Abstract

The invention relates to an in-film injection gear display device which is arranged on an auxiliary instrument panel; comprises a hardening film, a light display sheet, a circuit board and a light box body; after the hardened film and the light display piece are molded together, the hardened film and the light display piece are arranged in the light box body in an integral injection molding mode; the circuit board and the light display piece are arranged in the light box body; and a light guide plate is arranged between the circuit board and the light display sheet. The invention takes the hardening film as an insert, and the hardening film is put into a mould for injection molding, and the hardening film is clung to the back of the light display piece and forms a whole with the light display piece. Then the whole of the hardened film and the light display piece is used as an insert and placed into a mold for secondary injection molding, and the light box assembly is formed by the hardened film and the light display piece and the light box body. The injection molding process is adopted, no gap exists, and damage to the circuit board caused by infiltration of beverage and rainwater can be effectively prevented. The invention adopts the LED lamp and the light guide plate, and the light uniformly lights the light display sheet through the light guide plate, thereby having simple structure and low cost.

Background
With the growth of the automobile industry and the increasing requirements of Chinese people on automobile interior trim and environment, the traditional plastic surface treatment technology can not meet the requirements of users gradually, and IMD (in-mold decoration) film injection molding is carried out in such an environment and is gradually growing.
On the current automobile gear shifting mechanism, the PRND appearance shows that what adopted basically is radium carving after the plastics surface sprays paint, or surface ink printing, and these two kinds of modes are relative IMD technology, and efficiency is lower, and the quality stability is also relatively poor, and also do not be favorable to some high temperature subsequent processing, say twice injection moulding again, and current appearance treatment mode does not have the solution of this problem, and IMD technology can accomplish.
The existing gear display mechanism comprises a gear panel, a gear display piece, a PCB and 4 LED lamps arranged on the PCB; when the LED lamp works, 4 LED lamps are required to work simultaneously to light the whole gear display piece (P, R, N, D).
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, a primary object of the present invention is to provide an in-mold injection gear display device, which employs an injection molding process, has no gap, can effectively prevent damage to a circuit board caused by infiltration of beverages and rainwater, and has a simple structure and low cost, and a light display sheet is uniformly illuminated by light through a light guide plate.

One end of the light guide plate 304 extends outwards to form a bending part 50, the thickness of the bending part 50 is larger than that of the light guide plate 304, the outer surface of the bending part is an arc surface, and the bottom surface 52 of the bending part 50 is a horizontal plane; an LED lamp 307 is arranged right below the bottom surface 52 of the bending part, the LED lamp 307 is arranged on the PCB306, and the radius of the bending part is 3-5 m; the light guide plate and the bending part are of an integrated structure.
The light box body 3 is provided with a positioning hole 301 and a bolt mounting hole 302, the positioning hole 301 and the bolt mounting hole 302 are matched with a hole on the auxiliary instrument board for use, and the light box body 3 is mounted on the auxiliary instrument board by adopting a bolt.
The light box body 3 is matched with the sealing cover 4, and the single-sided adhesive tape 303, the light guide plate 304, the support 305 and the circuit board 306 are arranged in the light box body 3; when mounting, the single-sided tape 303, the light guide plate 304, the holder 305, and the circuit board 306 are sequentially mounted from the light display sheet 2 to the sealing cover 4.
The thickness range of the hardening film is 0.25-0.30 mm; the thickness range of the light display piece is as follows: 2.4-2.8 mm; the thickness of the light guide plate is 2.0-3.0 mm.
In a specific implementation, the hardened film is generally selected to be a hardened film of a PC material.
In a specific implementation process, the light display sheet is made of an acrylic material.
The light box body is matched with a sealing cover, and a single-sided adhesive tape, a light guide plate, a support and a circuit board are arranged in the light box body; when the LED lamp is installed, the single-sided adhesive tape, the light guide plate, the support and the circuit board are sequentially installed from the light display sheet to the sealing cover.
The light guide plate and the bending part are made of a transparent PC material. White reflective paper (not shown) is disposed on the bottom and side surfaces of the light guide plate.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram after the assembly of the present invention is completed. The surface of the hardening film is printed with PRNDM symbols by adopting a printing process, and then the printing is hardened by adopting special glue, so that the printing is prevented from being damaged in the subsequent processing process. And placing the hardened film as an insert into a mold for injection molding to form the lamplight display piece, wherein the hardened film is tightly attached to the back of the lamplight display piece and forms a whole with the lamplight display piece. And then the light display piece is used as an insert and placed in a mould for secondary injection molding, and the light display piece and the light box body form a light box assembly.
The thickness of the hardened film in the invention is 0.25-0.30mm, preferably 0.30 mm; the thickness range of the light display piece is as follows: 2.4-2.8 mm; preferably 2.5 mm.
The hardened film in the invention is selected from a hardened film made of a PC material, and the light display sheet 2 in the invention is a light display sheet made of an acrylic material.
The injection molding process comprises the following steps:
1. and (3) placing the hardened film and the printed characters downwards into a mold, closing the mold, injecting an acrylic material into the mold cavity, maintaining the pressure for 15 seconds, and performing injection molding to form the display piece.
2. And (3) cutting off the gate of the display piece just after injection molding by using hot shearing to prevent the gate from being cut after the display piece is cooled to cause cracking of the intersection surface.
3. And (3) placing the display piece into a light box mold, enabling the font to face downwards, closing the mold, injecting a PC material into the mold, maintaining the pressure for 25 seconds, and performing injection molding to form a light box assembly.
In some places with higher requirements on waterproof performance, 2-time injection molding is needed, and only plastic parts processed by the IMD (in-mold decoration) film injection molding process can bear the high temperature of 2-time injection molding. The problems that the traditional spray painting laser carving and printing quality are unstable and lamplight display is not uniform are also greatly improved by IMD (in-mold decoration) intramembrane injection molding.
And placing the hardened film as an insert into a mold for injection molding, wherein the hardened film is tightly attached to the back of the light display piece and forms a whole with the light display piece. Then the whole of the hardened film and the light display piece is used as an insert and placed into a mold for secondary injection molding, and the light box assembly is formed by the hardened film and the light display piece and the light box body.
