s2, preparing stained paper: performing stained paper design according to the specification of a mould and bright surface and matte surface lines, drying the designed and printed stained paper, preparing a liquid medicine by using gold powder and water at 100 ℃ to wipe the stained paper for the first time, preparing the liquid medicine by using the gold powder and the water at 70 ℃ again after drying to wipe the stained paper for the second time, and drying for later use;
s3, preheating a die: placing the mould on a forming machine, and preheating the mould processed in the step (1) by using the forming machine, wherein the preheating temperature of the mould is 163 ℃ and the temperature is kept;
s4, raw material compression molding: after the temperature of the upper and lower dies is stable, the standard materials for preparing melamine tableware are placed in a high frequency wave for preheating to soften the raw materials, the softened raw materials are put into the die positioned below the forming machine, and the die positioned above the forming machine is used for extruding the raw materials to prepare a preformed product; wherein the extrusion pressure of the raw material extruded by the die is 160 kgf/cm2The molding time is 70s, the mold is opened to remove gas generated by extruding the raw material in the mold in the molding process, and the air leakage time is 2 s;

s2, preparing stained paper: performing stained paper design according to the specification of a mould and bright surface and matte surface lines, drying the designed and printed stained paper, preparing a liquid medicine by using gold powder and water at 100 ℃ to wipe the stained paper for the first time, preparing the liquid medicine by using the gold powder and the water at 70 ℃ again after drying to wipe the stained paper for the second time, and drying for later use;
s3, preheating a die: placing the mold on a forming machine, and preheating the mold processed in the step S1 by using the forming machine, wherein the preheating temperature of the mold is 160-165 ℃ and the temperature is kept;
s4, raw material compression molding: after the temperature of the mold is stable, preheating standard materials for preparing melamine tableware in high frequency to soften the raw materials, putting the softened raw materials into a lower mold of a forming machine, and extruding the raw materials by using an upper mold in the forming machine to prepare a preform;
s5, forming stained paper: positioning the dried standby stained paper along the frame of the mold, then pasting the stained paper on the surface of the preformed product formed by the first pressing, and performing the second pressing by using a forming machine to form the decal preformed product;
s6, adding gold for forming: adding about 10-30 g of gold powder on the surface of the applique preform, pressing into a finished product, and performing coarse grinding and trimming to obtain the antique melamine tableware.

The method of processing antique melamine tableware according to claim 1, wherein: the die comprises a grain part (1) and a die frame (2) arranged on the outer ring of the grain part (1) and extending outwards, wherein the die frame (2) is octagonal and has different eight-side lengths, a limiting edge (3) is vertically formed upwards on the outer ring of the die frame (2), and the limiting edge (3) is higher than the pattern part by 3-5 cm.
