可观察内部操作的观察口。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述进料口和所述出料口上具有开关阀。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述加热组件与一控制器连接。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明的有益效果在于:加热充分,结构简单,操作方便。

参见图1所示的一种加热炉,包括加热炉体100,加热炉体100上下两端分别设置有进料口200和出料口300,进料口200上具有过滤膜210,加热炉体100内设置有加热组件400,加热组件400与一控制器1000连接。加热组件400包括设置在加热炉体100炉壁上的加热层410和设置在加热炉体100内的加热器420,加热器420上具有温度控制器430,加热炉体100内还设置有第一加热运输条510、第二加热运输条520和第三加热运输条530,第一加热运输条510、第二加热运输条520和第三加热运输条530上分别设置有将物料均匀加热的第一搅拌件510a、第二搅拌件520a和第三搅拌件530a,第一加热运输条510、第二加热运输条520和第三加热运输条530通过导向板600与加热层410连接。
加热炉体100上设置有可观察内部操作的观察口。观察口的设置方便操作人员能够实时操作。
进料口200和出料口300上具有开关阀200a、300a。开关阀200a、300a用以实现物料进入和排出的份量。
本发明的工作原理如下:当物料从进料口200进入,通过过滤膜210可过滤杂物,通过控制器1000驱动加热组件400工作,物料掉入第一加热运输条510,通过第一加热运输条510移动经过第一搅拌件510a可将物料均匀的加热,然后物料掉入第二加热运输条520,通过第二加热运输条520移动经过第二搅拌件520a可将物料均匀的加热,再然后物料掉入第三加热运输条530,通过第三加热运输条530移动经过第三搅拌件520a实现全方面的加热,最终通过出料口300排出。

1.一种加热炉,其特征在于,包括加热炉体,所述加热炉体上下两端分别设置有进料口和出料口,所述进料口上具有过滤膜,所述加热炉体内设置有加热组件,所述加热组件包括设置在所述加热炉体炉壁上的加热层和设置在所述加热炉体内的加热器,所述加热器上具有温度控制器,所述加热炉体内还设置有第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条,所述第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条上分别设置有将物料均匀加热的第一、第二和第三搅拌件,所述第一加热运输条、第二加热运输条和第三加热运输条通过导向板与所述加热层连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加热炉,其特征在于,所述加热炉体上设置有可观察内部操作的观察口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加热炉,其特征在于,所述进料口和所述出料口上具有开关阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加热炉,其特征在于,所述加热组件与一控制器连接。
