Description

Multilayer high-barrier plastic uptake box and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a multilayer blister material, in particular to a multilayer high-barrier blister box and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people have higher and higher requirements on various packaging materials, for example, the packaging materials of food need to have high barrier property, oxygen barrier property and moisture barrier property so as to prolong the shelf life of the food. In order to meet the requirements, people continuously research various polymer material barrier technologies. The conventional barrier film is aluminum, which not only provides a high barrier. And low cost, and can dry compound polymer matrix with high barrier polymer multilayer 13 ]. High barrier materials include PVDC, EVOH, PVAL, PA6, and the like.
The composite barrier modification of plastics is the most effective barrier modification method. For example: the EVOH sandwich layer can be sandwiched between two layers of nylon films, the two resins are polar resins, and can be mutually bonded without an adhesive layer in the middle, so that the cost is greatly reduced. Moreover, the EVOH layer is positioned in the middle of the nylon and can not contact grease and volatile oil. The EVOH core layer can not be damaged by thermal forming processing, thereby ensuring the barrier effect. If the compatibility between the two is poor, a proper adhesive resin needs to be added. At present, the number of composite layers is developed to nine or even ten layers, the development speed is very high, and the composite film is applied to packaging films and hollow containers.
