Abstract

本发明公开了一种青蒿杀虫剂及其制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)备料:将青蒿粉加入水中混合调制,过滤取汁液得青蒿母液;取朝天椒、马桑叶、皂角刺、刺槐叶、松针,加水熬制,过滤取汁液得植物混合母液;(2)混合:将青蒿母液与植物混合母液混合搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;(3)调制:用酒精调制混合溶液,即得青蒿杀虫剂。本发明在不影响人健康食用的情况下,可以对植物害虫进行有效的防治。

一种青蒿杀虫剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种青蒿杀虫剂及其制备方法,属于植物杀虫剂技术领域。
背景技术
杀虫剂,主要用于防治农业害虫和城市卫生害虫的药品。随着农业的快速发展,杀虫剂令农业产量大幅提升。但是,几乎所有杀虫剂都会严重地改变生态系统,大部分还对人体有害。目前在防治植物害虫,如蚜虫、蜗牛、瓢虫时,常采用高浓度的农药进行喷沙,虽然防治效果很好,但是蔬菜中残留的农药成分较高,容易对人体造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种青蒿退枯剂及其制备方法,在不影响人健康食用的情况下,可以对植物害虫进行有效的防治,以解决现有技术存在的不足。
本发明的技术方案是:一种青蒿杀虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料
将青蒿粉加入水中混合调制,过滤取汁液得青蒿母液;
取朝天椒、马桑叶、皂角刺、刺槐叶、松针,加水熬制,过滤取汁液得植物混合母液;
(2)混合
将青蒿母液与植物混合母液混合搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(3)调制
用酒精调制混合溶液,即得青蒿杀虫剂。
优选地,所述青蒿母液是由4~8份青蒿粉加入到15~25份水中混合调制得到;所述植物混合母液是由2~5份朝天椒、4~6份马桑叶、1~5份皂角刺、2~5份刺槐叶、3~6份松针,加入到20~30份的水中熬制得到;所述酒精的添加量是1~5份。
优选地,所述酒精选用75°酒精。
第二方面,本发明还提供一种由上述制备方法制取得到的青蒿杀虫剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将青蒿和多种植物辅料合成制作的杀虫剂,无辛辣刺鼻气味,溶液的粘附作用很强,有较强的渗透能力,对生长于土地中的各种植物无任何伤害,但能抑制植物中寄生虫卵的繁殖,对蚜虫、蜗牛、瓢虫等植物虫害的灭杀效果较好,同时还不会影响到人的健康食用。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
实施例1
一种青蒿杀虫剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)备料
取4份青蒿粉加入15份水中混合调制4小时,过滤取汁液得青蒿母液;
取2份朝天椒、4份马桑叶、5份皂角刺、2份刺槐叶、3份松针,加入到20份的水中熬制沸点,冷却,过滤取汁液得植物混合母液;
(2)混合
将前述青蒿母液与植物混合母液混合搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(3)调制
将1份的75°酒精加入到混合溶液中调制,即得青蒿杀虫剂。
实施例2
一种青蒿杀虫剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)备料
取8份青蒿粉加入25份水中混合调制4小时,过滤取汁液得青蒿母液;
取5份朝天椒、6份马桑叶、1份皂角刺、5份刺槐叶、6份松针,加入到30份的水中熬制沸点,冷却,过滤取汁液得植物混合母液;
(2)混合
将前述青蒿母液与植物混合母液混合搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(3)调制
将5份的75°酒精加入到混合溶液中调制,即得青蒿杀虫剂。
实施例3
一种青蒿杀虫剂,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)备料
取6份青蒿粉加入20份水中混合调制4小时,过滤取汁液得青蒿母液;
取3份朝天椒、5份马桑叶、3份皂角刺、4份刺槐叶、4份松针,加入到25份的水中熬制沸点,冷却,过滤取汁液得植物混合母液;
(2)混合
将前述青蒿母液与植物混合母液混合搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(3)调制
将3份的75°酒精加入到混合溶液中调制,即得青蒿杀虫剂。
实施例4
将上述实施例1~3制备的青蒿杀虫剂进行动物毒性试验:取小白鼠75只,雌雄皆可,体重18~22g,随机分为五组,每组15只,第一至四组分别急性经口服实施例1~3制备的青蒿杀虫剂800mg/kg,第五组分别急性经口服市售杀虫剂(杀虫双)350mg/kg。观察一周内小鼠的死亡情况,以此评价本发明所述青蒿杀虫剂对小白鼠的毒性,结果得出,本发明实施例1~3制备的青蒿杀虫剂对小白鼠仅表现出低毒反应,没有小鼠死亡。而市售杀虫剂对小白鼠出现高毒反应,15只小白鼠全部死亡。
由该实施例可知,本发明青蒿杀虫剂对人畜毒副作用小,可以安全使用。
实施例5
将上述实施例1~3制备的青蒿杀虫剂进行杀虫试验,具体方法为:对已出现蚜虫、蜗牛虫害等的蔬菜地每月喷施3次本发明青蒿杀虫剂,每次喷施量为18kg/亩,每隔一周进行。以不喷洒任何防虫杀虫剂的蔬菜地为参照,评价本发明青蒿杀虫剂对蔬菜虫害的防治效力,其结果如表1所示。

其中防治效力的评价方法为:在连续喷施两个月后,随机选取100棵蔬菜(小白菜),观察100棵蔬菜(小白菜)上的蚜虫、蜗牛等蔬菜虫的总量。防治效力的计算公式为:防治效力=(不喷药蔬菜地的虫总数量-喷药蔬菜地的虫总数量)÷不喷药蔬菜地的虫总数量×100%。
由实施例5可知,本发明青蒿杀虫剂对蔬菜种植中出现蚜虫、蜗牛虫害等有较好的防治效果。本发明将青蒿和多种植物辅料合成制作的杀虫剂,无辛辣刺鼻气味,溶液的粘附作用很强,有较强的渗透能力,对生长于土地中的各种植物无任何伤害,但能抑制植物中寄生虫卵的繁殖,对蚜虫、蜗牛、瓢虫等植物虫害的灭杀效果较好,同时还不会影响到人的健康食用。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种青蒿杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料
将青蒿粉加入水中混合调制,过滤取汁液得青蒿母液;
取朝天椒、马桑叶、皂角刺、刺槐叶、松针,加水熬制,过滤取汁液得植物混合母液;
(2)混合
将青蒿母液与植物混合母液混合搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(3)调制
用酒精调制混合溶液,即得青蒿杀虫剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的青蒿杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述青蒿母液是由4~8份青蒿粉加入到15~25份水中混合调制得到;所述植物混合母液是由2~5份朝天椒、4~6份马桑叶、1~5份皂角刺、2~5份刺槐叶、3~6份松针,加入到20~30份的水中熬制得到;所述酒精的添加量是1~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的青蒿杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酒精选用75°酒精。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述制备方法制取得到的青蒿杀虫剂。
