In the embodiment of the invention, a double-valve control mode is adopted, the pressure limiting valve group comprises an inner valve and an outer valve, the lining mechanism comprises a permanent magnet and a driving motor, the driving motor is used for controlling the permanent magnet to lift the outer valve, the inner valve acts on the exhaust pipe according to gravity and heats food in the cooking utensil according to preset power, so that the pressure in the cooking utensil is larger than the pressure limiting value of the inner valve, the lifting of the inner valve is controlled, the exhaust pipe is controlled to continuously exhaust, and the exhaust pipe is continuously heated under constant pressure, thereby achieving the aim of exhausting peculiar smell emitted in the food heating process under the condition of low-pressure heating, further realizing the technical effect of eliminating the peculiar smell of the food, and further solving the technical problem that the pressure cooker in the prior art cannot solve the problem of removing the peculiar smell of the food.
Optionally, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a pressure limiting valve set in a deodorizing control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 5, the pressure limiting valve set further includes: the valve seat 46 and the permanent magnet, the inner valve 41 is embedded in the outer valve 42, and the inner valve 41 and the outer valve 42 are arranged on the valve seat 46; the permanent magnet is arranged on the top of the outer surface of the outer valve 42, so that the effect of controlling the outer valve to be lifted or put down is achieved.
It should be noted that, according to the process requirement, the permanent magnet may not be disposed on the outer valve 42, and the permanent magnet disposed on the outer valve 42 may ensure more effective control of lifting or lowering of the outer valve, so the present application will be described with reference to an example in which the permanent magnet is disposed on the outer valve 42 as an optimal example, and the deodorizing control device provided in the present application is not limited specifically.
Further, optionally, the pressure limiting valve set is disposed on the inner pot cover set.
Optionally, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an inner lining mechanism in a deodorizing control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the inner lining mechanism further includes: a limit post 48, a lever 49 and a fastener 50, wherein the limit post 48 is positioned on the lining mechanism seat and is used for controlling the permanent magnet 43 to move to the position of the outer valve 42 and the reset position; the permanent magnet 43 is connected with the driving motor 44 through a lever 49, and the driving motor 44 controls the permanent magnet 43 to move through the driving lever 49; the fastening piece 50 is used for fixing the lever 49 on the driving motor 44, so that the permanent magnet 43 is controlled by the driving mechanism consisting of the limit post 48, the lever 49 and the fastening piece 50 to accurately control the outer valve 42 to be put down or lifted.
Further, optionally, the driving motor 44 includes: a stepper motor.
Optionally, the fastener 50 includes: a reinforcement sheet set, wherein the reinforcement sheet set comprises: bolts, nuts or fixing plates.
Further, optionally, the fixing piece is internally provided with threads, and the threads are matched with the bolts.

Claims (11)
1. A control method for deodorizing, characterized by being applied to a cooking appliance, comprising:
under the condition that the pressure limiting valve group comprises an inner valve and an outer valve, the outer valve is controlled to be lifted, and the inner valve acts on the exhaust pipe;
heating food in the cooking utensil according to preset power, so that the pressure in the cooking utensil is larger than the pressure limiting value of the inner valve, controlling the inner valve to lift, controlling the exhaust pipe to continuously exhaust, and continuously heating at constant pressure;
wherein prior to said controlling said outer valve to lift, said method further comprises:
receiving an odor-removing cooking instruction;
starting a driving motor according to the peculiar smell removing cooking instruction, and controlling the permanent magnet group to control the outer valve through the driving motor;
wherein, heating the food in the cooking appliance according to the preset power includes:
heating food in the cooking appliance according to the first preset power under the condition that the preset power comprises the first preset power and the second preset power, and the second preset power is smaller than the first preset power, and heating the food according to the second preset power when the first preset pressure is reached;
wherein said heating said food according to said second preset power comprises:
heating the food for a preset time according to the second preset power;
wherein after said controlling said exhaust pipe to continue to exhaust and to continue to heat at a constant pressure, said method further comprises:
when the heating time reaches the preset time, the permanent magnet group is controlled by the driving motor to control the outer valve to be put down, and the outer valve and the inner valve act on the exhaust pipe together;
heating the food according to a third preset power, wherein the third preset power is smaller than the first preset power, and the third preset power is larger than the second preset power.
2. A deodorizing control device, characterized by being applied to a cooking appliance, comprising:
the control module is used for controlling the outer valve to lift under the condition that the pressure limiting valve group comprises an inner valve and an outer valve, and the inner valve acts on the exhaust pipe;
the heating module is used for heating food in the cooking appliance according to preset power, so that the pressure in the cooking appliance is larger than the pressure limiting value of the inner valve, the inner valve is controlled to lift, the exhaust pipe is controlled to continuously exhaust, and the heating is continuously carried out under constant pressure;
the control module is also used for receiving an odor-removing cooking instruction before controlling the outer valve to lift; starting a driving motor according to the peculiar smell removing cooking instruction, and controlling the permanent magnet group to control the outer valve through the driving motor;
wherein, preset power includes first preset power and second preset power, the heating module includes:
the heating sub-module is used for heating food in the cooking utensil according to the first preset power under the condition that the second preset power is smaller than the first preset power, and heating the food according to the second preset power when the first preset pressure is reached;
wherein said heating said food according to said second preset power comprises:
heating the food for a preset time according to the second preset power;
wherein after said controlling said exhaust pipe to continue exhausting and to continue heating at a constant pressure, further comprising:
when the heating time reaches the preset time, the permanent magnet group is controlled by the driving motor to control the outer valve to be put down, and the outer valve and the inner valve act on the exhaust pipe together;
heating the food according to a third preset power, wherein the third preset power is smaller than the first preset power, and the third preset power is larger than the second preset power.
3. A deodorizing control device, characterized by being applied to a cooking appliance, comprising:
a pressure limiting valve group and a lining mechanism;
the inner lining mechanism comprises a permanent magnet and a driving motor, the driving motor controls the permanent magnet to lift the outer valve, the inner valve acts on the exhaust pipe according to gravity and heats food in the cooking utensil according to preset power, so that the pressure in the cooking utensil is larger than the pressure limit value of the inner valve, the inner valve is controlled to lift, the exhaust pipe is controlled to continuously exhaust, and the food is continuously heated under constant pressure;
wherein the lining mechanism is also used for receiving an odor removal cooking instruction before controlling the lifting of the outer valve; starting a driving motor according to the peculiar smell removing cooking instruction, and controlling the permanent magnet group to control the outer valve through the driving motor;
the inner valve is further used for heating food in the cooking appliance according to the first preset power when the preset power comprises the first preset power and the second preset power, and the second preset power is smaller than the first preset power, and heating the food according to the second preset power when the first preset pressure is reached;
wherein said heating said food according to said second preset power comprises:
heating the food for a preset time according to the second preset power;
wherein after said controlling said exhaust pipe to continue exhausting and to continue heating at a constant pressure, further comprising:
when the heating time reaches the preset time, the permanent magnet group is controlled by the driving motor to control the outer valve to be put down, and the outer valve and the inner valve act on the exhaust pipe together;
heating the food according to a third preset power, wherein the third preset power is smaller than the first preset power, and the third preset power is larger than the second preset power.
4. A deodorizing control as set forth in claim 3, wherein said pressure limiting valve set further comprises: the inner valve is embedded in the outer valve, and the inner valve and the outer valve are both arranged on the valve seat; the permanent magnet is arranged at the top of the outer surface of the outer valve.
5. The odor removal control device as defined in claim 4, wherein said pressure limiting valve assembly is disposed within said inner pot cover assembly.
6. A deodorizing control device as set forth in claim 3, wherein said lining means further comprises: a limit post, a lever and a fastener,
the limiting column is positioned on the lining mechanism seat and used for controlling the permanent magnet to move to the position of the outer valve and the reset position;
the permanent magnet is connected with the driving motor through a lever, and the driving motor controls the permanent magnet to move through driving the lever;
the fastener is used for fixing the lever on the driving motor.
7. The odor removal control device of claim 6, wherein said drive motor comprises: a stepper motor.
8. The odor removal control device of claim 6, wherein said fastener comprises: a reinforcement sheet set, wherein the reinforcement sheet set comprises: bolts, nuts or fixing plates.
9. The odor removal control device as defined in claim 8, wherein said anchor tab has threads therein, said threads being configured to mate with said bolt.
10. A cooking appliance, comprising: a deodorizing control device, wherein the deodorizing control device comprises the deodorizing control device according to any one of claims 3 to 9.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the cooking appliance comprises: an electric pressure cooker.
