Last mould and lower mould on the bender are fixed shape mostly, this angle of bending that just leads to going up mould and lower mould is fixed, can not change the angle of bending, when needing to change the angle of bending, can only load and unload mould and lower mould, the process is loaded down with trivial details, and the process of loading and unloading is more consuming time, the process of loading and unloading needs the manual operation, the amount of labour is great, workman's intensity of labour has been increased, still reduced the work efficiency of bender, and because the needs of multi-angle, still must prepare the mould and lower mould on the multiunit, and the production cost is increased.
Therefore, we have proposed a bending machine mould of convertible arbitrary dog-ear to solve above problem, use through the cooperation of ratch and clamp plate, during the use, the effect that can change dog-ear angle has been reached, easy operation and need not to dismantle mould and lower mould, the time of dismantling has been saved, the production efficiency is improved, workman's intensity of labour has been reduced, use through the cooperation of electromagnetic means and boost block, the effect of fixed contained angle has been reached, the reciprocal use of the bending machine of being convenient for, fixed effect is swift and the fastening.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. Further, the material of going up mould and lower mould is steel material and goes up the shape of mould and lower mould and be the cuboid, the length in flexible groove is greater than the length of ratch and the size in flexible groove is greater than the size of ratch.
Furthermore, the first spring is a compression spring and made of steel, the toothed bar is made of steel, and tooth grooves matched with the gears are formed in the inner side of the toothed bar.
Further, the material of connecting block is steel material and the shape of connecting block is the cuboid, the material of slider is steel material and the size of slider is less than the size of clamp plate.
Further, the material of clamp plate is steel material and the total number of clamp plate is four, the quantity of spout is four and the size of spout is less than the size of clamp plate, electromagnetic means's quantity is two and the magnetism in the electromagnetic means outside is the same with the inboard magnetism of boost block.
Further, the second spring is an extension spring, the positioning block is made of steel materials and is cuboid, the boosting block is made of rubidium magnet materials, the number of the gears is two, the gears are made of steel materials, and the size of the positioning groove is larger than that of the positioning block.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a die for a bending machine capable of changing any folding angle comprises an upper die 1 and a lower die 2, wherein the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are used for fixing each component, the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are made of steel materials and the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are cuboid in shape, the length of a telescopic groove 3 is larger than that of a rack bar 5, the size of the telescopic groove 3 is larger than that of the rack bar 5, the middle parts of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are both provided with uniformly distributed telescopic grooves 3, the telescopic grooves 3 are used for facilitating the extension and contraction of the rack bar 5, the bottom of the telescopic groove 3 is fixedly connected with a spring I4, the spring I4 is used for ejecting the rack bar 5, the spring I4 is a compression spring and the spring I4 is made of steel materials, the rack bar 5 is made of steel materials and the inner side of the rack bar 5 is provided with a tooth socket matched with a gear 14, the inner side of the spring I4 is fixedly connected with the rack, the toothed bar 5 plays a role in driving the connecting block 6 to move and driving the pressing plate 8 to rotate.

The working principle is as follows: in an initial state, as shown in fig. 1, at this time, the rack bar 5 pops out the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 under the action of the first spring 4, and the pressing plate 8 is in a horizontal state under the action of the rack bar 5 and the slider 7, when the angle of the pressing plate 8 needs to be changed, a sample is taken and placed in the middle of the pressing plate 8 of the lower die 2, so that the corner point of the sample is opposite to the rotating shaft of the pressing plate 8, at this time, the upper die 1 is moved downwards, the pressing plate 8 of the upper die 1 is in contact with the sample, and is continuously moved downwards, so that the pressing plates 8 of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are both rotated upwards to a certain angle, as shown in fig. 2, in the process, the slider 7 can move along the chute.
After the pressing plate 8 rotates to a certain angle, the circuit of the electromagnetic device 10 is communicated at the moment, the electromagnetic device 10 can generate magnetism, the boosting block 13 can move outwards under the magnetic repulsion effect of the electromagnetic device 10, the positioning block 12 moves outwards and is inserted into the positioning groove 15 due to the fact that the boosting block 13 is fixedly connected with the positioning block 12, the spring II 11 is stretched, the effect of fixing the angle is achieved, repeated stamping and bending of the bending machine are facilitated, if the bending angle needs to be changed, the circuit of the electromagnetic device 10 is firstly disconnected, the steps are repeated, the operation is simple, and the production efficiency is effectively improved.
