For the first positioning rod 51 and the rotating member 34, during the rotation of the rotating member 34, the contact surface between the two is set to be a cambered surface, such as the transition surface between the side surface and the bottom surface of the rotating member, and the transition surface between the end surface and the top surface of the distal end of the first positioning rod, so that the mutual sliding between the two can be smoother and the surface damage between the two can be avoided.

The positioning seat 5 is provided with two third positioning rods 53, the third positioning rods 53 are horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the advancing direction of the pipe fitting, the third positioning rods 53 are used as parts linked with the pressure rods 333, the distal ends of the third positioning rods 53 are respectively aligned with the distal ends of the corresponding pressure rods 333, the distal end of the second positioning rod 52 is aligned with the pressure pipe fixing seat 61, and after the second positioning rod 52 pushes the pressure pipe fixing seat 61, the third positioning rod 53 can push one section of the pressure rod 333 with the distal end, drive the pressure rod 333 to rotate around the rod 332 and enable the pressure pipe rod 62 to move downwards. The second positioning rod 52 pushes the tube pressing fixing seat 61 to move, and the third positioning rod 53 pushes the pressing rod 333 after a certain time difference, that is, the tube pressing mechanism pushes down the tube plate after moving a certain distance towards the left die clamping seat 31.
The top of positioning seat 5 is provided with two slides 531 that are parallel to third locating lever 53, two third positioning seats 532, two third locating plates 533, two third location elastic components, third locating plate 533 sets up vertically, its bottom is provided with the sliding construction who matches with slide 531 and slidable mounting is at slide 531, third locating plate 533 fixes third locating lever 53, third positioning seat 532 is fixed at the top of positioning seat 5, the both ends of third location elastic component are fixed respectively at the proximal end face of third locating plate 533 and the distal end face of third positioning seat 532, the elasticity that third location elastic component produced is greater than the elasticity that presses pipe elastic component 64 to produce. The guide roller mechanism is positioned at the rear part of the left die mechanism and the right die mechanism, the guide roller mechanism comprises two frame bodies 81, an upper guide roller 82, an upper guide roller seat 83, an upper cross rod 84, a hinge joint 85, a guide roller cylinder 86, a lower guide roller 87, a lower guide roller seat 88 and a lower cross rod 89, the two frame bodies 81 are vertical frames and are fixedly arranged at two sides of the frame 1, the lower cross rod 89 is vertical to the traveling direction of the pipe fitting, two ends of the lower cross rod 89 are respectively fixed on the two frame bodies 81, the lower guide roller seat 88 is fixed on the lower cross rod 89 and is provided with the lower guide roller 87, the upper cross rod 84 is parallel to and is positioned above the lower cross rod 89, two ends of the upper cross rod 84 are rotatably arranged on the two frame bodies 81, the upper guide roller seat 83 is fixed on the upper cross rod 84 and is provided with the upper cross rod 82, the hinge joint 85 is vertical to the upper cross rod 84, the hinge 85 has a guide groove 850, a sliding member 851 is disposed in the guide groove 850, the push rod of the guide roller cylinder 86 is hinged to the sliding member 851, when the push rod of the guide roller cylinder 86 pushes the hinge 85 to rotate, the sliding member 851 slides in the guide groove 850, and the upper guide roller 82 and the lower guide roller 87 can slide on the top surface and the bottom surface of the pipe member, respectively.
