Abstract
The invention discloses an oil sludge and biomass blending treatment system which comprises a feeding module, an oil sludge treatment module, a solvent circulation module, a particle forming module and a control module, wherein the feeding module is used for feeding oil sludge; the feeding module is used for loading biomass material and mixing the biomass material with oil sludge; the oil sludge treatment module is used for dissolving oil sludge so as to dilute the oil sludge; the solvent circulation module is used for recovering a solvent used in the oil sludge treatment process; the particle forming module is used for carrying out hot press forming on a mixture consisting of oil sludge and biomass materials; and the control module is used for monitoring and controlling materials in the feeding module and the oil sludge treatment module. The invention integrates oil sludge treatment, biomass material utilization, solvent recycling and automatic control into a whole, and realizes harmless treatment of the oil sludge and the biomass material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil sludge treatment system, in particular to an oil sludge and biomass mixing treatment system.
Background
According to the emission condition of greenhouse gases in China and related development plans formulated by various levels of governments in China, the utilization of biomass energy becomes one of the main ways of utilizing clean energy. Although biomass can realize zero emission of carbon dioxide, biomass has low energy density, low distribution density and high transportation cost, and the problems are mainly solved by developing formed particles at present. The formed particles are particles formed by pressing powdery materials into a certain shape under certain temperature and pressure conditions. However, because the biomass powder has low viscosity, large particles are not easy to form, the internal structure is loose, and the particles are fragile in the transportation and transfer processes.
On the other hand, a large amount of oil sludge is generated in the processes of oil development, production and processing. According to the national dangerous waste record, the oil sludge is classified as dangerous waste, and generally contains certain crude oil, benzene series and phenolic substances and has toxicity. At present, China mainly adopts direct landfill, solvent extraction, biodegradation or pyrolysis treatment on oil sludge. The direct landfill oil sludge occupies a large amount of cultivated land and pollutes soil, and the generated toxic and harmful substances can cause animal and human health to be threatened along with the enrichment effect of plants; the solvent extraction method can directly extract organic matters such as crude oil and the like in the oil sludge by utilizing a similar phase fusion principle, but the method has more complex general process and higher cost; the biodegradation method is to degrade hydrocarbon substances in oil sludge by using special microorganisms and finally convert the hydrocarbon substances into inorganic substances, and the method has good development prospect, but needs to find ideal microorganisms; the oil sludge pyrolysis treatment process consumes a large amount of energy, and the treatment process is complex and needs large-scale equipment such as a pyrolysis furnace and the like.
The oil sludge has stronger viscosity and can be used as a binder in biomass compression molding to realize low-energy-consumption molding of biomass powder; but also because of the strong viscosity, the oil sludge is not easy to be mixed with the biomass uniformly.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the existing oil sludge and biomass powder are difficult to be uniformly mixed, the invention aims to provide a mixing treatment system for oil sludge and biomass, which can realize uniform mixing of the oil sludge and the biomass powder.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a system for blending and treating oil sludge and biomass comprises a feeding module, an oil sludge treatment module, a solvent circulation module, a particle forming module and a control module; the feeding module is used for loading biomass material and mixing the biomass material with oil sludge; the oil sludge treatment module is used for dissolving oil sludge so as to dilute the oil sludge; the solvent circulation module is used for recovering a solvent used in the oil sludge treatment process; the particle forming module is used for carrying out hot press forming on a mixture consisting of oil sludge and biomass materials; and the control module is used for monitoring and controlling materials in the feeding module and the oil sludge treatment module.
The feeding module comprises a biomass funnel 1, a conveyor belt 2 and a first stirring bin 3, wherein the biomass funnel 1 conveys biomass materials into the first stirring bin 3 through the conveyor belt 2, and the biomass materials are at least one of straws, sawdust, bagasse, rice chaff, cotton stalks and corn stalks.
The fatlute processing module includes solvent storehouse 5, fatlute storehouse 6, second stirring storehouse 7, and fatlute storehouse 6 links to each other with second stirring storehouse 7 through the pipeline, and solvent storehouse 5 links to each other with second stirring storehouse 7 through the pipeline, and the solvent in the solvent storehouse 5 is one of dichloromethane, petroleum ether, carbon tetrachloride.
Solvent circulation module includes circulating pump 4, condenser 8, heated warehouses 9, and heated warehouses 9 passes through the pipeline and links to each other with condenser 8, and circulating pump 4 is located the pipeline between heated warehouses 9 and condenser 8, heated warehouses 9 is the sealed storehouse.
The pellet forming module includes a pellet former 10.
The control module comprises a flowmeter I11, a mass sensor I12, a flowmeter II 13, a mass sensor II 14 and a controller 15, the controller 15 collects flow signals of the flowmeter I11 and the flowmeter II 13 through signal lines, the controller 15 collects mass signals of the mass sensor I12 and the mass sensor II 14 through signal lines, and the controller 15 is a PLC (programmable logic controller) or an embedded controller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the solvent is adopted to dilute the viscous oil sludge, so that a large amount of energy is not required to be consumed to carry out pyrolysis or drying treatment on the viscous oil sludge; through reasonably mixing with the biomass material, pressing the mixture into granular fuel by using the particle forming machine 10, and finally feeding the granular fuel into a boiler for combustion, pollution of oil sludge to soil and water is avoided, a large amount of biomass material is consumed, and reasonable utilization of resources is realized.

Detailed Description
According to the embodiment of the invention, the blending treatment system of oil sludge and biomass comprises a feeding module, an oil sludge treatment module, a solvent circulation module, a particle forming module and a control module, wherein the feeding module is used for feeding oil sludge to the oil sludge treatment module; the feeding module is used for loading biomass material and mixing the biomass material with oil sludge; the oil sludge treatment module is used for dissolving oil sludge so as to dilute the oil sludge; the solvent circulation module is used for recovering a solvent used in the oil sludge treatment process; the particle forming module is used for carrying out hot press forming on a mixture consisting of oil sludge and biomass materials; and the control module is used for monitoring and controlling materials in the feeding module and the oil sludge treatment module.
The feeding module comprises a biomass funnel 1, a conveyor belt 2 and a first stirring bin 3, wherein the biomass funnel 1 conveys biomass materials into the first stirring bin 3 through the conveyor belt 2, and the biomass materials are at least one of straws, sawdust, bagasse, rice chaff, cotton stalks and corn stalks.
The fatlute processing module includes solvent storehouse 5, fatlute storehouse 6, second stirring storehouse 7, and fatlute storehouse 6 links to each other with second stirring storehouse 7 through the pipeline, and solvent storehouse 5 links to each other with second stirring storehouse 7 through the pipeline, and the solvent in the solvent storehouse 5 is one of dichloromethane, petroleum ether, carbon tetrachloride.
The solvent circulation module comprises a circulation pump 4, a condenser 8 and a heating bin 9, the heating bin 9 is connected with the condenser 8 through a pipeline, and the circulation pump 4 is positioned on the pipeline between the heating bin 9 and the condenser 8.
The pellet forming module includes a pellet former 10.
The control module comprises a flowmeter I11, a mass sensor I12, a flowmeter II 13, a mass sensor II 14 and a controller 15, the controller 15 collects flow signals of the flowmeter I11 and the flowmeter II 13 through signal lines, the controller 15 collects mass signals of the mass sensor I12 and the mass sensor II 14 through signal lines, and the controller 15 is a PLC (programmable logic controller) or an embedded controller.
The working process of the whole system is as follows: firstly, opening a valve on a connecting pipeline between a solvent bin 5 and a second stirring bin 7 to enable a solvent to enter the second stirring bin 7, monitoring the flow of the solvent in real time through a flowmeter I11, and closing the valve when the preset solvent quality is achieved; calculating the mass of the oil sludge according to the mass ratio of the oil sludge to the solvent, opening a valve on a connecting pipeline between the oil sludge bin 6 and the second stirring bin 7 to enable the oil sludge to enter the second stirring bin 7, monitoring the mass of the oil sludge in real time through a mass sensor I12, and closing the valve when the mass of the oil sludge reaches the ratio mass of the oil sludge; when the oil sludge in the oil sludge bin 6 enters the second stirring bin 7, the stirrer in the second stirring bin 7 is opened to uniformly mix the oil sludge and the solvent, the oil sludge is diluted by the solvent, the viscosity of the oil sludge is reduced, and the fluidity of the oil sludge is improved; after the stirring in the second stirring bin 7 is finished, opening the biomass funnel 1, conveying the biomass material into the first stirring bin 3 through the conveyor belt 2, monitoring the quality of the biomass material in real time through a mass sensor II 14 on the conveyor belt 2, and closing the biomass funnel 1 and closing the conveyor belt 2 when the preset quality is achieved; opening a valve between the second stirring bin 7 and the first stirring bin 3, calculating the using amount of the oil sludge and the solvent mixture according to the ratio of the biomass material to the oil sludge to the solvent mixture, monitoring the quality of the oil sludge and the solvent mixture in real time through a flowmeter II 13, and closing the valve when the preset quality is reached; after the mixture of the biomass material, the oil sludge and the solvent is proportioned, opening a stirrer in the first stirring bin 3 to uniformly mix the biomass material, the oil sludge and the solvent mixture, wherein the formed mixture comprises the biomass material, the oil sludge and a dichloromethane solvent; after mixing, the mixture is sent into a heating bin 9 through a pipeline and heated, the liquid dichloromethane solvent is volatilized into a gaseous state after being heated for a certain time, the gaseous solvent is sent into a condenser 8 through a circulating pump 4 and condensed into the liquid solvent, and a valve on the pipeline between the condenser 8 and the solvent bin 5 is opened to enable the solvent to flow back to the solvent bin 5 again, so that the solvent is recycled.
