And a mud valve is arranged at the bottom of the sewage tank and is in signal connection with the PLC control box.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a mobile biomass direct-fired power generation bottom slag treatment system disclosed by the invention, and the treatment system is convenient to move by arranging a truck body in a vehicle-mounted module, so that the convenience of cleaning is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the mobile biomass direct-combustion power generation bottom slag treatment system provided by the invention comprises a vehicle-mounted module 1, a reuse water tank 2, a reuse pump 3, a main water tank 4, a pretreatment module 5 and a secondary treatment module 6, wherein the vehicle-mounted module 1 is arranged at one side of a biomass boiler 7, and the vehicle-mounted module 1 is used for bearing the main water tank 4, the pretreatment module 5, a recovery module, the secondary treatment module 6 and a deep treatment module; the reuse water tank 2 is detachably arranged inside the biomass boiler 7, and the reuse water tank 2 is used for recovering waste water generated in the bottom slag treatment process; the reuse pump 3 is arranged in the reuse water pool 2; the main water pool 4 is arranged on the vehicle-mounted module 1; the total water tank 4 is divided into a dirty water tank 41 and a clean water tank 42, the reuse pump 3 is used for enabling dirty water generated after the biomass boiler 7 is cleaned to enter the dirty water tank 41 from the reuse water tank 2, the dirty water tank 41 is used for containing the dirty water generated after bottom slag treatment, and the clean water tank 42 is used for containing clean water for cleaning the biomass boiler 7; the pretreatment module 5 is arranged inside the biomass boiler 7, and the pretreatment module 5 is used for carrying out primary treatment on the biomass boiler 7; the secondary treatment module 6 is arranged above the biomass boiler 7, and the secondary treatment module 6 is used for being matched with the pretreatment module 5 to further clean the biomass boiler 7.
The vehicle-mounted module 1 comprises a truck body 11 and a PLC control box 12, wherein the truck body 11 is arranged on the outer side of the biomass boiler 7; the PLC control box 12 is arranged on the truck body 11.
The pretreatment module 5 comprises a stirrer 51, a sewage lifting pump 52 and a sewage pipe 53, wherein the stirrer 51 and the sewage lifting pump 52 are both arranged inside the biomass boiler 7, and the stirrer 51 is used for mixing bottom slag inside the biomass boiler 7 with water introduced into the biomass boiler 7; the sewer pipe 53 is connected between the biomass boiler 7 and the dirty water tank 41. And starting the stirrer 51, fully mixing and stirring the bottom slag and the water in the biomass boiler 7 by the stirrer 51, starting the sewage lifting pump 52, and allowing the formed dirty water to enter the dirty water tank 41 through the sewage pipe 53 under the action of the sewage lifting pump 52 so as to finish the treatment of the bottom slag formed by direct combustion at the bottom of the biomass boiler 7.
The secondary treatment module 6 comprises a liquid level detector 61, a blower 62, a suction pump 63, a closed water tank 64, a water distribution pipe, a dosing pump and an ultraviolet disinfection instrument, wherein the liquid level detector 61 is arranged in the dirty water tank 41 and the clean water tank 42; the blower 62 is arranged on the truck body 11; the closed water tank 64 is arranged on one side of the main water tank 4; the suction pump 63 and the water distribution pipe are arranged in the clean water tank 42, and the suction pump 63 is used for pumping water in the clean water tank to the closed water tank 64; the dosing pump is used for adding liquid medicine into the closed water tank 64 to purify sewage; the ultraviolet disinfection instrument is disposed in the closed water tank 64, and the ultraviolet disinfection instrument is used for disinfecting water in the closed water tank 64. When the system works, the sewage lifting pump 52 is started, sewage in the biomass boiler 7 enters the dirty water tank 41 through the sewage pipe 53, the blower 62 is started to perform aeration, so that an aerobic environment is formed in the dirty water tank 41, the blower 62 is turned off after the system is operated for a period of time, so that an anoxic environment is formed in the dirty water tank 41, and finally, the sewage completes nitration and dephosphorization reaction in the aerobic and anoxic environments.
And a sludge discharge valve is arranged at the bottom of the sewage pool and is in signal connection with the PLC control box 12. The PLC control box 12 opens a mud valve according to the set parameters to discharge mud.
And a liquid level display screen is arranged in the PLC control box 12 and is in signal connection with the liquid level detector 61. The liquid level detector 61 transmits the liquid level information of the main water tank 4 to the PLC control box 12 through remote sensing signals so as to carry out reasonable scheduling.
An electromagnetic valve is arranged between the dirty water tank 41 and the clean water tank 42. By controlling the on-off of the electromagnetic valve, the water in the dirty water tank 41 and the clean water tank 42 can be directly controlled to flow, thereby facilitating the treatment of the bottom slag.
And a cleaning button is arranged in the PLC control box 12. After the cleaning button is started, the cleaning of the main water tank 4 can be controlled, and the treatment effect of the bottom slag is improved.
The movable biomass direct-fired power generation bottom slag treatment system further comprises a sludge storage tank, and the sludge storage tank is arranged below the sewage tank. The PLC control box 12 opens a sludge discharge valve according to the set parameters to discharge sludge, and the discharged sludge falls into a sludge storage pool under the action of gravity to be stored.
In conclusion, the movable biomass direct-fired power generation bottom slag treatment system provided by the invention is convenient to move and improves the bottom slag removal efficiency when removing the bottom slag in the biomass boiler; the aim of quickly treating the bottom slag is fulfilled through the mutual matching work of the pretreatment module and the secondary treatment module; through dosing pump and the ultraviolet ray disinfection appearance that sets up the secondary treatment module, the dosing pump is used for adding liquid medicine in to the closed water tank, makes sewage obtain purifying, and the ultraviolet ray disinfection appearance is used for disinfecting to the water in the closed water tank, helps improving the purifying effect of sewage, and then improves the treatment effeciency of end sediment processing system.
