The working principle is as follows:
1. bag opening process: the bag opening driving motor rotates positively to drive the main belt pulley to rotate, the plurality of secondary belt pulleys are driven to rotate through the rotating belt, the plurality of pull ropes generate pulling force by utilizing the rotation of the rotating belt, the movable ends of the plurality of elastic clamping portions are further pulled, the plurality of elastic clamping portions are opened, a feed inlet of an empty woven bag is manually placed at the lower ends of the plurality of elastic clamping portions, then the bag opening driving motor rotates reversely, the rotating belt rotates reversely, the plurality of pull ropes return to an initial unstressed state, and the plurality of elastic clamping portions lose external pulling force and are automatically closed, so that the clamping and fixing process of the empty woven bag is realized;
2. and (3) loading operation: after the empty woven bags are clamped and fixed by the automatic bag opening device, the bagging machine carries out loading operation on the empty woven bags (empty material bags);
3. and (3) compacting, sealing and discharging: when a certain amount of materials are filled into the material bag, a tap lifting cylinder in the supporting tap device works to drive the tap bag supporting plate to intermittently move up and down, so that the tap process of the material bag is realized; along with the materials continuously loaded into the material bag, the pushing power unit works to drive the bag holding device to horizontally move leftwards to the position of the supporting compaction device along the lower sliding track, then the opening and closing power part in the bag holding device works to drive the opening and closing arm to drive the bag holding clamping part to rotate, so that bag holding operation is carried out on the middle of the material bag, after the bag filling device fills the material bag with a set amount, the bag filling device stops working, the material bag is not filled into the material bag, meanwhile, the supporting compaction device does not vibrate, the sealing part clamps a feed inlet of the material bag, then the pushing power unit works to drive the bag holding device to move rightwards to a set position along the lower sliding track, the sealing part finishes the hot-pressing sealing process of the material bag, the sealed material bag is positioned at the rightmost side of the sealing machine, and finally the sealed material bag is manually taken down; thereby completing the processes of charging, sealing and discharging the material bag.

The automatic material bag charging and sealing integrated device according to claim 4, wherein the bag holding device comprises a movable frame, an opening and closing power part, opening and closing arms, bag holding support cross bars, bag holding reinforcing cross bars, and bag holding clamping parts, the front guide bar and the rear guide bar respectively penetrate through the front part and the rear part of the movable frame, the fixed end of the opening and closing power part is mounted at the lower part of the movable frame, the two movable ends of the opening and closing power part are respectively hinged with the lower parts of the two front and rear symmetrical opening and closing arms, the middle parts of the two opening and closing arms are respectively sleeved outside the front guide bar and the rear guide bar, the upper parts of the two opening and closing arms are respectively rotatably connected with one end of the two groups of bag holding support cross bars, the bag holding reinforcing cross bars are fixedly mounted at the upper parts of the group of bag holding support cross bars through bolts, the two front and rear symmetrical bag clamping parts are correspondingly sleeved on the left sides of the two bag holding, the two sealing parts which are symmetrically arranged in front and back are correspondingly sleeved on the right sides of the two bag holding reinforcing cross rods; the opening and closing power part works to drive the two opening and closing arms to open or close, then the bag holding clamping part positioned on the upper part of the bag holding reinforcing cross rod is driven to open or close so as to realize bag loosening or bag holding operation on the filled material bag, and the two sealing parts positioned on the upper part of the bag holding reinforcing cross rod are also opened or closed along with the bag holding clamping part so as to realize opening or clamping operation on the filled material bag.

The automatic material bag charging and sealing integrated equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the opening and closing power part comprises a cylinder base, an opening and closing power cylinder, a first connecting rod head, a connecting rod swinging support, a swinging connecting rod, a first pull rod and a second pull rod, wherein the fixed end of the opening and closing power cylinder is hinged with the lower end of the cylinder base fixed below the movable frame body, and the working end of the opening and closing power cylinder is hinged with the lower end of the opening and closing arm at the front side through the first connecting rod head; the center of the swing connecting rod is connected with the lower shaft of a connecting rod swing support fixed below the movable frame body through a horizontal rotating shaft, one end of the swing connecting rod is hinged with one end of a first connecting rod through a second connecting rod head, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the lower part of the opening and closing arm on the front side; the other end of the swing connecting rod is hinged with one end of a second connecting rod through a third connecting rod head, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the lower part of the opening and closing arm at the rear side; the opening and closing power cylinder works to drive the opening and closing arm on the front side to rotate, and then the opening and closing arm on the rear side is driven to rotate through the transmission of the first connecting rod, the swinging connecting rod and the second connecting rod, so that the opening and closing of the two opening and closing arms are realized.

The automatic material bag charging and sealing integrated device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a positioning guide wheel assembly is respectively sleeved on the left side of the opening and closing arm of the front guide rod and the right side of the movable frame body, the positioning guide wheel assembly comprises a cuboid, an upper guide wheel member and a lower guide wheel member, the cuboid is surrounded by an upper dust guard, a lower dust guard, a protective cover pressing plate and a connecting seat plate, the upper guide wheel member and the lower guide wheel member are vertically symmetrical and are rotatably mounted on the upper portion and the lower portion of the protective cover pressing plate through rotating rods, and the outer wall of the front guide rod is slidably connected with the V-shaped grooves on the lower portion of the upper guide wheel member and the upper portion of the lower guide wheel member.
