背景技术
盲道作为专门帮助盲人出行的无障碍设施,作为一个城市注重人文关怀的重要标志,也是社会无障碍设施是否健全的重要部分。目前盲道的铺设材料主要有各种材质的盲道砖及盲道片材,大多数城市铺设这两类材质的盲道使用结果证明,这两种材质均存在一定的缺陷。缺陷主要为盲道砖采取单独铺设的工艺,时间久了由于地基塌陷造成盲道高低不平,易造成安全事故。

本发明的目的在于提供一种现浇彩色连续盲道及其制作方法,能够解决上述问题中的至少一个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种现浇彩色连续盲道,包括甲组份和乙组份,甲组份和乙组份的质量比为1: 4~6;
甲组份按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组份:
水性环氧丙烯酸杂化乳液70~80份、丙二醇苯醚5~8份、水性脂肪胺交联剂10~15份和去离子水5~10份;
乙组份,按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组分:
硅酸盐水泥35~40份、石英砂55~60份、碳酸钙3~5份、颜料铁黄2~5份、抗裂纤维0.5~1份、甲基纤维素0.3~0.5份、早强剂0.1~0.3份和减水剂0.05~0.1份。
本发明的有益效果为:通过采用水性环氧丙烯酸杂化乳液与水性脂肪胺交联剂交联反应而成的一类弹性体,结合高强度硅酸盐水泥等成分,以水为分散介质,固化后的产物为有机无机杂化体,充分结合了有机材料高弹性及无机材料高强度,高耐压的优点,特别适合在潮湿天气环境下道路防滑及绿道快速施工,快速放行的需求,解决了油性胶黏剂在潮湿天气下无法施工的难题。

水性环氧丙烯酸杂化乳液70份、丙二醇苯醚5份、水性脂肪胺交联剂10份和去离子水5份;

石英砂:本品中主要作为增硬剂使用。提高胶黏剂的硬度及耐磨性能。
碳酸钙:本品中主要作为填充剂使用。降低胶黏剂的成本及提供一定的补强性能。
氧化铁黄:本品中主要作为着色剂使用。在实际使用过程中,可以根据实际的颜色要求进行更换,也可以为氧化铁红。
本发明中甲组份的制法:将水性环氧丙烯酸杂化乳液入反应釜,搅拌条件下缓慢滴加水性脂肪胺交联剂反应完毕后,即反应产物涂布至玻璃板上干燥后形成均一透明的涂膜则视为反应终止;然后,加入防冻剂丙二醇苯醚,再加入去离子水调节粘度至涂-4杯30~45秒,搅拌均匀后降温装桶备用。
乙组份的制法:将各组份依次投入搅拌罐中混合均匀装袋备用。

S2、摆放盲道模具;在摆放盲道模具时,需对边缘进行贴边带,防止施工过程中,施工材料影响周边路面;即可以直接在现有的路面上进行铺设,彻底解决了传统盲道砖摊铺需要预留位置,导致道路需要二次摊铺造成的人工及材料的浪费,施工速度慢,大大降低了道路及盲道施工的成本及施工周期。
S3、将甲组份和乙组份按照比例混合后,表面干燥后放入上述盲道模具内,压平;
S4、待步骤S3干燥后,对其表面进行涂覆密封剂。
步骤S3中的甲组份和乙组份按照质量比为1: 4~6放入搅拌机中,另再加入0.1~0.2重量份的水,进行充分搅拌混合均匀,另加入,搅拌时间为60~90S。
步骤S4中的密封剂为硅氟密封剂,涂覆方式为喷涂或滚涂。
在实际盲道铺设过程中,施工时的温度为10~35℃,在低于5℃时,聚合物固化反应速度将迅速降低甚至不进行化学反应或只进行了部分不完全反应,这将导致由其铺设的彩色路面路用性能不达标,因此其施工的环境温度不得低于5℃。同时,对施工环境的湿度要求较溶剂性材料宽松,但当空气的相对湿度处于饱和状态即100%时,铺设材料内部水分无法挥发从而导致不固化或干燥固化异常缓慢,所以施工环境湿度在50%~90%之间,高于这一湿度,尤其在温度低于10℃时,可能出现表面硬度降低、发白、失光、发黏和回黏等现象。
该现浇彩色连续盲道的制作方法得到的现浇彩色连续盲道材料的表面干燥时间为6 小时,完全干燥需18 个小时,表面密封剂的表面时间为1 小时。该现浇彩色连续盲道抗冻效果好,抗冻性检测符合JC/T984-2011的检测标准,符合该标准中无开裂、剥落的要求;同时其拉伸粘接强度大,在冻融循环后[(-15±2)℃2h,(20±2)℃水中2h,循环20次]后的拉伸粘接强度为2.1MPa。
实施例2
该实施例与实施例1基本相同,性能与实施例1相同,其区别在于:该实施例中的一种现浇彩色连续盲道,甲组份按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组份:
水性环氧丙烯酸杂化乳液80份、丙二醇苯醚8份、水性脂肪胺交联剂15份和去离子水10份;
乙组份,按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组分:
硅酸盐水泥40份、石英砂60份、碳酸钙5份、颜料铁黄5份、抗裂纤维1份、甲基纤维素0.5份、早强剂0.3份和减水剂0.1份。
实施例3
该实施例与实施例1基本相同,性能与实施例1相同,其区别在于:该实施例中的一种现浇彩色连续盲道,甲组份按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组份:
水性环氧丙烯酸杂化乳液75份、丙二醇苯醚7份、水性脂肪胺交联剂12份和去离子水8份;
乙组份,按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组分:
硅酸盐水泥38份、石英砂58份、碳酸钙4份、颜料铁黄3份、抗裂纤维0.8份、甲基纤维素0.4份、早强剂0.2份和减水剂0.08份。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种现浇彩色连续盲道,其特征在于,包括甲组份和乙组份,甲组份和乙组份的质量比为1: 4~6;
甲组份按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组份:
水性环氧丙烯酸杂化乳液70~80份、丙二醇苯醚5~8份、水性脂肪胺交联剂10~15份和去离子水5~10份;
所述乙组份,按照重量份数计,其原料组成包括以下组分:
硅酸盐水泥35~40份、石英砂55~60份、碳酸钙3~5份、颜料铁黄2~5份、抗裂纤维0.5~1份、甲基纤维素0.3~0.5份、早强剂0.1~0.3份和减水剂0.05~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种现浇彩色连续盲道,其特征在于,所述硅酸盐水泥为425#硅酸盐水泥。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的现浇彩色连续盲道的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、基层处理;
S2、摆放盲道模具;
S3、将甲组份和乙组份按照比例混合后,表面干燥后放入上述盲道模具内,压平;
S4、待步骤S3干燥后,对其表面进行涂覆密封剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的现浇彩色连续盲道的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中的密封剂为硅氟密封剂,涂覆方式为喷涂或滚涂。
